The basic system will be the dots system pioneered in Janus Vertice. However, the system will incorporate the powers from Heroes Unlimited, the BIO-E system from TMNT/After the Bomb, and martial arts as listed in Ninjas and Superspies, so this is a Palladium-inspired system, just not using the Palladium rules. I hope that ends up being more suitable.
Obviously most characters will be mutant animals or demi-animals (the former being more like the TMNT, the latter being more like Usagi Yojimbo or the demihumans from Chrono Cross). But there are other Archetypes. Any archetype can be either a mutant animal or "normal". All the Heroes Unlimited Power Categories will be listed.

These characters start with much more BIO-E and tend to get a lot more powers but are dot scarred and are forbidden from some categories.
