Brainstorm some things you may want to "find"! Some places you might want to rob, loot, or plunder!

Perhaps the Crypt of Anubis? Gotta be some cool stuff in there.

Lets try to find some info about a planet where pirates dumped some plunder maybe? Or we could loot some huge xiticix hive.

Crypt of Anubis? You mean, the Egyptian underworld god? Because he's not dead. He did, however, after Osiris died, alter his responsibilities somewhat: He took some of Hermes' folio (god of boundaries, travellers, messengers, shepherds, cowherds, thieves, orators, literators, poets, commerce and weighting, etc.), presided more of the actual judgment and gatekeeping of the Underworld as well as the god of the funeral itself and of dying rather than death, acquired some darker components, became the shepherd of lost souls and of orphans (hint, hint, Brunnengus), etc. Do you mean from the Mummy? Or some other reference? Or perhaps the room where Anubis plans to go die? Alternately, you could speak to Anubis (or Hermes) and see what they have to say on the topic of treasure troves, probably carrying with you some sort of offering or sacrifice.
A Xiticix hive could be very fun - some of the stuff being designed for the more extreme of the hives is incomprehensibly deadly. There is one that has taken over a large Jupiter-like planet.
Swaggard knows a lot of pirate dumps as well as some old crews who could have dropped some stuff off in various places.
This sounds more archaeological or tomb-raiding, though. I was meaning stealing from dictators, evil businessmen, the Mob, corrupt governments, etc. But it certainly sounds worthwhile.

In light of the DT, I'd say the earth gov. is pretty corrupt, or atleast our president was. Maybe we can steal from her. She said she had been studing the AM via tomes, and other resources, I'd imagion she's got a shit load of them. Why not go library raiding?

The UEG isn't ideal, but compared to the United States, it's saintly. But yes, she was pretty messed, though I still can't deny that there isn't something very appealing about what she wanted. And she is obviously no longer the UEG President - she's not even conscious. But finding her stash could be worthwhile, I'm sure. (No library you know of had those books. Even the UEG Congress Library had very little, even the secret parts.

Ok, how about we start by stealing from Yakuza weapons storage, the Bloods and Crips, etc...

Hmmm. Gangs are always nice, and there are some messed up cells. You'd need to find some kind of police contacts or some other way to identify the best gangs to loot.

go to the police under the ruse of looking for a particular gang that stole an artifact of .. unstable power.

Which police? And despite being Crashing Heavens, they're still generally obligated to not reveal information to civilians. Maybe some NPCs have some connections... hint, hint...

She manages to use her former SWAT connections and current CH membership to get a reasonable level of information, though some things remain unreleased. There are dozens of organizations of various sizes, ranging from Yakuza/Triads to Bloods and Crips to Viet gangs to small-timers to new gangs from all over the universe. There's even a gang who dresses up in zoot suits and uses axes.

The Crips are large enough that you'll need to identify the right 'cell' to steal from.

Is there any large tech cache I could go steal from? 'Cause technology would be good for me.

None that you're immediately aware of... You'll have to follow leads and find jobs, maybe check out museums and such.

Werd. I'ma go do that, then. Are there any big museums of technology that I could go check out?
OOC: Holy crap, I'm fucking tanked and I can still type somewhat legibly. That is amazing.

The Renn-Mitte have some museums of science, but generally you're only supposed to steal from people who deserve it somehow, generally those who stole it in the first place, like the Yakuza folks are hunting elsewhere. However, your black market is a decent place to find leads.

Well, this would be a good time for Shae to at least do a little bit of initial design of the Black Market: what it looks like architecturally, what you yourself will bring to the table, etc.
