I'd imagion Jess, would want very very loving parents, and a life that would allow her to be a naive as possible for as long as possible. She'd probably want an older sibling to look out for her.

Then again, she may also want it to be a situation where eventually there will be a crisis so she can steel herself. And I'm also talking things like:
*Level of technology *Rough number of siblings *Planet's climate, position vis-a-vis trade routes, etc.
Obviously she can't custom-design everything, but she can definitely tailor a lot with her wishes.

I'd say 2010 like technology, probably temperate forest, like climate physically, I'd say it'd be a pretty peaceful planet. Probably have issues with its trade routes, probably prayed upon by pirates and bandits on sorts. 1 sibling.

Does she want powers to emerge early or later, or at all in her childhood? And does she have any specifications about her family: rich, poor, religious, not...?

Powers, I'd say yes, probably come out in her teens, probably like 16 or so.
her family would be just above middle class, maybe own there own business, and they live off the profit..or something. hmm Religion....interesting...what type of morals taught by religion would make a blood magi, the most frightening. Taoist...I mean satanic would be god awful, and how can i say she'd have an easy homelife with satanists....Im not sure...any person suggestions or insites, what was fred's family in the game?

Fred's family was sort of vaguely New Age/spiritual. Jess is trying to AVOID her old life to see what happens, so something basic and monotheistic and not too demanding might be the ticket.

Fair enough. So they'll make a point of attending various festivals and churches.
Does she want to be human? Or another race?

Consciousness comes so quickly, and so suddenly. This... form she is inhabiting, whatever she is (she still cannot satisfactorily answer that question, but she is vividly aware that she exists in some form), grows. And expands. Protracted ovaloids form, then circular shapes linked to them, then long tubes, then...
Almost involuntarily, she feels a push to rise past this thick, tension-filled film above her. Direction, position, location matter not.

Whatever she is, she rushes at the film. And again. And again. And again. Finally it breaks.
She is in an empty cave. Now that she has some idea of her size, she sees that she is larger than most of the rocks but smaller than some. [About two feet tall.] Behind her is a silverish pond with a number of tears in it. It is completely empty. Approximately twenty feet away from her, laying on the ground quite still, is a glassy humanoid. Further is a cave mouth mostly covered by a purple fern-like plant.

She immediately trips. Crawling seems easier for the moment. Her body slides in and out of a liquid form too. Light is refracted inside her body occasionally and blinds her. However, as she begins to crawl, she discovers something. A cohesive ray fires from her fingers... and the beautiful ferns melt into self-same goo. And she floats in the air.
As she comes forward to the humanoid, she sees that it has the same slenderness yet powerful musculature as her, the same brutality to the body design. Unfortunately, something has taken it, and it... She doesn't know.
In the distance, she hears rustling.

Being curious, yet cautious, she'll hide beside the body, and look towards the noise, if it doesn't become louder, she'll move towards it a bit more.

The stickiness is a gray goo all over her arm. It is goopy and drippy.
Moving subtly and quietly, with a confident gait, are two strange... well, she thinks they're people, at least they look like grownups. One is a white great armored creature, the other a scintillating green and red humanoid with mandibles and a long tail, and wings that reflect the afternoon light.

The fluttering rush of a small... heart? and the slow non-breathing are the girls' only companions as she waits. The two come closer, moving with a self-assuredness. Despite her fear and separation anxiety, she feels safe. With a blazing fast rush of motion, the tail of the winged one strikes and cuts down the fern. "I think we found them!" The two come into the cave, looking around. Upon closer inspection both carry strange elongated rods in their hands. The winged one growls and punches the wall. "Damn it all! Those bastards got here first." The armored one looks more closely and sees the girl. She says, "Shut up, Dajess!" The armored one puts the long rod onto a soft thing hanging around her belt and leans low over (she can't remember her name, it's on the tip of her tongue but...) "Hi! Are you hungry?" She is.

She can speak Hael and Galactic Common preternaturally well and she understands what is being said to her perfectly. "Look, we're going to play a little game." The armored one, now backing up a little, puts a rectangle shaped something onto the ground. "For every personal question you ask me, you can take a teeny step forward. I promise that I'll respond truthfully. When you get to the bar, you can eat it." The one named Dajess says, "Should I..." He raises what She thinks is a hand and points what looks like a bladed thumb.
