Fred nods and begins to prepare. Quinn first sees him carefully and reverently sheathe or harness multiple weapons. There is an azure blade that broadens as it reaches the tip ( www.dota-allstars.com/images/lists/BTNWaterS.gif ). A daikatana polished so that it seems to glow from every angle is next, placed into a black sheath. Another scimitar seems to oddly enough be a part of Fred's body. A tined object is held loosely on the side ( www.sundial.thai-isan-lao.com/images/vajra_china_u.jpg ) . A weapon that seems as if it is made out of multiple hollow knife blades condenses into a mere bladeless handle. A particularly massive broadsword is sheathed in a special harness on Fred's back; its very aura seems to radiate peace and calm. Quinn swears he can see a sharp, misshapen blade crawl with spider-like legs up onto Fred's back. A lightsaber is placed onto a belt loop. And an almost shovel-like blade that Quinn and Mario recognize as being of Muramasa's design. He then dons leather gloves and a red mail chestplate that has green orbs protruding from the shoulders. Quinn can see, upon closer investigation, that Fred's face has a number of protrusions on it. They are so small as to be barely noticeable even under close light, but when all of them are visible, they form a silver and red witch doctor's mask in shape. [Ray sucks and will never read this.] A young man comes up to Quinn with his hand out. "H-h-hi, I'm Redfox. I... I'm a weapon master." The man has red-blond hair, blue eyes, and a slim figure, yet there is something similar to Fred. Quinn can also see that Brian similarly wields a blade of Muramasa's design, and Redfox has a weapon Quinn could swear is Dual Blade. It seems that he is not the only one with a legendary weapon. Redfox puts on one of the jetpacks. Fred does not, taking to the air with his own power. Mario flies at incredible speeds but also seems to be surfing on the air, as if engaging in multiple propulsions. Around Berkeley, Mario and Fred detect incoming power levels...

"Can't tell how many there are but there total power level is 300 Raditz or about 500,000." Mario quickly forms a few hand seals as he whispers mostly to himself. "Kirigakure no Jutsu." Simultaneously Mario turns on his mist sight technique so that he can see through his own mist.
Mario holds his hand out in front of him prepared to draw Mistfall as his eyes begin to turn red as two tomoe appear in each eye. Josie sitting on his shoulder pulls, seemingly from nowhere, a kunai with an explosive tag attached she holds it in her mouth ready to throw. They are posed patiently waiting for there prey to appear.
Telepathically Mario warns the group. "Remember how we do this now, nobody dies here so show restraint."

A voice booms through the mist. "Oh, please? Still using that outdated fog? The Village Hidden Between the Desert and the Mountains has plenty of counter-measures for that." The loud voice functions as a sonic attack. Despite Joe's unique biology, his bowels involuntarily void themselves, substantially distracting him. Mario suffers penalties from loud ringing in his ears. Brian resists entirely: A humonculus is not so easy to disrupt. Quinn similarly resists the effect of the sound. Fred and Redfox seem to be fine, as is Black. Immediately thereafter, a ball of plasma appears, blowing away the mist. "Kiri Jouchaku no Jutsu." The ball produces intense heat, but is so far not a threat. Mario can recognize the style: It's the opponent who blocked his Mistfall, who uses the Jutsu Hands.
Black immediately has a machete strike him square in the chest. Luckily, it appears that Fred took the liberty of surreptitously upgrading Black's clothing to provide a powerful weave, and Black's Pressure Shield training takes the velocity of flight to make a small wake, and the Mark of the Wild provides him with additional armor, and... Long story short, Black is not vivisected. But he feels his organs crunch in a way that is not entirely pleasant.
As blood trickles into his mouth slowly, Black sees a winged fighter in front of him, lizard-like. Black gets through the telepathic network that the enemy is a Gromek. The lizard speaks with a thick Latin accent. "Hey, ésé, you crackers done messed with the Superios and the Village. Some of us are hip with you, but let's just say, we ain't part of that group, j'know?"
The problem becomes worsened rapidly. "Osentei Tama no Jutsu!" resonates through the air, a sickly, husky voice. There is nothing anemic about the impact of the bullets, however, that rains on the team's defenses. They are spheres easily the size of a Volkswagen, composed of a thick miasma that resembles the LA skyline, and they hit like a pile of bricks. Fred somehow seems to be... blocking the bullets, though his blade arm is clearly not as fast as the incoming shots. Joe's Bio-Titan, Savior, absorbs the damage easily. It seems that nothing the enemies have so far has the sheer weight to harm the behemoth. Brian mostly shrugs off the damage, though the noxious air is heavy, due to its high ozone content, and foul, actively oppressive to the senses and toxic to the body and lungs. Quinn is pelleted, as is Mario and Ray, but Black's proximity to the Gromek means that he escapes unscathed. The damage is noteworthy, but the team is made of sturdy stuff.
Surging upwards at Fred, a punching sphere of plasma finally seems to punch through his defenses. The plasma is connected to a large, tall, long-limbed young black man, dressed in flexible ninja apparel, light blue and white to match the San Francisco skyline at the moment. Yet the pretext of stealth is undermined somewhat by the two glowing blue-orange spheres that keep him aloft.
Fred says, "Hey, we still don't mean you guys any harm. After we beat you senseless, this is gonna be the last time we have to fight you, a'ight?" His voice is calm, but there is an edge to it, undercut by the way a dark cross-shaped bolt pierces through the Gromek and into Black. Black feels himself being healed. His opponent is not overtly harmed; the cross did not damage the body. But Black can see that the Gromek is just a little more pale, as if a little of his soul had been temporarily siphoned.
Black is then healed even more by a strange pillar. The pillar seems to push out his injuries, repelling the Gromek.
The whole party feels some of their injuries alleviated. It seems that Fred's Gryphon, Solfeather, has joined the fray.
From the Bio-Titan, a massive white bulldog spews flame at the plasma sphere opponent. In response, the plasma sphere opponent raises his two party beachball sized spheres and repels the flame. He is not so lucky at repelling small fragmentary shots. One of Fred's blades seems to leap to life, engaging the opponent and forcing him to block.
Mario may now attack. He believes he can find the Jutsu Hand opponent, and he can clearly see the plasma spheres foe and the Gromek. The smog ninja is hidden effectively, and the rest have yet to reveal themselves, but one power level in particular is so massive and poorly hidden that Mario could easily track it. This large power level belongs to a rotund, portly, and all-around fat creature with skin as black as tar, apparently another alien in the membership of the Superios.
OOG: Zibi, Fred's cat, is holding action and remaining in stealth. If anyone wants a distraction, a bit of DPS to insure a "kill", etc., that is a resource.

Brian gives a sideways glance at mario when he hears the word 'restraint', but he still understands the importance of it.
after Brian got hit with the toxin-ball, he'll caugh a few times and follow up with, "just one of those times i wish i had prestidigitation. HAHAHAHAHAAA! AREN'T YOU LUCKY!?"
If Brian cannot sense power levels, he'll rage, then grapple with the floating ninja, and use gluttony's deal with biting, try to kill the ninja with a bite, and even if it works or not, he'll thrash around with the ninja stabbing into it with his claws... oh... and he'll also spin at high velocity, all in the attempt to tear the ninja to pieces
If Brian CAN sense power levels, he'll move to a point above the strongest power level, then turn off the power on the jet pack, use the spin at high speeds safe fall technique and attempt to land on top of the power level, then pretty much use the idea of the ninja killing deal on the power level's owner... going for a 'IS HE CRAZY? WHY IS HE DIVEBOMBING AT ME!?' thing... shock value

Brian can't sense power levels per se. That's a fairly sophisticated ki skill. His training under Wolverine does give him some idea of skill, ability and power, though. All of these opponents are dangerous. His keen senses let him detect that there are at least three more opponents out there, but two of the ones he detects are acolytes, with fairly standard skill far below everyone else here. He does, however, have constant telepathic information from Fred, Mario and Joe.
Dropping the jet pack's speed power is an interesting experience. The jetpack is near-inertialess, but next to no inertia and no inertia are two very different things. Moving at four hundred miles per hour, Brian immediately begins plummeting like a stone. Spinning at high speeds slows his descent by turning the velocity rotationally. The highest raw power level is the fat alien below.
In response, the alien begins to spin on its own accord. Brian can smell the slightest bit of fear from seeing a humonculus drop spinning out of the air at hundreds of miles per hour. Nonetheless, Brian soon faces an upcoming missile. Brian has marriage of gravity, a psychological advantage, sheer brutality, claws of carbon and a mouth that can consume anything. But his opponent's rotund body is an amazing feat of body engineering. The tar hides horrific body barbs, like shark's teeth, over which is a body like rubber.
Brian slashes hundreds of times while his opponent punches hundreds of times. Their punches meet in mid-air, creating shockwaves from the sheer speed that hurl debris and fill the air with horrific cracking sounds. The pavement crumbles just a bit. In the end, Brian and his opponent skid away, now on the ground. The area is the hills around Berkeley, filled with verdant coastal life. Brian had the drop on his opponent and thus has just slightly more action.

Mario will exclaim "Light!" as he absorbs Ray into himself activating valor form.
Mario will go after the jutsu hand guy using flash step and devil light hurricane to get around anyone who tries to stop him.
Generating mistfall he will swing at the jutsu guy from above while mistfall generates a shockwave from below to try to crush the guy, same attack I started off with last time we fought. Except this time as soon as/if he blocks the sword Mario will immediately devilbat ghost the flash step into a phase step through his guard and into a violent kidney punch/stunning fist attempt.
If the dodges in any direction instead of blocking I will still devilbat ghost the flash step into a phase step but this time I will change my direction to follow up his dodge and pull the same attack. Additionally if he dodges josie will throw her kunai to attempt to cut off his dodge in case he can escape the range of my devilbat ghost.

As Mario plummets to the "jutsu hand guy's" position, webs suddenly form everywhere and rising splotches of toxin seem to impede him. Amazingly, Mario leaps from the toxins and webs, actually increasing his unpredictability. The Devil Bat Ghosts seem to leap from the very attacks used to stop Mario. He briefly sees a hideous looking arachno-humanoid, but manages to ignore it and take his innate phobic revulsion and fear as a source of additional strength. Mario can tell that this is one of the Superios, an expert anti-air specialist.
Water surged upwards after a blade seems to form out of thin air in Mario's hands, composed of what appears to be thick, dense water. The jutsu hand specialist moves to parry just as before. Mario suddenly seems to split apart at this point, his rapid alterations in speed screwing with the Jutsu Hand's ability to track and block. But Mario notices as he comes around to the rear that the Jutsu Hands were actually creating micro-seals, tiny alterations that on an almost imperceptible level approximate the regular hand seals. The precision and power is drastically less, but Mario knows that he has to move quickly. As he punches, sharp leaves with biting jaws wrap around the Jutsu Hand opponent, shielding him. Mario barely recognizes Grass Release: Venus Flytrap Bough Shield. However, Mario still strikes true, the strength and speed of the Valor Form allowing him to get a brutal blow. The man is far less endurant than Mario, but Mario does feel when he strikes that his opponents' skin is much tougher than it appears. He recognizes with his Sharingan that the Jutsu Hands specialist has passively oriented elemental chakra to alter his body, enhancing his resistance.
Mario leaps away before the boughs enclose entirely around his body. Most of the strikes of the leaves hit his extremities and thus do almost no damage, but some blows managed to hit Mario's center mass.
Now the Jutsu Hand opponent is in a complex, chakra-enhanced venus flytrap barrier. Mario's tremendous speed allows him to try another attack.

Quinn quickly gets to the ground. He sees six "acolytes". Three are clearly affiliated with the Superios, the meta-human gang. One is a Troll Decker with a giant tommygun, one is a Bearman of the North armed with a massive 4x4 plank with a nail sticking out of it, and one is some kind of horrible mutant cross between a rhinoceros, a porcupine, and a boa constrictor. The other three are ninja wearing optical camoflage outfits. He's slightly outnumbered, though he can instantly gauge that none of them have his skill.
Who will Quinn target, and how will he "go after" them?

Quickly producing golden coins from his sleeve Mario throws these coins everywhere.
Josie throws kunai with exploding tags at the Gromek with a terrible accent and the jutsu hand guy.
Mario forms hand seals Sheep, Rat, Rooster, Boar, then Tiger as he multiplies the teams active projectiles.
Chocolate, Marios pet chocobo, appears and grows incredibly fat as it attempts to land on the black ninja attacking Fred.
Mario then targets Fred will telepathy as he asks. "Fred I need your ghost ship to strike at the same time as when I counter Jutsu hand guys next attack."

Chocolate the Chocobo leaps up from the ground. There is a sound like from the cartoons, a "Whooosh" sound. A looming shadow grows over the plasma taijutsu expert. Soon, a giant-sized, seemingly suddenly morbidly obese Chocobo lands on the man. He plummets several hundred feet before the buoyancy of the plasma spheres re-aligns him. Though he begins to surge back up to attack Fred, he won't be in attack range until after Fred's next action.
Josie hisses and begins to hurl explosive tags. Some of the tags land on the Venus Flytrap Bough Shield. Explosions fill the air, and when the dust has cleared, there are sizzling holes in the shield. Other tags get close to the Gromek. Black automatically uses his pressure control to force the explosion away from him. The Gromek also drops a few hundred feet to avoid being injured, giving Black some breathing room.
At that point, hurling coins fill the air. Some pellet into the fat alien, but his corpulent body seems to absorb the force. Some hit the Gromek in the back, doing serious damage. Others rain down upon the grass barrier, doing some additional damage. The weak ninja quickly form a triangular plasma shield to protect themselves, leaving them open for Quinn's attack. The weak Superios (Decker, rhinoceros thing and Bearman) simply endure the damage. The arachnid anti-flight specialist is peppered with coins, hissing loudly. The source of the coins is revealed to be Mario, who is apparently cloning the Gil using Bunshin no Jutsu.
From the Bio-Titan, Zibi, the black and white cat, leaps into action. In a burst of speed, it cuts a tendon on the Gromek's wing. Though the cut is minor, it slows the Gromek down enough to give Black the edge in mobility.
Fred telepathically signals back, <I have an idea about that. Be prepared to deal with a LOT of fire.>

When you raise Iadel into the air, the six cannon fodder begin to cringe and panic. They hold their ground fairly well, until Ice strikes one of the people who performed the plasma triangle jutsu. The rapid cooling of the air by the power of your Ice spell causes a detonation and a burst of steam. The three ninja are hurled into the air, where you make quick work of them with your elven blade, mythril cutting through their ninja outfits and quickly disabling them.
The Troll Decker fills the air with tommygun rounds. Quinn has reaction because of the advanced warning Fred's Zen Combat gives him as well as the fearful and inaccurate firing.
Black's action.

Black will form several ink clones and have each descend upon the Gormek at different angles in an attempt to test the water somewhat. In addition Black hopes that if one or two are destroyed his ink, being flammable, may help damage the Gormek once Fred comes in with this "lots of fire".
EDIT: One will fall straight downwards, attempting a right cross targeting the Gormek's head. The other will attempt to swoop down in on the left while making an aerial round house kick at its ribs. Last clone will attempt to drop down past the Gormek and then try to hook onto the Gormek's arms (one hook each) to pull it into an upward bicycle kick.

Brian grins, "well that was fun, care for another go?" as he rushes the thing he's against (still unsure what to call it though) and he tries to get caught in another one of those punch standoffs, but this time, Brian will intentionally take one of the punches, and with the opening in his flurry that will be opened, brian will then spin at high speeds to take the blow better and then extend his claws while spinning to go for a hurricane of blades technique, then he'll (if possible) suddenly stop spinning and stab into his opponent while yelling, "GET OVER HERE!" Then, with the claws in it, he'll get into uncomfortably-close-quarters and gluttony bite it! going for a mortal wound.

The fear that Brian in his berserker rage generates is enhanced by Quinn's elvish blade, giving him a further edge. He realizes that if he doesn't stand his ground, he'll be getting punched in the face for nothing, thrown away from the flurry that his opponent is creating. He luckily holds his ground, but the blow is so tremendously powerful that he feels his body weaken tremendously. He gets a hurricane of blows in and bites, getting a weak spot on the neck.
Unfortunately, the stunning blow he got opens him up for strikes from behind. The spider creature fires rapid-speed web filaments into Brian, skewering him. He is then slammed up close by the rhinopine, its tremendous muscles, horn, quills and constricting tail doing devastating damage.
The fat alien is mind drained. Already not especially intelligent or psychically resistant, it becomes paralyzes. He's not especially holy resistant, however, so the holy explosion only does normal damage - luckily, the creature's mitigation does not apply to holy damage.
The spider creature takes normal damage from the Yin Wave.
The Bearman rushes at Mario, swinging downwards with its nail board. Mario has reaction.

The hawks strike at just the right time. Though some are trapped by the webbing or the rising poison, a good six quickly swoop on the fat alien. With their Tyranid and raptor hunting instincts, they masterfully target the tendons, quickly paralyzing their foe and insuring he won't move even after recovering from the Mind Drain.

Quinn's quick thinking lets him begin to move around at a high speed. Being so close to the ground means he must be especially quick to avoid obstacles. His VL Superhuman Keen gives him the dexterity and control of motion of some of the greatest acrobats, but his VH Human Reflex does hamper his ability to move quickly enough in altering his trajectory. Amazingly, acting on his instincts, he manages to steer himself exactly to the point where the Decker inadvertently shoots his rhinopinesnake ally. The heavy .50 caliber rounds injure and stun the creature enough for Brian to quickly break free [Brian does so automatically]. Quinn then orients himself enough to slam the Bearman preemptively at high speeds. The impact does throw it off, but it still digs the nailboard into Mario's arm... until the nail is repelled by something.
The first ink clone attempting the drop-punch is split in half by a single blow from the Gromek's machete. He has some intuitive skill with the weapons. It brings the blade down and then cleaves in half the roundhousing clone. But his extended arms and altering heights of combat make him vulnerable to the bicycle kick. The Gromek's natural armor is impressive, however, and Black sees that his ink clones are not doing tremendous damage. Black still has a little more action.
Igor, the pile of flesh that serves Joe's command, gets its hooks into the spider guy, only to have said hooks repelled by an expulsion of web. He did leave horrible, diseased gashes, however. Karaiya-sama spits venom at the spider, but it is naturally resistant.
The Jutsu Hand opponent begins to alter chakra, but only within the plant. It seems he is cognizant of the directional weakness of his barrier. Afterwards, everyone's thermal vision on their assigned goggles show a massive increase of heat. Plasma erupts in all directions, scrupulously avoiding his allies. Mario can tell with his Sharingan that Jutsu Hands has created a second layer, making a castle-like defense with portcullises to fire out of that then are blocked immediately after energy is released from them, insuring that he always has something in front of him in a hermetic sphere.
However, Redfox flies downwards, wielding a trident. The trident gleams with the light of the sun, and it absorbs the plasma around it through its gravity. It immediately blasts the spider alien with concussive force, knocking it out and discharging the energy. A bluish, apparently robotic bird rockets out, knocking down the Decker, Bearman of the North and the rhinopinesnake. He blasts the Jutsu Hand's barrier with a burst from a red-tipped staff, the legendary (if replicated often) Dagon.
The Bio-Titan functions to absorb whatever plasma Redfox misses. Its thick hide takes the hot ionized fields admirably.
Brian's full turn once more. The enemies remaining are the substantially hampered fat alien, the Gromek, the Jutsu Hand specialist, the smog ninja, and the plasma fist specialist.

Black will use what is left of his action in attempt to closer examine the Gormek's natural armor as well as mentally prepare to lend his alchemical prowess to the coming fire. His hopes being when the ink ignites he may be able to focus, direct, or add an extra extra explosive edge to the attack.

The natural armor is somewhat like thick lizardskin, maybe alligatorish. Odd that such heavy armor is on a flying humanoid, but that appears to be the dice that have been rolled. All that is passive and not an action. He could easily spray a target or two, use a quick-casting ability...
And, of course, the Gromek IS covered with ink.

OOG: Award to you, Brian, for the visual aid.
Brian's carbon drilling fingers and his combination of linear and angular momentum makes him into a dangerous opponent. He rips through a layer of the barrier, and his constant drilling forces the Jutsu Hand opponent to act.
Jutsu Hands replies with, "Plasumaton Sendotama!" Brian is trapped in a sphere of plasma.
It soon gets worse. "Osenmizu Wana!" A stream of thick, horrible chemical goo traps Brian. Combined with the plasma, Brian is being immolated.
The Gromek charges upwards at Black. His one arm is covering his face, machete oriented to the side, while his other arm stays low, ready to block.
However, Black's foresight in covering him in his special flammable ink is well-rewarded. Fred begins by conjuring the Ghost Ship. A massive, spectral pirate ship falls downwards. Everyone on the team is covered in rum that enhances their movement speed by 30% and, more importantly for Brian, allows them to defer half of their incoming damage until the rum passes.
More importantly, the spectral ship first smashes onto the plasma fist specialist, who repels away from it with his plasma fists but is now too far to engage Fred effectively. It then hits the Gromek, who is thrown into the ground after first scraping on Redfox's trident. It continues, knocking fully unconscious the fat alien, ensuring that none of the remaining enemies will get up, and finally passes through the remaining layer of Jutsu Hand's barrier and hits him.
While he is stunned by the great ship smashing into him, Fred finishes his turn. He transforms into a white and red dragon, streaks of flame erupting from him, easily twenty feet tall. His sudden size increase surprises the plasma fist specialist, who is again thrown back, this time easily two thousand feet, by a gout of white flame.
The white flame, more importantly, rockets onto the Gromek, lighting him on fire.
The biggest gout attracts itself to the heat that the Jutsu Hands specialist created, igniting the rum that the ship deposited onto him. His barrier explodes, and when the dust clears, his body is pitted and charred. But he is not unconscious. Pieces of flaming venus flytrap fall onto the ground around him as he sneers contemptously. He then looks down. A blade sticks out of his chest, just above his heart, at a pressure point.
As the ship had fallen, Mario had deftly shoved his legendary blade, Mistfall, at the barrier. The water produced by the ship and the opening in the barrier produced by Brian's attack allowed him to connect the blade and get the finishing blow. The man falls down, saying simply, "Genius..."
Brian is first Cured, then has Renew cast upon him. The combination of the instant heal and the DoT gives him enough healing, mixed with his innate healing factor, to survive the plasma.
Otto uses a Furious Howl, raising everyone's physical attack damage. Otto then spews hellfire once more, rocketing below the blocking of the plasma hands specialist. The hellfire burns him badly, scarring his soul, yet the man simply winces and redoubles his efforts to return to strike Fred.
Zibi, using his tracking, leaps into the forest and quickly finds the smog jutsu expert. The man wears a gas mask that is connected to an apparatus grafted into his neck and throat. Immediately, Zibi slashes his leg, producing an arc of blood that allows the team to find him. The Impaler forces the smog man to dodge, keeping him on the run and destabilized, by again firing some of its weapon flanges.
Fred bellows in his draconic voice, "There are three of you left. You are drastically outnumbered and on the run. If you surrender now, we will not turn you back into the cops. We will sit down and discuss this at a later date. Surrender now and we'll have you taken back to our building so we can speak later." The three remaining fighters look at each other and lay down their weapons, on the ground.
1 RB to David, Brian and Quinn!

OOG: and by discuss you mean lock up and never speak to again, like that sith lord. Mario speaks up again after that and says "Huh that was surprisingly easy." He turns towards the party. "Ray can take em back the rest of us should hurry on to professor avi." Mario then turns back to Black and goes to work on his chest wound. First using Shindan to diagnosis the damage correctly to see if there were any major artery hits I need to be wary of or if the blade was poisoned or whatever. He then uses Keksuki Gyouko to stop the bleeding and Chishio Tensou no Jutsu if he lost too much blood using Brian as a donor since he regenerates lost blood quickly. After all that is done Mario will finish up with Chiyute no Jutsu: Ichidanto to close the wound then a specialized chakra scalpel to readjust his organs back into place after the smashing blow.
