Evan comes in and sits on the couch. He ponders Jess then swallows the drugs. He looks around. Things seem fuzzy and strange. Evan begins contemplating how much he misses her for how little he knew her. The emotion itself feels strange and altered. He realizes that his perceptions are radically different now that he's... well, whatever he is.

Evan will try to meditate. Goto his sanctuary, that peaceful place were nothing can touch him, like a cross between sitting in nature, and being in tyrants realm. While there, if he gets there, he'll hunt for Jessica in his mind.

Nothing happens. (Tyrant has no realm). The hallucinations aren't kicking in. And Evan hasn't even lost track of time. It's been exactly five minutes past when something should have happened.

Evan grumbles "....duds....damnit!" he'll get up and knock on the door, "hey man...nothings happening, you didn't happen to forget to tell me these are slow release or anything did you?"

"No, man. Maybe your tolerance level changed or something."
Suddenly, there is a strange feeling on his shoulder, like an invisible passersby touched it. He feels two presences disappearing... and then everything changes in front of him. He sees everything as the way it is changing not the way it is stable. It is the perception of something outside of decay and entropy. He sees the aging of the men and the slow erosion of the couch.

"Holy shit....." Can I astral project at all?

If you astral project now, you probably die. Nor can Evan much concentrate on anything. But he is having an out of body experience, of an incredibly bizarre type, one that he cannot classify through any of the Affinities.

Is movement possible...or even recommendable?
Evan will attempt to touch, alter, augment, and even manipulate the rates of visible decay...and time..

If Evan had something resembling a body, movement would be possible. Nor can he do much of anything. He is an observer.

Interesting....
I suppose He'll observe....and attempt to put scientific logic to all that he sees.

The shock of everything that happens largely prevents that. Evan sees strange-colored fern plants. Then a red-haired man with two blades creating a humming sound in an ancient fortress, facing a colossal robed man across from him. Then a constantly shifting set of white curtains becoming black flies and finally a radiant woman. Then so much shattered glass.

Evan has no idea, and it doesn't look remotely like that.
The visions then take a turn for very much the worse. Hellfire, nine-headed dragons with crowns, a black fist and a white palm colliding, swathes of dead space, six rabid tornadoes consuming all in their path...

Im sure all i can do now is be parallyzed in terror and do the worst thing imagionable, he'll attempted to become as lost as possible within the illusions

They are not illusions. As Evan continues to fall backwards, he feels the paralysis and torment of simply watching events unfold, and seeing things as they are across all time. He sees the conceit of his ego compared to the vastness of all things. He feels a duality in him, of change and interaction versus order and observation, and the pain of both.

Hmm it hurts so...good?...Theres an incredibly strong chance of dying during this isn't there?

No. That's the worst part.
Does Evan try to do anything, interpret anything, say anything, what?

Well I'd like to concentrate but you said I can't....I guess flailing and screaming won't help much...
He'll Think of Jessica if he can, think of her location, how to find her...where, what, and how she maybe.

I said you were currently failing. There may be other ways to do so (i.e. potheads put Visine in their eyes). Flailing and screaming might or might not help.
When Evan thinks of Jess, he sees a single cell surrounded in a corona of red light. Then it proliferates, over and over, and begins to move back and forth. He rides along, seeing the one become the many slowly, then begins to see tendrils of wrapped cells. He then sees a small girl crying in a corner, looking up at something colossal, with a red glow concentrating at the top. Evan begins to see his interactions with her and all the things she said, and figures out that no small part about this is nothing spiritual but in fact memories being extrapolated through the power of the subconscious.

The subcon eh...I think of Jessica's desires, all that she has told me that I felt were true of her heart...all she has confided in me.

Well, you have been thinking of that. You figure that Jess would want some connection to the All-Monster and her father in some way, however peripheral. She would want to be some place similar to America, a modern area with modern technology, but with a touch of the mystical. She would want some place very different and far away yet still somewhat similar to this, which might be enumeratable in a breadth of dimensional space analysis. She wants drastically inhuman parents, with a strict but loving father (and one probably with connections to her old father in some way) and a similarly confident and powerful mother. And she'd introduce a heavy chaos factor into it.

Well using this knowledge Im going to try to imagion what such a place or such people would be like..then begin hunting for her, not her physically, but her essence, things that feel like her..using her vampiristy like a smelly sock for a sniffer dog to track from.

Evan is still going to be seeing things for some time, and even now he knows that that information leaves literally universes of space. He may have eliminated, at least initially, several universes, but there are many left.

Evan will scream for her "Jessica were are you! Jessica!"

Evan sees a silhouette of Jessica, and another woman clasping her arms around her. He sees her drifting off, and a great dragonfly, and an armadillo, and....
He's being shaken by his drug dealer. "Hey, man, you're having a pretty bad trip. Want some Mr. Roger's Neighborhood?"

Evan would be pretty pissed off at this point, he's not getting anywhere "I want her....I want nothing else but her.......Heroin....gimme some heroin...anything.....we need to blend this shit so i can control it..."
