In response to popular demand, I'm creating a War Game that sets your characters at low levels and puts you in a zombie-infested area!

alright, if you don't mind terribly i'd like all five of my characters for this one

No probbo. I might have to consider Keryis and Inferno, though, but the War Games Room can generate them.

it would be harder to generate Karyis than inferno, seeing as inferno is sortof psychicly linked to Hack

Yes, but the nice thing about knowing the Stormguard and being part of CH is that extensive documentation of almost every hero and villain worth nothing is out there.
Would you like to wait for a party or just jump in now?

Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 4, 2006 11:26:13 GMT -5
i have my own, so why not jump in now

All right, so choose (this is all part of the same War Game but different locations to start):
*High school *Mall *Military installation *Forest *Police station *Hospital *Prison *Sewer

Hack, Anduris, Taklinn, Dark Inferno and Keryis are all members of the local military base of Rainbow County. It's well-earned downtime for them. They have no idea why they've been running these exercises, protecting government eggheads. Some secret weapons project or something. It's 0200 hours and the five hear some disturbance in the mess hall.

then they meet up before they get there and check it out

The five are in separate bunks or in the same room?
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 11, 2006 19:05:45 GMT -5
oh most likely near to each other is my assumption, even if they're not in the same room, but knowing taklinn he'd probably have everyone in the same room

All five leave the room. What order are they going to walk in, distance from each other, straight line or with some width spacing, etc.?

single file, Keryis hack, Anduris, Inferno Taklinn, they are basically leapfrogging, if you don't know what that is i'll explain, all are pressed against a wall, the one in the rear moves foward, when he reaches the front the next person moves foward, until they get to the mess hall

...Bear in mind, you guys don't know if anything is wrong, that'd be a bit excessive for just going down to the cafeteria.
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 17, 2006 1:15:38 GMT -5
oh in that cas every one just walks there, same order though, sort of a habit with them

You walk down the hall. There are occasional sounds from the bunk rooms on each side. There is hot water slowing spreading down from under the bathroom door.

Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 22, 2006 23:12:50 GMT -5
alright Taklinn and Keryis on either side of the door, Anduris and Inferno attempt to scry, Hack preperes to kick the door in
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Sept 23, 2006 14:20:10 GMT -5
Remember: You're way, way weaker. I doubt you could scrye. And no Victoria?
Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 27, 2006 23:22:10 GMT -5
oh she definitely is in this, and be the most capable of scrying, alright if she can do it if not, well where was that thing, looked like a camera on a wire

You guys are ordinary soldiers on rest and probably only have sidearms on you. And paranormal powers will be highly limited, though Victoria and Anduris would be the ones to have them.

Post by Vincent Hack on Sept 28, 2006 21:17:36 GMT -5
yep, so if they can't do it, duhh press the ear against the door, probably victoria, cause she has the moded senses

Victoria hears nothing aside from the constant running of hot water.

We'll need to work on the H/H character.
What would your characters be? Cops, cons...?
Post by Vincent Hack on Oct 2, 2006 17:27:27 GMT -5
well then lets kick in the door
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Oct 2, 2006 19:40:17 GMT -5
The door gets kicked in. The stalls are all closed, including one to the far left. There is a long sink that is broken and a number of smaller ones, the porcelain shattered and spread over. The smell of toilet water is also in the area. There is some kind of strange slurping sound in the last stall. There is a pair of legs, one with black heels, one with shoes and pants around the ankles. The showers further on are also on, blood streaked over them. It is hard to see through the thick steam over there...

"ALRIGHT OUT!"H (intimidate) the others draw their sidearms and train them on the far stall, moving in to better tactical positons, Taklinn naturally uses detect evil
