That's something that sounds like a long-term quest. However, your potions could be maybe a Bonescythe Potion, an Essence of Icy Death Potion, and a Rotstain Potion. Krane could be traded for her Mysosilin to be put into those three potions.

In general, melee/HtH combat has the following categories:
Passives:Passive modifiers. Things like Trembling Blade (which passively make weapons tremble in a foes' hands).
Manuevers:Smaller effects that don't count as full abilities. Special thrusts, slashes, parries, etc. count as Manuevers.
Abilities:Generally full-turn discrete abilities. Things like a special exploding sword slash or punch.
Stances:One steps into a stance to alter various effects. In general, a Stance is somewhere between a Kata and an Ability in terms of flexibility. Stances can be attack positions, such as the Rising Flame stance of the Irfry Ahmoqa (a stance designed to attack upwards), stat modifiers, etc.
Kata:A formalized martial arts application, a set of moves in a standardized pattern.
I really recommend you check out Jin for abilities. But these should indicate the range that Techniques have. Hack could do things like launch a massive air blast with his chainsaw (Ability), have a special curving attack slash (Manuever), turn into a "chaotic" top that is in fact highly reigmented (Kata or possibly Stance)...

the chaotic top sounds fun, but here's the trick with hack shifting weapons, he changes back and forth from weapons, favoring his chainsaws, however melee and ranged he dosen't care, and can switch to a new weapon before the bullets even hit, at least by his power in the comics

He can do so here, except that his bullets move at several thousand FTL, which they don't in the comics . So he switches his weapons. How does he use them? What stance does he default to? Is it a soft or hard style? Grappling, punching, kicking? Circular or linear? How does he deal with individuals, how does he deal with groups? How does he deal with opposing martial artists? Any signature moves?

well his primary signature move is a double front cross with his chainsaws he deals with opposing martial arts by turning their techniques against them (when possible) deflecting attacks and attacking while they're off balance, all this while he's raging

So his turning techniques trick has to be something he can do without much conscious thought or with only programmed motion, which leaves out a lot of analysis. If he gets someone off balance, that strikes me as a style that may have a lot of grapplings, or sweeps, or... And the other questions?

lets see hacks weapons were a greatsword, two handed maul, twin battleaxes twin chainsaws! a mini gun, the shadowharte twins, and his fists....all in about a round, and all somehow hitting undefended areas (so probably true ninjutsu, as well as training in his won personal fighting style)

attacks concentrated on hitting whatever was in the way be it the weapon (to break or knock it out of the wielders hands) the arms/legs of the defender should they attempt to block with a limb, or to hit so hard as to overload a personal shield generator

he drew and sheathed his weapons so fast it seemed that they simply transformed into one another. to the uneducated this change seems random, to those that have studied him, it has order to it's chaos. it is designed to keep the opponet off balance so as to minimize the chance of missing

So:
*Shifting weapons rapidly, somewhat similar to Xeno's style, seeming to begin with ranged and moving directly down the line. What I'm wondering is, what exactly is the point of this? Xeno changes weapons frequently only if it will confuse enemies or allow him creative combinations; one of his favorite tricks is actually to show off his prowess with only one weapon for a long time until his foes finally disarm him, taking advantage of their assumption that he only can do the one weapon that well. Every switch of a weapon involves a number of physical, neurocognitive, etc. shifts that leave him vulnerable. He also doesn't seem to be the type to sacrifice damage for psychological effect, so just switching weapons around to scare/intimidate people with prowess doesn't seem to be his style, nor that wise at higher levels.
One thing I could see would be to shift in a rapid pattern from highest to lowest range, making an array of attacks that strike near simultaneously from many angles. I could also see staggering it, where one hand strikes while the other shifts, then the hands switch their function. And in one turn it would allow, even without F/F2 Merits, exhausting every weapon option.
*Weapon specialization seems to be for mechanized weapons largely: Chainsaws, hookshots, etc. Your variety of weapons/weapon switching can be improved by Wu Shu T'sung (which has a Kata that is all about exposing tons more attacks than normally possible - in N&S, it doubled melee attacks to allow the character to swing around tons of weapons!), Shih Ba Ban Wu Yi, Moo Gi Gong, and some trainers.
*Turning techniques against them. So far, I don't quite see how Hack does this: Aikido-style? More of Kenpo, Tien Hsueh or wrestling (with leverage, throws, pins, etc.)? Ki?
*Rapid fire attacks designed to keep opponents off guard. Not bad, especially since using Str and Keen at close range he can compensate for being somewhat slower.
*Combination of gun and martial arts play. Grammaton Cleric, Triad Assassin, etc. are all great ways to do that.
*A methodical breaking of each thing that's in the way. Bloody Circle and Blaze Hammer both do this to same extent.
*Chaos rising from order and order rising from chaos as a philosophical or methodological attempt.
I still need to know, explicitly: Hard or soft style? Hard or soft ki? How much spiritual development versus physical? Punches or kicks? Grapples or pressure points? Circular or linear?
Let me give you an example: Hwarang Do Karate. Hwarang Do balances Internal Power, External Power and Mental Power. It combines hard and soft motions and circular and linear techniques, as well as practical weapon utility (which is how it hooks into Moo Gi Gong). Those who study it evaluate the opponent first, then charge in, opposing the opponents' motions with inverted styles: Circular parries to linear blows, linear blocks to circular strikes, etc. Spinning and jumping kicks wear down the opponent, while body flips, hand strikes and chokes finish off.
