We chase firing highspeed range attacks (kao ji will be carrying hanataro)

They find that their speed, even the low captain-level speed of Kurotsuchi and the vast size of the vasto lorde, is no match for the potent combination of flight and movement techniques that the Bloody Assailant poses. The only thing that struck is Hanataro's blast, which transforms to its released state, now capable of doing damage or healing. It finally slashes his back open, but the back heals rapidly; nonetheless, it may be the first hit that has really registered.
At that point, however, Gohan and his companions cut off the Bloody Assailant. They are nearing a pool, Kao Ji's vasto lorde shape having smashed holes into LA, sending people panicking. (Gohan may want to be in his Saiyaman outfit). Grimmjow is excited to meet someone who has a new look in his eyes, a look Grimmjow has never seen: Pure, unadulterated bloodlust. They may attack.

...And what about Raizen, Gabriel and Sasuke?

Demon gun, Flame vortex and chidori respectively.

Does Sasuke charge in for the Chidori before or after the other ki assaults? (Or does he use a distance Chidori through his Kusanagi weapon?) Are they simultaneous or staggered? Do they come from one direction or many?

surround, range attacks simutaneously and first then charging chidori.

Raizen's Spirit Gun, with the highest projectile velocity, launches first. The sheer force of it seems to stagger the Bloody Assailant and surprise him, leading him to respond with another one of those red flashes. The explosion provides a bare shield and throws him into a tailspin.
The Assailant's flying prowess is immense, and he manages to continue, but a Gran Rey Cero fires at that point. This time, he blocks it with the chainblade, cutting the attack into pieces and managing to avoid being harmed.
Masenko flies in third, causing him to put everything he has into a new Red Moon barrier.
The Demon Flame Vortex blasts through that, burning him badly. As his body is regenerating, Sasuke begins his charge. As Sasuke is charging, he finds that his hypnotic effect on the opponent is almost being reversed, this heady and horrible sensation settling. The Chidori Current is blocked by the chainblade, indicating that it is chakra-charged as well.
The Bloody Assailant is injured badly, but he smiles at Sasuke nonetheless, charred flesh burning off his face. "Your bloodline... it's amazing. Delicious. Bloodline's Betrayal". Sasuke feels the sensation of a hundred years of betrayal, his eyes leaving him and joining the Bloody Assailants'.
However, now everyone has the Bloody Assailant surrounded in a junkyard. Gohan, Raizen, Sasuke, Rukia, Retsu and Yusuke can go. Yusuke confusedly asks, "Raizen?"

"back from the dead and in the flesh!" growls raizen. Sasuke backs off to focus and figure out what just happened and what's going on and retsu examines him. yusuke and raizen fire their demon guns trying to sync them to do more damage. rukia uses her shikai to immobiliz the bloody assailant (the circle one) first and gohan fires a kamehameha wave.

Sasuke no longer has his Sharingan, which makes many of his best abilities much more difficult to use. However, he can still use all his Jutsu, though many (like Chidori) were Sharingan-reliant. He figures that he can still perform jutsu to pressure the opponent, especially if he were to attempt a Shishi Rendan.
Retsu finds that the Sharingan has been genetically ripped from Sasuke, and he is getting throbs of the remaining genetics, DNA strands tearing through his genetic structure, horrible physiological and spiritual damage simultaneously. Luckily, her healing is ideal for restoring his body to an equilibrium: Since so much of his reiatsu is based off of his Sharingan, the body knows that it is missing even without the genetic cue and reassembles the genes with her aid. She begins the process but doesn't restore it this turn.
Yusuke and Raizen's extensive training with (and against) each other, as well as their ancestral connection, allows them to easily sync their powers. The only rub is Yusuke's three-tiered energy to Raizen's unitypical power. The Bloody Assailant, with his new found Sharingan, is able to delay the two enough to escape a colossal explosion, though he is again harmed by the blast wave. At that point, Rukia uses Some no Mai, Tsukishiro to attempt to freeze the Bloody Assailant solid. The Assailant is able to predict her positioning using his new-found Sharingan as well as slow her reflexes, but his reaction ability is limited after dodging two blazingly fast attacks from experienced marksmen. Thus, his leg is frozen badly. He simply detonates t as a bomb, enabling him to blast away from and mitigate the Kamehameha wave... until it arcs back into him, throwing him into the ground.
At that point, the assembled group begins to hear some scuttling. The dust of the Kamehameha clears to reveal a smoldering crater with the Assailant not inside. Though he can't detect anything but a bare residue of spiritual energy, Gohan, as well as Yusuke, knows from too much experience fighting regenerators that the enemy isn't defeated. This allows him to warn the team just in time. One floating hand, disembodied and violently torn, forms something, and a mouth that appears in the hand says, "Magi Gun". Meanwhile, another arm throws "Red Masenko!" Two torn-apart and burned legs scurry around, making a horrific vortex of flame akin to Gabriel's, using accursed power much like Dracula.
Yusuke, Gohan, and up to six others may react. (Note that reactions will cut into their next turn. Mayuri detects that this opponent is on his last legs, metaphorically and literally, so it may be worth it).

yusuke uses a ki-powered kick to send the bloody assailant at gohan who fires a ki blast to direct him towards a tornado kick from grimmjow into a cero from kao-ji into a Cero from Nell into a kick from raizen into a whipthrow from gabriel into sasuke's shishi-rendon.

The Magi Gun successfully synergizes three energy types, two of which are beyond Mayuri's immediate knowledge. This gives the Tozansho immense difficulty. The Red Flash Masenko is less effective in this context. The red cannonball-shaped Magi Gun burrows into the blue pyramidal structure, massive crackling erupting. The team realizes quickly that this is an extremely overt and obvious fight.
The energies collide, the field breaking, red light and flame pouring in, scalding the inside... and then the gun loses its momentum. Amazingly, the group has survived, though everyone is extremely injured.
Mayuri, Kao Ji, Gabriel, Grimmjow, Ikkaku and Hanataro may go.

Hanataro finds that he is fatigued enough that his blows heal less than he expects, but the scalpel is filled to 25%. (Note that he can fight with the scalpel now).
The Bloody Assailant laughs at the gran rei cero from his hand and leg mouths and says, in a bizarre synchronization, "You're gonna shoot me with a blood based attack? Really?" The Assailant siphons some power from it, but he is surprised and clearly underestimates how exhausted he is. The attack manages to blow up one of the legs.
Grimmjow's release emits more energy. By this point, there is a very distant sound of helicopters. Grimmjow's burst of speed lets him act once more.
Gabriel restores some more health. Everyone but Gohan, Raizen, Grimmjow and Gabriel are exhausted and still injured. Sasuke is also still recuperating from the assault on his genes.
Mayuri manages to get everyone back up to about 85%.
One of the legs and two hands remain. One of the legs kicks up, a green aura pulling in energy. Much of the healing that has just transpired is reversed, bringing everyone down to 35%. All those drained feel a sickening cold, like their heartbeat is draining into nothingness and their breath isn't enough to fill their lungs. Mayuri, even through the cold, laughs and says, "Brilliant! He has drained the biological energy to increase his rate of metabolism!"
Meanwhile, the two hands begin to make a dance. They claw outwards, making numerous feints and becoming almost ghostly. They begin to grab at peoples' flesh, hiding amidst rubble and patches of smoke and flame. The hands first grab for Grimmjow, apparently hoping to get Grimmjow before his speed makes it much harder to catch him. Grimmjow is still in the aftermath of releasing his bestial Hollow side and is grabbed. His arm, the arm lost to Tosen, is badly mauled. The hands then leap to grab from Retsu, Hanataro and Mayuri, hoping to get the support down. Retsu barely parries the hand away, her haori torn. Hanataro manages to stab the hand with a scalpel. Mayuri knows full well that his poison is of limited utility, but he hopes that his speed with a blade is sufficient; he soon begins to curse his relatively limited zanjutsu practice, as his sword arm and shoulder are torn like Grimmjow's. Moving in for the kill on Sasuke, two Sharingan appearing on the knuckles of the hand, Sasuke barely manages to rebuff using his own Sharingan, dodging barely. Kao Ji sees a large chunk of his body torn off in a brief moment, but the next strike upon Ikkaku results in the hand being cut in half, ending the assault.
Unfortunately, all the torn flesh manages to be processed and melded together in a horrific sight, sinew and flesh turning into strands then being sewn together like string, into a full body minus a head.
It's at that point that the team sees the head flying off, carrying a small child. "Toodles!", it responds.
Everyone who hadn't gone in the last cycle may go.

That has a much lower chance of failure, but it's still possible [e.g. 3 or below will actually harm the child, then a luck roll to see if the child is okay anyways, then a mitigation roll].
Rukia deftly flash steps into the air. Apparently the Bloody Assailant had grossly underestimated her skills, as he bobbed in a taunting manner and, in the sudden attempt to dodge the near-perfectly aimed slash, has to duck extremely low, opening a potential for a ground attack and massively slowing him. The child screams, "Please Oh God help me!", not caring that he's cursing in this time of need.
Nel sees an opening and shoots him with a bala. He does not drop the child, but the teeth loosen. Meanwhile, the newly formed torso takes a hammering.
Retsu manages to restore the health of the members who were harmed, but restoring the life energy and speed that was drained proves to be a greater challenge. It'll be much easier out of the fatigue and confusion of combat, where the reiatsu of the patients can restore things.
Sasuke finds it surprisingly difficult to use Shishi Rendan against an opponent who has no eyes of their own and cannot be hypnotized, and has a much smaller center of gravity due to missing the several pounds of head. In fact, as he moves forward in the initiating kick, the enemy responds with his own "Thirsty Shark Combo". His arms move in like a mantis strike pincer, grabbing onto Sasuke's legs and tearing into them, then hurling him into the air, one arm or leg constantly in Sasuke's leg, beating Sasuke senseless. This also has the effect of using Sasuke as a living shield and dodging away from the other attacks to some extent.
Ikkaku is finally able to release his bankai, but now struggles from a lack of targets. He thinks he sees an opening, though.
Before he can capitalize on the opening, strange energy balls hit both the head and the body. The bodies begin to shrink, slowly growing back afterwards, but this gives Sasuke the ability to dislodge his leg and causes the head to be too small to hold onto the kid. A blond, heavily muscled man jumps down from a building and kicks the head in the face. "Hail to the King, baby". Unfortunately, the kick dislodges teeth which magnetize to the child and pull him away again. "Alien freak!"
OOG: Also, three GMFs for forgetting Angel. Angel has three actions of your choice.

OOG: You could. Angel would have focused on each action. A total bonus of 40 to the roll.
Angel leaps in with his heroic focus, grabbing enough teeth to pull the child away and hold onto him. He feels immense telekinetic force, but he braces himself as he has learned to do against such opponents. For now, the child is safe.
Ikkaku may act (releasing the bankai luckily only took part of his turn).

It appears that the Bloody Assailant's apparent opening was a ruse, as he quickly draws his blade, taking advantage of his second-to-second speed advantage courtesy of the Sharingan and the hypnotic, illusory effects thereof, jumping onto the blade and delivering his own whipping slash. Apparently, the chain blade can whip out as well. However, he underestimates Ikkaku's strength, as even with Ikkaku practically cut in twain diagonally across the torso, Ikkaku is able to bring the second blade and smash the torso of the Bloody Assailant into the ground.
The Bloody Assailant is now running out of steam. The head opens its mouth wide, firing its tongue outwards, stretching it impossibly until it is practically a spiked stinger. Apparently, the taste and smell of things enable the tongue to quickly redirect in ways that would be impossible normally. Angel and the blond man, who Ikkaku now recognizes (being a fan) as Duke Nukem, recognize this as a desperate move, as effective as it is. Angel allows himself to be skewered a few times to protect the child, while Duke Nukem fires a canister into the Assailant's mouth and says, "He who smelt it dealt it, punk". The explosion of cyanide and radium devastates the opponent, apparently designed to kill aliens and time travelers with regenerative abilities close to, if not on par, with this opponent. While the Assailant's head is not dead, and is regenerating, it is now unable to fight back.
Everyone who hadn't gone in the last cycle may go.
