In addition to the regular World Tournament, the Grand Kai is holding a second Other World Tournament! Though technically only for the deceased, Daedrous among others insures that the team is eligible. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Other_World_Tournament_Saga for some information.

Do we need teams for this or can individual characters enter? All my character will enter if possible.

Individual characters, and yes all are eligible (with a bit of pimping: You are all TECHNICALLY not dead).

Heh. Alright. Mace and his team will teleport to the location. I presume we're already pre-registered?

Yes, you are. Generally, it is best to have the support of an afterlife figure, such as the Jade Emperor or (more centrally) the Kais. The differences?
North Kai:King Kai! Known for training a few people on his tiny planet. One of the last After World Tournaments, he ran only one competitor: Goku.
West Kai:King Kai's rival and the trainer of Pikkon. He is a lot more arrogant than King Kai and has a much colder relationship to his pupils.
South Kai:A much kinder rival of King Kai, South Kai's fighters are weak. However, a lot of them (for example, Caterpie) have hidden potential. South Kaio is aggressively recruiting.
East Kai:An overbearing woman Kai, her fighters are known to be fast, fast, fast.

I'll go to East Kai with my team. Actually, could I send one team member to each Kai?

I suppose you could, if you don't mind each of them being rivals.

I think they'd thoroughly enjoy fighting eachother, though it will be kind of hard to fight myself.

Ummmmm, yeah, I think I'll either have to NPC one of your characters in battle in that instance or force one to essentially resign or auto-win.

I think if you NPC two, I could also learn a couple tricks. I think that would be a good idea.

Agreed. Who will be with which Kai?
Ah, come on, not gonna try something new? Anyway: King Kai is of course beginning training on his little planet above the Serpent Road, reconstituted since Cell blew it up. King Kai speaks in his nasally voice, "So what did the Jewish oncologist say to the Turkish radiologist?" [FN: Nekia RE 285. ]

....Okay. Strike that comment, King Kai says that to whoever is with North.
West Kai wears his monocle as he stares at Nekia. His voice is raspy and obnoxious. "Bah! Crashing Heavens this, Crashing Heavens that... You're too good is your problem!"

King Kai for Mace West Kai for Jerry (He prefers a tougher regiment) South Kai for Brent East Kai for Laura

Then Mace gets the response Nekia was going to.
West Kai is yelling at Jerry in the same way.
South Kai has a number of fighters around him, sitting on a large elegant table. Most of the people here have halos, but he does not. He smiles benignly, his vaguely pinkish skin and sunglasses making him seem very jovial. "We have some very talented fighters this year, including a member of Crashing Heavens!"
East Kai looks at Laura oddly and smiles. "How fast are you?"

Mace quirks one side of his mouth and answers, "Are ya -radiating- Turkish delights tonight?" He knew that was a poor answer, but he really didn't think he would get this joke in the first place.
"Would you prefer I sucked horribly at it and let everyone die thirty-times over again and bear you?" Jerry seems very testy.
Brent, in his human-form, short bornw hair, pocket protector, slacks, etc., blinks at all the fighters, adjusts his glasses, and waves. "Hi."
Laura blinks at East Kai and flips out her jump-jets, a pair of metallic thrusts that are omni-directional and she stares at the Kai. "Want me to show you?"

King Kai laughs. "No. He says, 'I'm a Cancer!'"
"Ha! I'd prefer some humility!"
The South Kai continues, smiling broadly. "Let's drink, to the success of the South Quadrant!"
"I'd love you to."

Mace grins and slaps King Kai on the back, chuckling. "Nice. So, King Kai, why do you enjoy humour and jokes so much?"
Jerry stares at the Kai. "I haven't seen any member of my organization boast about being the best. Word of mouth is the only thing, I'd assume. Tell everyone else to shut it."
Brent sits at the table, taking the drink and sniffing it, which is rather odd to do for someone who really shouldn't have a nose, and then sips it.
Laura nods, taking a sprinting position with both hands on the ground, one leg bent, the other stretched out far behind her. Her boosters turn on and suddenly she breaks off into the distance, trying to circle around the East Kai's planet.

"Who doesn't?"
Quion, who flips over a chair and sits in it backwards, laughs in his deep, slightly mocking way. "You mean, aside from me, Krane, arguably Kumo, Pierre, Albert..."
"So. How are we going to get an edge over the other four?"
She flies about at incredible speeds. Time dilates at this rate. She sees moving objects, which she quickly realizes with her perceptions are other people. Some are much faster, some somewhat slower. The East Kai says, "Very good! I didn't expect you were that fast. But it's not fast enough."

Mace blinks, shrugs, and nods. "Good point. So, where shall we start?"
Jerry grins. "Good point. Sorry Kai, scratch my last remark. So where do we start, oh Mighty Kai?"
Brent looks around at all the fighters, blinking a bit. "Um...spoon with the Kais to get them to let us win?" He really has no idea. This was the Kai's field, not his. Or...at least he hopes so.
"Yeah, I saw. You know, with them not even having to pick bugs out of their teeth, I sort of noticed they moved so fast that the bugs were practically wiped out from existance on all levels. How should we fix my problem?"

"You bring up many good points Kai being humble is something we must all learn for all our power and strength I know there are many places in which we are weak I hope to be humble and true I joined crashing heavens to do good and help people I only hope I can inspire our other members to do the same and most of them do help people". Nekia hangs his head almost ashamed to admit his doubts about some of the teams motives to kai. "You should know better than I that different people have different motives we must do what we can to balance that out Kai". Nekia bows his head to kai as he speaks his voice filled with respect for the man in front of him.

"Huh. Well, if you were anyone else, I'd probably say we needed to get you a power buffer so that my training would be better, but... I think we need to boost your efficiency."
"We start with developing punch! Pikkon tied that upstart Goku because of the power of his attacks!"
The South Kai shrugs. "I don't know either." Despite this, he does not seem despondent.
She smiles, canary feathers almost seeming to stick out of her mouth. "Tell me more about those... doodads on you." (Nanotech plague).
The East Kai turns to Hack and Anduris. "Bah! The new recruits just decline! How many times lightspeed can either of you run?"
Zelen, DI, Victoria, Keryis and Taklinn, meanwhile, join Mace. "Ah! What do you call an overcrowded planet?"

Mace nods, agreeing. "Yeah, I have power. But I don't use it very well. I sort of just shove energy into my attacks and hope it hits."
Jerry looks at the guys around him and wonders if he should just punch one of these guys to show his strength. But he decides against it, thinking he'd just make a few more enemies and didn't want any training 'accidents.' "Right, so, how do you prefer we do that?"
Brent blinks and looks around. "Umm...maybe we should do a little sparring?"
Laura looks over her shoulders at the boosters and thrusters and says "Machinery. The pieces have their limits but they serve to have a lot of punch as well. Nanotechnology is very adaptable though, that's what I use. Basically, they're metal additions that improve my efficiency."

"Well, my boy, I have just the plan for you. It's a bit unorthodox even by my standards, but..."
"We're going to develop your power in devastating attacks that you can repeat!"
"Well, first let's enjoy dinner! Meet some of your teammates!"
East Kai chortles. "And those could produce, say, rocket boosters, navigation jets, space warps...?"

Mace raises his left eyebrow and says, "but....?"
Jerry nods, looking over at his training companions. He nods and looks around for the sparring area.
Brent blinks, shrugs, and turns to the person on his left, smiling. "Howdy."
Laura nods. "Yes. Along with weaponry, computer hacking and cybernetic repair modules, etc."
