EXTREMELY good: Her name is Sheetwind for a reason. Her Wish from the Dark Tournament made her a weather god. And not only does Anduris arrive in time, he has a bonus to assisting and an opportunity to do so that actually goes before Mavar's!

Well, bear in mind, you don't actually usually control an NPC, but you can recommend her to do something. Given how contrarian she is, she may not . Luckily, Anduris electrokinetically repels the ones attacking Taklinn, while Mavar simply consumes the one fighting her whole. Hack is unfortunately clobbered across the face (Award for his sacrifice) but manages to maintain his footing. What is Taklinn going to do with the lightning now? Throw it aside, try to give it to Mavar to absorb...?

well see if mavar can absorb it, if she wants to, otherwise throw it aside

She would like to, but it is risky, of course. She manages to take the energy, and she begins to crackle with weather power.
Order is now:
Taklinn Hack Anduris Mavar (apparently eating the creature took more of a toll than she expected: only DIO elements go)
I will tell you when each member goes (since, per usual, I hide NPCs). Taklinn goes now.

Yes. Not only are the ball lightning creatures not all destroyed, but there is probably something that was conjuring them.

Taklinn's great strike misses, the creature repelling itself along the storm. The blade strikes the ground and makes the entire area shake, and would make the whole Rifts Earth shake if the planet was not so protected. There is an expulsion of air that reveals the creature. Taklinn has more turn, not to mention his DIO elements [if DIOs irritate you, turn them off if you so choose, or reduce them, or you can set them to consistent attacks or effects, i.e. make the Tzemke Hive a healing aura equivalent].

...Shi and BW's turns resolve with Hack, remember? It'd just be the mount, RSN, Tzemke and followers. Tzemke heal, mount waits, RSN and followers are going to try to flank?

Any particular attacks they're going to do with their flanking? Any particular way to expedite the flanking?

Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 28, 2006 12:28:49 GMT -5
BTW, will Anduris and DI show to this party?
Why do you think wolfpacking is devastating under the current conditions? The weather?

Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 28, 2006 22:07:27 GMT -5
no, but becaue of the oppritunities it will give taklinn anduris is already here, and DI will be joining

A'ight. So again, why do you think the wolfpack will be effective? And DI will be here next turn.

devastating because of one, no place for the opponent to run, two, taklinn's "rouge" levels from his hood and three because taklinns invloved

It's a flat terrain; there's plenty for them to run, especially since they're electricity.

No. You're coming up to the shrine in drenched, soaked, muddy, slowing-you-down terrain. Before you had entered a ravine, not a cave, then come out of it.
