Since folks have always mentioned having an evil dimension to wreak havoc in, I'm making official what I've stated unofficially. One of the War Games is a simulator of an alternate universe where all y'all can do what you want: kill, pillage, rape, plunder, wage war, command armies, etc. It can be considered OOC or IC, what have you.

Mosho and Furax want to participate in Mortal Kombat.

What, the tournament? Or they want to form their armies and connections and fight each other?

Well, I see major feasibility problems with the Tournament, unless you mean some kind of MK-style ladder where I make up new foes or improve the power of the originals. Anyways, that would be a Special War Game, not Evil Universe. I'm talking about rape, pillage and plunder of egregious scales here.

Can I commit mass genocide of entire civilizations? Like, I don't know... the Romans?!

Sure. An evil version of the whole cosmos awaits.

Where/how do you want to begin?

I was just kidding about that whole genocide thing. Except that I would like to go on a rampage of some kind. Maybe a stealing rampage. Stealing and bombing things sounds like masses of fun to me. Or maybe stealing, THEN bombing things. Or the reverse, Bombing then stealing things. Oh, there are just so many options!!
Shae thinks of all the possibilities to herself, then shivers and begins giggling with joy.

If you want to commit genocide, you can totally do so. If you just want mass thievery and arson, that works.

Yeah, thievery and arson sounds like a totally awesome plan to me.

So. Where will you begin in this carbon copy of the universe, sans Old Guard?

So if we participate in this, we still earn experience, skill points, etc.? Still new to this, so just curious.
Also, I'll start with taking out a random town. Can ya think of any sort of opposition for me? Mace will have a dandy time...

Yes. All activities I propose offer Class Points, Rank Boosts, Affinity Points, Merits, etc.
Mace looking to start easy?

Slow and easy, need to get the hang of fighting here since that's the center piece here.

Well, no, it doesn't have to be the centerpiece, the game is stressing heavy exploration/skills and I design encounters so you don't necessarily have to fight. But fair enough. What kind of town you thinking: One in America? A fantasy-style town? Etc.?

Ah, I see.
Castlevania-style town.

Mace smiles and walks slowly up to a Renaissance-style villa. It is on a swampy peninsula with gondolas being as extensive as roads. The town square has a large clock and a farmer's market.
How does Mace begin his assault?

Not paying a whole lot of attention to any possible dangers, figuring the town couldn't pull out anything more threatening than a simple pitchfork, Mace stands between two small homes. He holds a hand out towards each home, fine particles of ambient light energy gathering into his palms.
"Ba-binga!" He says cheerfully, his flat palms firing a cloud of super-heated light like a shotgun at both of the houses.

The harsh light burns the air, making an explosion of incredible size and unfurling the street in front of Mace. The two buildings are turned into dust, people inside revealed by the destruction of the building to Mace's godlike senses. He can smell their fear, and the fear of the townsfolk at hearing such a large attack. The children and women in the houses are immolated while trying to run away, then falling to their knees and begging to a god who will not come.
Suddenly, a town guard marches up. Thirty men in heavy armor with curved blades await. Further, a vampire proudly standing in the daylight and revealing its fangs and a heavily armored man with whip coiled around his belt leads their march. The vampire flies at Mace.

He grinned with satisfaction and turned to hear the guard marching up the street. Seeing the vampire, he lazily turns towards it. When the vampire flies at him, he let's his right leg fall limp, adding weight to that side of his body and allowing him to roll into the dust of the home he just destroyed. He uncurls into a stand and turns with the blood sucker's movement, thrusting out both hands, right hand after the left in a coordinated action, and fires off two cones of positive ki modified enough to damage undead and unholy creatures.

The vampire is struck by erupting cones of golden light. The force blasts off her clothes, and her naked body is rapidly turned into dust, melting upwards from her legs to her face. Her eyes for a brief moment show her last thoughts, "I was so... close."
The soldiers put their tower shields down and begin firing crossbows, while the whip-holding man growls in sheer rage and swings over and over, his whip igniting with his rage.

"Hoocha!" Mace cried before flicking a finger towards the whip-wielder, a spark of green light speeds towards the man. If it connected, he would experience a sudden shock of emerald colored lightning that would spread connect through all the iron in his bloodstream, effectively frying his entire nervous system along with it in the meantime.

OOC: Again, I determine if shots hit. In this case, the fire whip did virtually nothing, owing to Forbidden Fire Resistance from the Tome of Burning Flame and to your barriers.
Amazingly, the whip-slinger just barely avoids the attack, grabbing onto a laundry line and pulling himself upwards. The green energy crashes into the guardsmen behind him, shattering their shields and causing all of them to jerk helplessly, held taut far beyond their death, the smell of involuntary urine and shit filling the air. Mace has another attack.

Mace flicks another spark from the other hand, this time making a stream of metallic green flames hurl towards the man like a flamethrower.

The man again miraculously slips away. He jerks his whip high up and flies practically to the other side of town. Mace can tell he did not intend to go so far from his target. The sparks ignite the building behind him, then continuing towards the clock tower, causing it to collapse, falling over onto the building. Because all this has occurred in only a minute or so, the people are only beginning to evacuate, and now the periphery of the town is on fire, trapping them in immolation. They rush to the remains of the clock tower to hide in fear. Mace has two more turns.

Mace giggles with giddy malice and jumps up, flying into the air above the basement. He locks his wrists together, pulls them back, and says, "Grand...Force...CANNON!" He fires off the beam of blue-green energy right down upon the building.

OOC: I assume your GFC is green-blue, since normally it is clear.
The force erupts and strikes all of the people. Skin and muscle are turned into a thin paste. The town begins to sink into the brine below.
Next turn.

Mace looks around for the whip-slinger through the fire all around, first by circling the inner ring of the fire, and then encircling the town. If/when he finds the man, he remains in the air and tries firing at the ground with the Light Dust Burst (his first attack).
