what all my forbiddens do specificaly, I only know how to use what I created, and a few others, most everything hack has i don't know how to use

Are you talking about the Communal ones? If so, I added descriptions to a number of the Communal Forbiddens. Copy this in:
Feign Death (Tech) Fortress Penetration Kata (aka Bassai Kata, targets one foe or similar set of foes and provides bonuses to strike, damage and to pierce their resistance but reduces evasion rolls) One Mind Kata (aka Kime Kata, focus all energy onto one strike or evasive action, all other strikes or evasive actions suffer penalties) Warrior Spirit Kata (aka Debana-o-Kujiki Kata, uses Charima and Ki/Tech to intimidate foes, can block and parry as normal but does not attack, either moves forward or stands still but either way physically and mentally shakes foes) Five Principles Kata (Itsutuso-No-Kata, combination of multiple and circular parries and multiple/automatic dodges from all incoming attacks) Windmill Kata (aka Yadomojutsu Kata, windmill motions to defend against incoming ranged weapons [5 Weapon Katas – a weapon Kata allows a form that normally does not use a weapon to use it as well as provides a set of motions similar to a Weapon Specialization Merit Blind Man's Kata (used when someone deprives themselves or is deprived of sight, uses ki senses and gives the equivalent of Absolute Blindfight or increases the benefit of existing Blindfight benefits by ten fold, 100% defensive kata Chi Ball Kata (forms a Chi Ball which can be used for chi defense, chi lens, chi combat or physical damage) Chi Defense Kata (allows dodging of chi attacks even intangible or invisible chi attacks) Dragon Line Kata (amasses, controls and identifies passive Chi energy) Mending Chi Kata (uses local Chi to cure negative Chi effects, possibly even Tien Hsueh/Dim Mak attacks!) Get that with some Class Points, I'd recommend it. So work out each sub-ability and get back to me. If you want any particular Abilities or Merits worked on, tell me and I'll add it to the Rules. Now continue working on the things you've yet to do...

alright the 10 F's you gave Hack because of DI (not all were flame but they seemed appropreate) Shield of intellect impossible block shield of vigilance scald sword (or in my case chainsaw) infinite friction killing sheets of fire supernova stance warming hate sphere of the flames of war

So some of those would be your Flame Forbiddens and others just Forbiddens you've acquired from your life. Describe any not provided, and Scald Sword is a Normal so wouldn't count anyways. I assume you're adding this to your sheet as well as the items you've been getting?

So, any ideas for the flame F2?
You also only have 2 F2s, and I'm not even sure if Shadow Walk is intended to be an F2. You need to describe your F2s as well. You need one F2 from each trainer, five more uniques, one magic F2, and the new flame F2.

alright a an F2 from each trainer, Valor (as the lufia 2 spell), from tempus wrath of hevan from rikkimaru (a sacrifice of healthfor a guaratueed insta-kill if the hit connects, time it takes to use is the time it takes to stand from a fall) ultimate terror from leatherface (as fear but fer more potent and paralyzing) flame F2, umm something with the relative effect of a supernova

You just want a raw explosion for fire? Giganuke would be the spell, then, and yes it would be supernova level.
Wrath of Heaven sounds fine, edit it in.

Like the martial arts I was listing? What are you thinking of doing with them? Remember: Since these are free Forbiddens of any kind, you may want some that would normally be outside of your ability set, i.e. Soft Ki Throw III, Soft Ki Parry III...
