Yes, it lists the stuff at the bottom. But you actually need to USE the tabs, Materia, Elements and the equipment slots.

Well, think of 11 abilities of any kind, they can be super obscure and rare, to get. Merits could get you resistances if you want to be tankier.

What kind? Elemental, status effect, resistance to various types of conventional weaponry (i.e. Plasma, Laser, Explosive, Bullet, etc.?)
