The women and men of the local law turn about and retire, leaving Hack to his means again.

lovely, okay then what about signs, sort of trail markers, they likely would be overlooked and be extremly cryptic, leading one potentailly in many directions

There are none that Hack sees in the graveyard, but that may not mean anything. He has yet to fully explore the area.

then he will fully explore the area, and maybe pensieve could help

Will the two split up, or stay together? How will they search, in general?

Hack walks through the area. In the sunshine, the mausoleums and sanctuaries actually seem rather peaceful and quiet, a rare moment of serenity in his life. The calm almost makes him miss a small sign written in a mystic frequency that Hack was taught working with the clan. The sign reads an ancient Elven joke of rather poor taste.
Pensieve heads off to the left. Hack hears the occasional bird, and Pensieve calls out, "Surprised there aren't more vult-" And then is cut off.

"pensieve?" hack walks around to look

Pensieve is nowhere to be seen.

alright hack looks back at the sign he found, thinking that he may have triggered pensieves dissappearance

He finds no hint about that: The sign has no noteworthy magic or any other energy.

"well aint this a pickle, Inferno" "Pensieve?" greater arcane sight on Inferno's part

So Inferno has showed up? That will of course make the whole process very much easier.

i was figuring on that much "pensieve where the bloody hell are you"

...Wait, it seems like something got lost here. Inferno had showed up, right?
There is no response from the graveyard.

yes he has, "bloody hell, I hate it when my servants dissappear on me," greater arcane eye
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Oct 2, 2006 19:49:42 GMT -5
In what area will the arcane eye search? 360 of the ground, air, what?
Post by Vincent Hack on Oct 6, 2006 23:42:51 GMT -5
all of it, air ground, whatever, and he's only intrested in finding either pensieve or to a lesser extent right now, firual

The eye does not see Pensieve anywhere within its range, which seems artificially abrogated. Hack remembers that this eye may similarly break the rules against excessive mystic snooping. However, DI sees a network of underground tunnels.

trapdoor near where pensieve was
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Oct 11, 2006 4:34:11 GMT -5
No, no trapdoor per se.
Post by Vincent Hack on Oct 11, 2006 18:44:32 GMT -5
something to the effect of a trapdoor, though not really a trap door, examine that a bit closer then hack will go inside
Post by Frederic Bourgault-Christie on Oct 12, 2006 2:36:07 GMT -5
No, the only thing is disturbed earth, but it seems that the entrance to the tunnels is one way.

well then this could be intresting, "vincent were going underground" and down they go

How? They'll need to find another entrance.

Both try, both are repulsed, though Hack gets about halfway through before the field hits. Even Vampressa's intangibility seems to fail here.
