Would it be possible to create a dynamic android character who focuses on explosives, martial arts, and medium range machine guns?

I'd prefer if ya posted anything here to start. I was actually considering a New York taxi driver who owns a futuristic version of Knight Templar armour. Jet boots, advanced shielding, blademaster, sensory input from the helmet, and I'm thinking of making him someone who travels the astral plane a lot. That's how he would fight, striking through an astral projection and attacking with talisman weaponry, like, a sword designed not only to be incredibly strong on the material plane, but also quite damaging in the astral. Maybe he was once a college professor teaching psychology, too?

It's a bit problematic to do in the game system. The combo of tech and magic doesn't really fit any Power Categories. I'll consult Joseph; if there's no canonical way to do it, I'll make a new PC.

Not even techno-wizardry?

TW is first of all from Rifts and secondly wouldn't do exactly this, I think. Enchanted Weapon might be able to do it: We'd replace one or two of its powers with an improvement to the battle suit that comes with the weapon, add Astral Projection... That'd make your armor a powerful enchanted item. Or I could just balance this as well as I could and call it Future Warrior or Future Artifact or something.

Just for notes: Decided not to go with the Knights Templar gimick or the astral fighter concept. He's going to be a taxi driver who quit being a psychology teacher (so far for unknown reasons) and fights crime so he can reduce the amount of goons that come into his taxi and hold him hostage. He uses futuristic armour that focuses on increasing his speed and dexterity, and helps increase his ESP so he has good sensory abilities. He's going to basically be the tank.

Future TW armor. I'll give you a budget to purchase stuff with. I'll call it 15,500,000 units. So far, I'd say:
*Jet boots - $1,000,000 *ESP helm - $1,000,000 *P.P., Spd, P.S. boost - varies based on how much *Forcefield - varies based on S.D.C.

How about dual vibro-kukris? And maybe a pair of gauntlets that launches stun and explosive darts?

Would depend on their functional damage. $100,000 each may be reasonable for a decent quality.
