"Sake", I hope you meant.
Everyone goes for a stunning blow. However, only the Daemonix and the Crawler, the largest things striking it, break through, delivering a devastating hit with the Negative Matter Arm and a massive water blast, respectively. Everyone else is stopped by the electromagnetic barrier. Uther's effect, however, does begin to seal the enemy.
It decides to reciprocate, making a bouncing stun attack that takes the energy from each foe it stuns to further stun the next. Moving first through the Rangers, then through Ganba, Beau, and X-Rog, finally hitting the familiars and Brunnengus, it plays havoc with the team. Luckily, it was so telegraphed that the later targets have an option to put up shields, and even better, Brunnengus learned the trick.

Brunnengus' massive bear-trap arm swoops in and bites. Somehow, it is also repelled. Brunnengus tries again, the Alter growing in size, and this time it punches through, biting down on the creature. A reaction occurs, as the creature begins absorbing the Alter and Brunnengus' energy!
Familiars et al can go now.

The Djinn, Ampere, was drained completely by a sudden bit of machinery created by Shae that used its electricity to power itself. Shae, Takeshi and Brunnengus then battled Phobos (and their fears, which gives some extra Class Points and a special Merit of fear resistance). Shae and Takeshi left, while Brunnengus plumbed deeper. He and his minions coordinated down three separate paths... and in the process, freed the Infinity Shaman, Sprew! She had been kidnapped by a magician (she doesn't know his identity - may I smell quest), and one of the few exits was a chest in the middle of Infinity. She heads back to the Ebon Dream.
Brunnengus then went to the town of Infinity, met his mother (now pregnant with his kid brother), and passed the test of Anfini, gaining both the spell and the dragon form. He is now prepared to delve deeper into the dungeon.

You had just gone into Amentos' Shrine. I'll e-mail you the map of the room.

To describe what the picture will also solidify:
There is a great shrine in the center, a green razor-toothed idol. In the center of an idol is a torch. Floating on platforms around the center shrine, which is separated by a great void from the perimeter of the room that the team is walking upon, are smaller similar shrines. On some of these shrines are grooves that indicate they might be able to be moved anywhere from 45 to 180 degrees, though the exact mechanism to do that is mysterious. The walls and floors are tiled, but with no rhyme or reason, random sizes, shapes and colors creating a visual pandemonium. One of the shrines is currently burning.
Bahk says, "The townspeople said that Amentos' shrine must be ignited and Amentos defeated to discover the path through Infinity's lowest bowels. They also said that the sword and the flame are the secret to solving the puzzle, though they have not seen the puzzle."

All of the shrines look the same. None of the other torches will light. There are no sword holes per se around.

ok, look around for anything that would give a clue as to how to do another one of your obscenely complicated puzzles.

70, 70, 70. Lucky 7s! Brunnengus sees that there is a method to the room's madness: tiles set in a distinctive pattern. These tiles are parallel to each of the eight platforms. There are four platforms with a ninety-degree groove that are outermost, then four tiles diagonally arranged to them with a one-hundred-eighty degree groove.

Amentos was defeated by cheese. Now what is left is a comment, "Dance through the maze.", and Amentos' Sigil.

Last we spoke, Brunnengus had not found the maze (he assumes it is the teleporter maze the townfolk spoke of), but he had found someone with an ax who was attacking his Abomination. The Abomination lured the kid back to them and they were explaining what's what.

My name is Brunnenges, these are my comrades (name all of them). We came here seeking a long lost ability of my people, Dark Agni.

"Dark Agni! Ha! You have necromantic and demonic minions..." Zee says, "Hey!" Grunkt says, "Do you dare say that to my face?" "...and you're looking for that power? And you wondered why I didn't trust you!"
Brunnengus remembers a rumor from the village about a son of the recently captured Dark Dragon Guru who's trying to save his father from a prison in the caverns of Infinity.

A glint of recognition in his eye, brun will say, "Ah, you must be the son of that man who was captured! Look, we are on the same side kid, so how about you put the sword down and we can try to find your father together."

The kid says, "All right. I won't ask why because I feel it may be a lie, but it happens that I can use whatever help I can get." He backs up the path and says, "You first. I want to see all of you."

The same path of fallen pillars and torches leading up a stone staircase upwards to some door is in front of them. However, this time there is company, as a hail of bullets and arrows come down.

spread out massive metal wings to block them, maybe using the hildegarn carapace for added protection.

The wings repel the incoming projectile weapons very effectively. However, they are now starting to come from many angles and directions: Some from the ceiling up and to the left, some very low down and flying at exposed legs, and so on. Grunkt's armor spreads out and Zee raises shields around the team. The Mirror Defenders (one each for Brunnengus, Zee, Grunkt, Bahk, X-Rog, Beau, Kalaii and Ganba) begin to adopt their positions to cover their charges.
Your turns?
