OOG: Gardner wasn't a person, he was a figment of a nightmare's imagination. And who DOESN'T want to punch Guy Gardner? . But yes, this team, primarily due to Fred and Mario's preferences, avoids imprisonment when at all possible, and force when at all possible, and lethal force when at all possible. Ideally, we prefer to rehabilitate all our enemies or resolve problems with peace.
As far as Mario parrying... well, just wait and see. Mario knows that Kevin is not yet experienced enough with Green Lantern energy to pump everything he has in a single turn, e.g. a few seconds. It takes a very high level of expertise to dump that much in that little of time.IG: The Beast snarls back, "I'll rape your mother with a dozen dogs with spiked sickle cocks!" The blow seems to put him the rest of the way under, finishing off the damage that the Diable Jambe du Flambe Prismatique, the Omniwave, the hammer, and the numerous other blows that The Beast absorbed started. The flame burns out, given that leather, chains, and the like are not the most energy efficient things to burn, even with the quite literal magic of the Prismatic Flame. The Beast is unconscious and drained, but definitely not dead - like most horror movie villains, it'll take more than one movie to take him down for the count. Only the invisibility specialist remains, for Mario's remaining actions et al.

Josie will use Kanashibari no Jutsu to stun the guy in the water in case he attempts escape from the next two attacks. Mario and the Golem will hold out there right hand and silently snap attempting to take out the invisibility specialist with a twin use of cymbal snap. In case the specialist is up after that Chocolate will use deathblow to further the stun/ko.

Luckily, Josie and Chocolate did have some slight remaining attacks. Josie paralyzes the Dark Templar so that he cannot attempt to move. He struggles against it, but Josie has him for the few seconds necessary. Mario snaps his finger, as does the massive golem. Anyone with enhanced hearing can faintly hear a highly focused, highly directional sound of intense magnitude and a very high frequency. Reverberating through the water, amplified and given bass and further honed direction by the orca, the Dark Templar becomes stunned, deafened, disoriented, involuntarily evacutes its bowels and has its brain fluid sloshed around. All of this leads to a rapid loss of consciousness. The "Deathblow" afterwards finishes the job, knocking the invisibility specialist out. Unfortunately, right as the invisibility specialist is defeated, six visages seem to come from above. Fred and Mario look up, and the sinking feeling of great powers coming at them seems to take form, the classic slow and ominous camera zoom at an angle. One is a man with monstrous, dripping blood wings and pinkish-purplish hair. Five, meanwhile, seem to be the same: A torso of a black man sticking out of a pumpkin-like bottom portion. ![](http://fc34.deviantart.com/fs29/f/2008/057/2/5/Szayel___Fornicaras___Bleach_by_Maevachan.jpg) ![](http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/bleach/en/images/b/bc/Brujeria_Released.jpg) The man with the attractive, thin face and arrogant, intellectual smile sardonically opens with, "I'm sorry for not giving you the... 'honor' of releasing when we arrived instead of before, but we are under strict orders from 'Aizen-Sama' to attack you with all we have after what you did to Noitora, then to Ulquiorra and Yammy." Immediately, the pink-haired man sprays a rain of blood everywhere. Appearing behind everyone, including their pets, are... perfect, carbon copies of themselves, a doppelganger for each man, woman and monster here. But instead of normal irises and pupils, each doppelganger has Xs in their eyes. Meanwhile, one of the black men moves his arms. An eye locks onto Mario. He makes Mario swing his arm, seemingly randomly. The rapid motion, however, actually propels the Golem to punch Kevin. The devouring power of the golem absorbs quite a bit of power from Kevin's barrier and therefore his ring. Mario now knows how to stop subsequent motions of the golem, but his arm is still under active control. Another two eyes locks onto Black. One of Black's hands aims a spray paint can at his head, while another grabs his zanpakuto and puts it to his neck. He, like Mario and the others being affected by this, feel him lose his dominance over his arm. Yet another two lock onto Marshall. Marshall puts his own blade at his stomach, ready to slash open his stomach, and another arm at his neck to crush his windpipe and carotid. A fourth moves with absolute incredible speed. Mario cannot believe how fast this guy is, and while he wishes he could pick up some of his tricks, he nonetheless cannot stop the punch that throws him down thirty feet into the ground. That one moves to Fred and punches him in the stomach. Blood erupts onto the black man, and he is sent into a wall. The fifth holds its action, as do the doppelgangers. The black men say simultaneously, "Now simply get a courier to go home, bring back the Hogyoku, and none of your friends have to die." The pink-haired man adds, as a contemptous afterthought, "Oh, and... Don't bother using any ability you've used since the Hogyoku. We've been watching, and I've prepared counter-measures for myself and Zommari."

Marios golem acts for him and brings out a Twix, giving the team a moment to think and prepare. Marios voice is level but slight cackle due to him being a skeleton at the time. "Look I have a plan guys, first im going to use a hostess fruit pie to get rid of the ugly one. Then were going to use formula 410 to get rid of some of the more dangerous blood clones. Then all of you will have to coordinate keeping Szayel, the one with the gay hair, from interrupting Fred and I."
Mario begins to powering up. "I need to trust you guys to do this, dont let me down I know we can win this."

Marshall reacts to the tentacles by using his skills at evasion, using the smashed and flying pieces of earth to get above the tentacles. Swinging out his manriki gusari, spinning it up to create a huge water vortex that pulls on the tentacles and begins cutting at them like hundreds of small blades.
Seeing his opportunity to strike, he slashes with his manriki, it passing through the water like it didn't exist because of its own aquatic properties. Without waiting for a reaction he flies in to strike again with a stab using his katana.

Marshall's usage of the stones is a key move, letting him get a place to stand on. His manriki slashes the tentacle off, and his Super Slash-enhanced manriki and katana strikes help to fully knock out the invisibility specialist. Unfortunately, now Marshall realizes that he'll have to deal with Szayel and the rest, and he only has his body released by the momentary break of the Twix. Fred recuperates from Zommari's blow. He consumes Diablo II-style potions, prompting everyone else to do the same, buffering healing energy and mana restoration. "Keep a bag of Skittles ready to escape on the rainbow, Life Savers ready to heal, Red Bulls if you need wings and enhanced flight speed, Power Thirst if you need speed and strength and energy legs, and Sobe if you need a little boost. If this gets hinky, we need to be ready to run, so keep a little energy available for escape." He drinks a Black and Blue Berry Brew, raising his magical reserves. He says, "True World: Free the Mind", pulling out a scimitar-shaped blade. It turns into interlinked, prismatically-colored blades. "Simulate: Santa Teresa", he then utters. Two arms made of energy form, wielding two curved blades of energy similar to this: bleach.wikia.com/wiki/Image:Nnoitra_Released_Anime.jpg. The blades seem to be made of chaotic energy. M'uru's power flows from him, and he conjures more of the Power Cosmic. A mandala of light appears, an image on it showing Zommari speeding away and Szayel being immolated, and Fred swallows it, raising his power. Drawing his zanpakuto, he says simply, "Bankai". The blade turns from a conventional, large katana into a light blade, then into a long, more triangular shard of light connected to a more circular handle wrapped with elegant white tassels. Fred becomes covered in a white, heavy armor, in a design similar to this but with more white instead of gold: obsidian.lunarnet.org/lunarmecha/dr_guard1.gif . Activating Hero's Rise, an array of buff and power-up magic enhances his power. Ancestor spirits swarm to Fred, giving him a spiritual army. Activating Barkskin gives him more resistance. His Thunderbird's Wings seem to crackle and boom with even more fury than before, energizing everyone. Storm power seems to erupt from him, as if his body itself were becoming a storm. Shadowy arms seem to flower from Fred. This is not his Asura power, but a new one, a far less costly one. He wields Neutral Excalibur, the two Teresa weapons [Destructive Swords], his bankai, Tidebringer, Battle Fury, Exar Kun's Lightsaber, his main arrancar zanpakuto, vajra, Integrated Blade System, Black Edge Through Toma-Ta and a Muramasa. He activates a Power Circle and a Battle Trance from his trinkets. Fred sighs. "I'm as ready to go as I can be without burning energy for our coup de grace." Arexa tops people off with Hakushi's healing, prepares his puppet, and coordinates with her Psychohistorian powers. Nanobots from within her transform her into steel. "I need survivability. I can deduce that Szayel does not know all of our abilities, particularly mine." Redfox brings his Gemini back into him, his muscles growing from the inside. "I - I - I'm consolidating my power so I can hit them." What else will people do to prepare, if they want to go along with this plan? Remember that the Twix only gives so much time.

Marshall will respond by creating phantom doubles (how many can I operate at once?), pumping them up with another scroll he draws from his Kanebokuro Bottomless Purse of Wishes, this one considerably bigger and more complex. It gives the clones boosts to speed, agility, strength, and endurance. He also draws out his windmill shuriken, powering it up for maintained flight, letting it spin in circles around himself, giving off an intense orange glow. (I'm a little behind on my abilities, i don't have much unfortunately. However since I explained by absence as being away in a zen location does Szayel know anything about me?)

OOG: Two doubles. And generally, the Bottomless Purse of Wishes gives more subtle items such as a grappling hook, ordinary revolver, rope, nightvision goggles, etc., but since you're experienced with it I'll allow the scroll.
As far as Szayel knowing anything about you... He implied that everything that you've shown so far in this battle he observed, meaning that he knows about your teleportation, your healing scroll, the way your Manriki functions, the passive element of the Super Slash, and a few others. But anything else he probably won't know since you were more of an ancillary member, meaning you still have some surprises that he hasn't accounted for, primarily the Invincible Fire Wheel which may be the only way you'll survive given that Zommari might be able to two shot you. And we can work on your character in your character creation thread: There's a variety of options for augmentation, a variety of sources for new ninjutsu, etc. That having been said, you don't know what he knows, so he may very well know every trick you and everyone else has. This doesn't match his performance in the manga/anime, where Uryu, Renji and Mayuri harmed him a few times by using tricks he hadn't seen, but that's only a guide at best.
The Windmill Shuriken floats around Marshall. He manages to rise above his fear so impressively that he manages to watch Zommari above and get a feel for the way his sonido operates. While he can't replicate the sonido himself, he can apply it to the way ninja move and acquire his Zanzoken.

Joseph will teleport up to the sniper, "Guess what buddy!" he'll then grab the sniper with all his extra limbs and fry him to unconciousness with electrokinesis
Tigger will cast holy explosion on the beast, skittles will maim-inate the beast as best he can.
The savior will smack the beast with a leg
Igor will breath a disease cloud in the beasts face
the chest Amal. will bind the sniper.
The hawks will form a tight circle looking outward, still looking for the templar with their increased vision , if they manage to spot him trying to attack or move, they will move in and tear him to shreds with the diamond claws.
The snake will join the hawks, and attempt to bite the templar.
one eye and the broodlord will engage the beast in melee combat, One eye still trying to keep it's attention.

OOG: Kevin knows that if he attacks now, he breaks the Twix effect. Fred telepathically signals, <Kevin, if they saw your Green Lantern energy earlier, there's a reasonable chance they're at least partially adapted against it.> Also, Kevin estimates based on his understanding of Zommari's power that he can't even hold one. And there are FIVE Zommaris, two of which are controlling people, meaning that even at its best Kevin's plan would lead to at least one of his current teammates dying. Also, if you make even the slightest motion, they'll sense your motion and with their vastly superior speed, Reflex and Keen, will probably kill Marshall or Black - you do have the advantage that your ability operates at the speed of thought, but frankly they're pretty damn fast too what with Sonido and Szayel's incredible intelligence and quickness of mind. They have hostages.
And Joe, they're beaten. They're DONE. The sniper was knocked unconscious by Redfox reversing the railgun shots, The new enemies are Zommari and Szayel. Zommari and Szayel are each easily ten times any of your strengths, probably more like 30-50. They have Ki scores above 175, dominant attributes in the Supernatural-Legendary ranges, and hierro that can resist a close-range nuclear bombardment. You guys need to prepare as much as possible before you continue your attack, and if you attack prematurely, Black and Marshall might die. Joe needs to be powering up, setting his up his tactical teams, etc.

OOG: OK, I was only acting because I thought the others had already attacked. Also, the ring beams act at the speed of light, the reason it is slowed is because I don't think that fast, for example, if I were to shoot a fist at someone the fist would travel at the speed of light, unless I didn't want it to, if my target were to dodge I couldn't adjust the attack at the speed of light.
In game: I'm going to turn to everyone and ask"How dangerous do you think the Arrancars would be if they got the Hogyoku back? Like threatening the universe or just this world."

OOG: I'm aware of that. The problem is that you simply DON'T think that fast, as I noted. Szayel's rate of mental processing is around 100 times yours, and Zommari's Keen and Reflex means he'll beat you in a "Think first" context any day of the week.
Fred replies to Kevin, "Well, here's the thing. With the Hogyoku, Aizen is able to turn any ghost or Hollow into an arrancar, a fusion of ghost and shinigami that is better than their composite parts. Each arrancar, even weaker ones, seems to be perfectly capable of going toe to toe with a Shinigami captain or people with bankai. With this army, Aizen plans on taking the seat of heaven, becoming the first true God or ruler of the universe. So, yeah, some backup'd be nice. Problem is that I imagine the Green Lantern Corps only has so many agents, and if they want to help us this time they might as well help us EVERY time they send a team to reclaim the Hogyoku. Also, these Espada could kill frontline Green Lantern Corpsmen, so they'd have to send good ones. They don't have a ton of those. Putting that aside: You have to send the message, and if we want to do this, we want this done in, oh, 15 seconds. They would arrive after it's said and done."

Alright, the answers to these next questions HEAVILY determine what I do next.
1) Did Fred assume I had already activated my Dragonskin buff?
2) Would I be able to substitute with my hidden clone fast enough to maybe throw them off or some such?
3) Can I have help sorting through my un-picked moves Fred?
OOG: Alright, edited.
Black chews over his moment for a few seconds, then his eyes open wide in realization before going back to normal.
This should help against me if I get forced into stabbing myself Black thinks as his skin slowly morphs into an intense hide of dragon-like scales.
Black then scrunches his brow in concentration, his muscles tense before giving way to a fiery calm. In a flash his body is enveloped by roaring flame which in turn gives way to black flame, the intense heat of the demon realm radiating from him. With a visible amount of effort put towards focusing the fiery medium Black extends his arms, palms wide.
As the flames rush about him they threaten to run rampant, but only briefly so. The skill is new, but not so clumsily learned as to have will enough to turn upon its master. This time. From behind a veil of black flame Black says to everyone with an odd growl:
"Once we begin I'll lay down tons of spray and cover the place in a sea of red. With my pressure shield and fire bending in tandem I should be able to help mitigate damage and obscure their visions of our attacks at the same time"
OOG: Also note I'm using my hidden clone to help with the fire bendery involved with the pressure shield and such.

OOG: No, I did not assume that Black had Dragonskin on. It was a surprise attack. Applying the buff now would be an excellent move. And, no, it would not be possible to do the substitution because the moment they showed they moved and they're faster than you even without the drop on them.
NO, YOU CAN'T HAVE HELP FAGGOT. Nah, just kidding. Of course you can. Hit me up on MSN, as you are doing literally as I'm typing this.Fred considers. "Go ahead and send the message, but make sure they know how time sensitive this is. And, yeah, it's roughly the same as in Bleach: We don't want Aizen to have this, even if he claims he doesn't need it. Hal might not be an active member at the moment, though, so I'd send it broader, to the whole Corps. I just don't expect they'll show." Kevin from his understanding of the Corps thinks Fred is right, but it would indeed be helpful for them to be on the same page as us. Does Kevin send the message? Taking advantage of the idea of contacting outside help, he relays a message to Dusk Sky. Suddenly, a sandstorm brews above. Though it won't hit the enemies until the action starts, it is a successful Sands of Time ritual, which will reduce Szayel's actions and speed by a factor of three effectively [technically making actions that'd take one turn take six, but it works out that he'll do 1/3rd actions]. This is a massive help. Further, the team's time in the Twix break is extended, letting them get more rest and prep and thereby use less energy. He also contacts Kurama, who while he cannot get there himself manages to produce six Saibamen! The little horrible green beasts snarl and pretend that they're not useless. But hey. Meat shields. ![](http://homepage.mac.com/cheethorne/DBZ/images/saibamen.jpg)

Kevin uses his ring as an omni-band projection transmitter. A message is lodged with the Guardians, JLA and Avengers. Kevin receives an automated response that indicates that the message is working its way through. With the additional time from the Sands of Time, someone may arrive in time to assist.
A whipping wave of fire erupts around Black, his glowing skin a testament to raising power.
Brian focuses his rage and aggression, growing stronger.
Joe's prep, and possibly Cory and Glenn arriving, and then the battle will begin afresh!
Redfox casts Demeter. A woman wielding the Cornucopia spreads her blessings spiritually over the group. The following buffs are applied to all characters and pets:
1) Holy Sword (+5 adjustment to the melee weapon(s) of each character and each act as a magic circle against evil) 2) Haste 3) Innervate (massive increase in energy regeneration 4) Aphotic Shield (shield that removes debuffs upon casting, so any and all debuffs are gone, and absorbs a certain amount of damage before exploding equal to damage done) 5) The Gift effectively transferring Potence, Celerity and Auspex to the team (enhancing speed, strength and perception particularly of ghosts)

Joe adjusts his team into new tactical positions, ideal for flanking, assault and support. The tactical support he gives them makes them better able to accomplish their jobs. Healing excretions increase everyone's regeneration, particularly those with an intrinsic regeneration already (Fred, Brian, Joe, etc.) With the extra time afforded by the Sands of Time, Dusk Sky is able to give her final contribution to the battle. With the ritual Paper Flesh, she prepares to reduce Szayel's strength and fortitude massively. Redfox knows that he has to use two entirely new weapons. He draws two platinum pistols and puts a staff in his teeth. The staff seems to be composed of thick, bubbly liquid in a solid state. Soon, he is producing bubbles to fill the battle arena and protect allies. Some bubble rise up into the flame, providing it napalm to burn hot. The flock of ravens from the sky seems to form into Cory in a macabre dance. Kevin and Marshall get the vague sense that Cory has changed in some subtle yet vitally important way. Fred says, "Glad to have more backup." Cory replies by pulling out a Tarot card: ![](http://www.learntarot.com/bigjpgs/swords12.jpg) . The card seems to grow and encapsulate him. Armor covers him, and swords stick from his now-pitted flesh. He becomes a slavering werewolf, somehow emanating into the spirit and physical realms simultaneously, his howl channeling both bear and wolf. Suddenly, the Twix's break time ends. Mario immediately draws a Hostess Fruit Pie and manages to say, "Not even Zommari Leroux can resist the... delicious taste of a Hostess Fruit Pie?" Meanwhile, Fred and Cory spray doppelgangers with the Formula 410. Fred's, Mario's, Redfox's and the Bio-Titan's doppelgangers disappear, but this still leaves quite a few. Zommari glances from side to side, idly and arrogantly. Suddenly, the Hostess Fruit Pie is gone. Marshall and Black feel the influence of Brujeria decline from them rapidly. As Zommari is leaping about, he seems to grab the defeated bounty hunters. As he does so, Fred shoves his multiple arms from the Ancestral Army at him in a subtle move. Amazingly, Fred's superhuman speed and agility is sufficient combined with the confounding influence of the Hostess Fruit Pie to allow him to perform Steal Ability with impunity! Mario recognizes that he has stolen Gemelos Sonido, the air stepping ability, Negacion and Simulate: Brujeria. Worse, watching this process, Mario acquires Shunshin and Speed Clones by applying the same principles to his knowledge! Joe unfortunately is not able to acquire anything psychically - the information is too far from him. Despite his moment of weakness having temporarily lost those abilities, the team still can't approach Zommari's speed, and he leaves with the bounty hunters in tow. It seems that Aizen is also willing to protect the bounty hunters he dispatches after the team - after all, if they're in traction, they can come back out and harass them again! Szayel sighs. "Well, I see that my comrade didn't take to heart my warning that you boys can't be trusted. Stark must have gotten to you. Oh, well. Informing Aizen of Stark's mistake would irritate the Primero Espada..." His voice becomes more harsh as he says, "But you have irritated ME enough, and for that there is no excuse". Coming from above, four bizarre creatures drop down. ![](http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/bleach/en/images/8/8b/210px-Szayel_Espada_8_Bleach.jpg) They are easily recognizable as Szayel's fraccion. Luckily, it appears for now Szayel is deciding not to summon any other Hollow fodder to further whittle at the team's defenses. Battle begins. Szayel has been weakened by Dusk Sky's rituals, but he is still vastly superior to any combatant here, even with their greatest energy and powerup. Luckily, Dusk Sky seems to have taken advantage of his natural arrogance, so he is at least not initially beginning with gran rei cero. He is playing with his food first. With one hand, he uses a strange contraption, almost like a stick-lighter. "This will lower the thermal mass here to zero." Black's firestorm loses quite a bit of its heat, or rather its ability to CONVECT the heat, reducing its pressure shield massively as well. But Black does notice two things. First: The bubbles from the Bubble Whip Staff are still maintaining all of their heat within the hermetic sealing of the bubbles, letting him still have some Pressure Shield activity. Second: In a sense, Szayel screwed himself. Lowering the thermal mass only worked on the regular flames, not the Darkness Flame. The regular flame simply compressed into the Darkness Flame, making a much more intense heat. Unfortunately, the Pressure Shielding defense is gone. Worse, everyone's body becomes very cold-feeling, as the ability of the body to keep warm seems to disappear. The chilling cold combined with the fear of facing an Arrancar robs everyone of some of their power. Even Black, under a veil of ten thousand degree heat, feels the slightest tinge of cold. Next, he activates another device. This one reverberates off all the static that Zommari's sonido left behind, creating a horrendous static burst that seems to damage everyone. It also leaves an after-trail that makes sonido faster, helpful for Fred but also to Szayel and his fraccion. Finally, he begins to rain down bala shots. Everyone's Aphotic Shields are gone in a flash, but the damage of the shields popping damages him and his fraccion. Fred laughs and says, "Didn't see that one comin', did ya? We represent chaos, change, new approaches to problems, freedom. Analyze that, four eyes." Szayel still floats in the air, pelleting down shots at anyone who dares approach him. Mario would have first action, but simply go ahead and post.

I'm going to change my strategy from offense to defense. I'll use my ring to form shields over as many people as I can realistically sustain. I'll avoid pets and quick moving people like Marshall, to whom it would hinder more than help, and not like bubbles, more like another layer over their body.

Kevin's status as a barrier specialist of the Green Lantern Corps is clear as he forms shields, active even if partial, around multiple people, shifting as they go. The armor is very close to the body, letting Kevin form it as close to the moment of the attack as possible, messing with Szayel's rhythm.
OOG: Incidentally, even with Zanzoken and his ninja training, Marshall is actually fairly slow by the standards of everyone here. Mario's VH Superhuman Reflex and Keen and his tremendous amount of movement techniques makes him just unbelievable to watch. Fred has much lower speed stats, though still higher than Marshall's (Low and Low rather than Very Low and Low), but his flight speed amplified by the Thunderbird's Wings is unmatched. Cory is a behemoth who uses strength to propel him, not to mention a werewolf benefitting from nearly the full movement speed of a four-legged animal with nearly unlimited stamina. Black uses hook blades, Jet Set Radio training, his rocket skates and other means to create a complex and varied movement speed portfolio. What Marshall IS is graceful, unpredictable, silent and stealthy, so he actually DOES benefit from your Lantern skill. Nonetheless, good strategic thinking. In practice, you're good enough to be shifting back and forth actively while remaining in your own bubble, protecting people for the moment they need damage, especially with Haste increasing your operation speed.

Mario feels bad, to him he has the easy part in this. His bankai puts one arm out at each side Marios arms following suit. He begins to focus gathering all of his ki into his palms visualizing a yellow orb of ki in each.
I guess charging all your energy is not as easy as they make it look.... still remember how he did it Mario, slowly but surely every last bit has to go into this attack.
Josie and chocolate will hold action to either parry an attack aimed at them or if no attacks come then to heal anyone who gets wounded.

For Fred, the charge time is less essential. His technique requires more life force and blood than charge time, though that is certainly helpful. Chocolate's doppelganger runs to the middle of the fraccion, ready to heal them. Meanwhile, Josie's doppelganger, seeming to benefit from a great burst of speed from Szayel's chemicals, leaps onto the back of Brian and paralyzes him. This doppelganger is going to use Brian as a human shield. The Bankai Elemencium Golem's Doppelganger laughs into the sky and brings down its fists. A surging wall of earth, undulating, waxing and waning like the tides, slams outwards. The speed and stunning nature of the attack causes everyone to be struck. Luckily, the Potence, Celerity's/Haste's contribution to automatically rolling with the impact, healing auras, Kevin's barriers and so forth keep the team from being crushed, nonetheless the impact is terrible. Mario's hip and abdomen area gets twisted out of whack, though he holds his charge. Black actually manages to melt the very Earth, creating a wall of slag, but the Earth below him pools around him and twists an ankle. Fred is floating, so he is simply thrown up into the air. Redfox passively shields himself with a bubble and bounces high into the air. Cory simply smashes through it, though his skin is bloodied afterwards. One of the Saibamen is destroyed, though his sacrifice is not in vain, as he blows up to reduce the impact of the wall of earth. Afterwards, there's a bowl-shaped crater which the team is outside of, their doppelgangers crowding them, Szayel and the fraccion "inside" (though Szayel floats around 100 feet up). Mario's Elemencium Golem passively shields the effect from utterly crushing many of the team. The true Elemencium Golem looks down with panic as the wall is about to engulf Quinn; grabbing him, holding his paired charge tenuously, he shields him from the impact, though Quinn's legs still shake. Marshall is struck in the nuts and thighs; the pain is massive and reduces his efficacy for the next turn. Kevin's barrier is whittled down. As the wall hits them, the team comes to realize that they have more than the barriers Kevin provides. The Mark of the Wild, the Armor of Ithan and the Armor of Neptune shield them. Josie and Chocolate manage to ride the wall and are relatively unharmed. Arexa and her puppets are simply struck by shrapnel, but the velocity of the shrapnel puts a massive dent in her barrier. Worse, the air is now filled with flying columns of earth. They will come down periodically throughout the fight, and some seem to be guided missiles! Cory's action. Luckily, Cory has no doppelganger. EDIT: Cory has relayed his actions directly. Cory roars loud enough to literally shake the earth. It may seem subtle compared to the golem's assault just prior, but the fraccion seem to know a look of terror. Then he leaps with a burst of speed. Mario is amazed: Though Mario has more raw speed and more technique, Cory's motion is just terrifying. His long gait, his ability to act as if he had four legs, his bear-like top speed, the explosive strength he deploys, and other elements make him a behemoth. Worse, he seems to have grown to be easily twenty feet, the size of an apartment. His claws rake into Kevin's Doppelganger. The faux Green Lantern projects a field to protect it, but it is batted into triangular shards in a single blow. Kevin's Doppelganger has his chest first bored through then ripped off, turning into blood drops onto the ground. Cory then spins around. His eyes glow red as he rushes to Marshall's clone and stomps him into the ground. When his foot rises again, Marshall's Fornicaras Doppelganger is no more, a mere splatter in the Berkeley Earth. Finally, Cory's burst of speed carries him to Joe's Doppelganger. Joe's Doppelganger surprisingly draws a lightsaber, impaling it into Cory's leg. Cory ignores it and brings his claws together onto the clone's head, squashing it like a rotten melon. Meanwhile, Cory's armada of pets begin to press their assault. Zoie creates a Holy Nova, golden star-shaped sparks of light splashing outwards. The four fraccion seem to mumble in pain as the holy energy comes onto them. Chocolates' Doppelganger heals this damage immediately, but they are nonetheless not happy with the holy energy. The doppelganger of Joe's snake is struck by a gout of flame projected by Jet. It appears that Jet is the better snake, as the snake is immolated. Toby produces sutras and throws them at the elemencium golems' doppelganger. The false nature of the doppelganger causes it to be harmed and restrained by the sutras. Louie throws a net on top of Ol' One Eye's Doppelganger and begins to stab him repeatedly. His Wolfen gladiatorial skills serve him well as he fights the impostor. Tasha uses Flash Step to appear in front of Ottos' Doppelganger. The dog with the Xs in the eyes has a blade cut through its face. It turns into crimson goo. Dewey uses his proverbial "I Win Button" and performs Frost Shock on Szayel. Though the damage is negligible, Szayel has not prepared for this precise Frost Shock and thus is slowed. Huey produces hellfire and strikes Szayel with it. Szayel smiles as he expects that his preparations will let him ignore the hellfire, it being not substantially different from Fred's or Otto's. He is wrong, as the flame ignites his arrancar nature and plays with the demon flame already in the air. The ravens conjured by Cory's shamanic powers peck at the general forces amassed. Their spiritually-empowered talons and beaks rip into the enemies, serving as a profound distraction. An M1 Abrams Tank, suffused with the spiritual blessing of Vulcan Raven, blasts a shot at the fraccion. The explosion seems to visibly harm them. Szayel cocks an eyebrow. "I wasn't aware any of these peons were this strong." A shimmering portal appears. Cassidy is riding on a giant sewer truck: ![](http://www.nebraskacityutilities.com/images/sewer_truck.jpg) . Cassidy laughs as he with a newly scarred form says, "Fred, what did you do to piss yourself off so bad?! Must be a really SHITTY day!" Those watching Cassidy could swear that his dialogue comes out in little yellow balloons. The sewer truck is moving at incredible speeds due to Cassidy's Jumper abilities, able to take advantage of the truck's already fifty plus mile per hour velocity and combine with terminal velocity to slam into Szayel at approximately three hundred miles per hour. The impact of such mass is utterly incredible, and its targeting is superhumanly precise. Szayel contemptously bats the truck apart, ripping it into fragmentation that spreads out, luckily harming no one. But doing so causes the noxious gases into the truck to spread out and ignite. Archfael, the black three-headed Demon Hound of Corruption that Cassidy brings with him, emits a blinding spray at Szayel. Szayel doesn't seem too concerned, until Archfael then emits fire breath from three heads alongside it, coalescing into a jetstream of flame combining into noxious acid burning. Fred quickly throws salt into the maelstrom, taking advantage of the heat to produce a Salt Bomb, the chlorine and sodium in the salt separating to produce a toxic explosion. Szayel is engulfed, the explosive gasses from the sewer truck reigniting, causing a combined explosion of not inconsiderable magnitude. Szayel snarls. "Oh, how I wish I could change my clothes", he comments. His Las Noches outfit is speckled with feces, urine, vomit, and bits of undigested food. Despite Cassidy's nonchalance, he clearly is taking this fight seriously. He first says, "Bankai". The word reverberates as a terrain around him takes hold, smoothing out the crater that the attack made. The thermal mass effect disappears, Black's Pressure Shields re-emerging and his flame rising back to prominence. Cassidy then seems to reach above his head and pull down... something. A mask that greatly resembles a silverish version of this snapping turtle skull is pulled over his face: ![](http://www.artbyevolution.com/repamps/snapturtle.jpg) . Cassidy has revealed his vizard mask. Red energy erupts from around him. Szayel sighs. "A human playing at being a Hollow. A new conceit for you boys, nothing more." Cassidy delights in proving him wrong as he shows an amazing skill in sonido, obviously from recent training under an actual vizard. "Look, they're all poppin' like that shit that's all over you! FROSTING!", he yells wittily as his distracting banter seems to annoy Szayel and confuse the fraccion. The timbre of his voice has acquired an ominous tone through the filter of the Vizard Mask, and the fraccion can be seen to be actively terrified of this new beast. His blade forms into a massive segmented chain blade, striking with amazing adeptness [Sneak Attack III + Arterial Strike + Hamstring Feat + Knock Down] at a number of the doppelgangers. Almost all of them are wounded or hamstrung if not actually dead. Arexa's doppelgangers as well as the doppelgangers of her ninja insects, Zibi's doppelganger, Quinn's doppelganger, and Black's doppelganger are killed by the tremendous strength and speed. The hawks', Mr. Skittles', Old One Eyes', Ivans', Solfeathers', Ottos', Chocolates', Brians' and the orcas' doppelgangers are hamstrung and wounded. The Elemencium Golem is simply damaged by the tremendous force exerted. Black's action has priority next, but as always anyone can state their action. OOG: To be totally clear, only doppelgangers were killed this round, NOT any real pets or people.
