The R2 unit, among its other revelations, has told the team about multiple shrines that provide DIO extenders like the Red Shadow Ninja. The known ones are called:
Doctor Hands Grand Jade Capsule Monster Blade Soul (also known as the Dancing Arsenal) Tower Wings Taking Flight Overspirit

Mosho, Pander, Furax, Nobi, Dalas, and the new twins found another Shrine last night, one that appears not to be any of the ones listed!

The Blade Soul shrine is not the one that has been revealed. That'd require both of them to find its location, which seems a bit redundant. To be clear: The above LOCATED the new Shrine, they did not unlock whatever secrets were within.

The two trek to Rifts Africa to an obscured location. There is a constant storm coming down in an area several miles wide. The storm is clearly of mystical origin and devastatingly powerful.

(F2 isn't a term used in game. Transgressive or Tier 4 are the classifications, and there's probably be an actual formal anme as well.)
No evil is detected. In fact, the area is a shrine to good.
If the team wants druids or ritualists, they can bring along an NPC, such as Mavar Sheetwind (a master of weather manipulation as her name indicates), Quion, etc.

To the best of Taklinn's knowledge (his Affinities are on the lower side), it is good.
Mavar appears. She is a bit on the haughty side, looking down at her two companions. "Why should I part the wind for thee?", he asks, using the familiar.

"Loot does not interest me nor should it interest a Paladin for whom wealth is only held onto for as long as they need it to satisfy their self-righteousness." She has begun to breathe, burning incense and herbs in a pattern of the four cardinal directions... "I cannot possibly stop this storm, but I can make a pathway. The storm not only is a shield but a maze."

The three come to a five-pointed fork in the road. The paths are thick and filled with trenches. Mavar growls. "The storm will use everything it can, depriving us of senses to make these paths harder to trace... I can guarantee some degree of success, but there will be blind alleys. My way may take awhile. Do either of you have an alternative proposal?"

"Very well, then. Slow and methodological wins the race." She sits for a moment, calculating trajectories and reasoning in her mind, then selects a path. As you go along it, you go into a deep dip, and in this sudden almost cave that appears there are long-water-logged and rotten corpses, the smell rank and thick. Taklinn and Mavar both notice treasure, Taklinn in the bodies and Mavar in the drenched ground.

The group finds:
A potion with a black liquid inside of it that has glowing skulls within it. It is identifed as a Potion of Merciful Death, which makes someone invulnerable, their soul protected and lets them completely feign death, but the drinker cannot move or act during its effect.
A golden rod with two tined iron ends. It is identified as a Lightning Catcher, a rod that can catch not only lightning but energy, radioactivity, spells, curses, etc. and repel, hold, reflect, deflect or absorb them.
A bladeless sword handle with a liquid inside of it.
A Van Halen lighter. It is a perpetually lightning lighter with Legendary-level enchantments for charges of fireballs and fire gouts. As cool as it is, unless one is a master of using charged items it isn't very useful.
A backpack filled with a dimensional pocket full of survival items.
A money pouch filled with 70,000 GP and the equivalent amount in Spirit Coins (used to negotiate with spirits, fae, etc.)
A Chrono Cross Element. It is unclear what type it is, so it will have to be identified.
A dreadfully injured organism that was attached to one of the men. It is clearly a symbiote of some type.
A cutlass with a long sash wrapped around it. It has not been identified.
A strange black video tape. Hack feels something from it, like he was in a horror movie when staring into it. It is a horrible abyss.
A fully iron hammer. It feels like a powerful lightning hammer enchanted hammer.
A garnet ring that contains a presence but is otherwise unidentifiable.
Two watches. These watches are in fact Chronal Linkers that link two people's personal timelines. It provides partial resistance against temporal effects.
An obvious set item (all of it coming from one corpse): Two weapons that are basically long snake fangs, leather snake-skin armor, two bracelets, two anklets and an amulet, all with a snake eye theme. No identification.
The victims can be conjured to speak to, revived, or perhaps taken to Brunny's Crossroads of the Lost.

taklinn will lay on hands the symbiote and attempt to communicate with it (no blending) then pick up the hammer he and hack will don the watches hack takes the backpack taklinn the potion Hack the snake stuff (stashed in a dimentional pocket) as well as the van halen lighter (he's a fan) and the money pouch taklinn the cutlass ring and lightning catcher no one uses anything that they cannot identify

The symbiote is a throat-binding organism that functions similarly to a Babelfish. It thrives on communication, negotiation, contact, convincing, sharing and learning. To its host, it gives enhanced charisma, an innate ability with language (including metaphorical meaning that can sometimes be elusive), etc.
The hammer, potion, backpack, snake set, lighter, pouch, cutlass and lightning catcher are taken with no difficulty, traps or curses. Mavar takes the Element and the sword handle.
When Taklinn grips the ring, it immediately binds to him. There is a searing pain, as if another force is within his body, not so much trying to take it over as superimposing itself on him. He can detect an INCREDIBLY powerful curse.
Any plan as to what to do with the corpses?

The symbiote fusion goes without a hitch. However, the ring had begun assaulting. Remember: "When Taklinn grips the ring, it immediately binds to him. There is a searing pain, as if another force is within his body, not so much trying to take it over as superimposing itself on him. He can detect an INCREDIBLY powerful curse."

and is it or is it not evil if evil taklinn uses dispel evil (which is one of his spell like abilities) if not then hack attempts to focus a ki barrier (not one type but all) to forcibly separate it from taklinn

It's a bit too early to tell. It doesn't seem obviously evil or good.
Surprisingly, Hack inches the ring off just the slightest bit with his barriers.
