The Crossroads is not simply a nexus of raw power. Insight is gained from it. In fact, were Swaggard, Mauler, Pander, and Daedrous not restored by Heaven and Hell Seeds, many of them would be contributing their energy to Brunnengus. Many a person has a wrong that needs to be righted, and Brunnengus can handle that here.

Not at all. When you do so, that spirit becomes stronger, typically raising your power as well; you get a karmic boost, raising the Crossroads' power; and whatever l3wt, Class Points, Rank Boosts, and other benefits come from completing a quest. And some of those quests are fairly titanic: bringing down an evil empire, or ancient dragon, or...

That's a surprisingly small category (less than five in the whole CotL), but how will you end up satisfying their demands?

ok, i need some brief statistics how many spirits are inside me do the spirits ever leave, or will my power simply grow with time? besides the loot for questing which cn be gotten through any questing really, what makes helping out one spirit among (millions?) anything but trivial?

At any given time, Brunnengus may have roughly ten billion spirits passing through him, though that number expands with time. There is a turnover rate, but since he is inherently dealing with those spirits who have nowhere else to go and have unfinished business, it's somewhat small. And when you have a spirit leave, you gain the karmic energy of having given another being a second chance, slowly propelling you forward and redeeming you (which may eventually give you a sort of "reincarnation" yourself). If the spirit stays, you have a spirit who has resolved their issues and thus commits themselves to you. Remember: Your power is all of those who lost in wars, or were slain unjustly, or who in general had BS happen to them. So each quest, aside from offering the basic experience, is an alignment booster, expands the power of the CotL, and gives you an expanding source of karmic energy, not to mention all sorts of other benefits.

So, we return to the question: Why someone killed by Akuron; or will you go a different direction?

Which dude? Yakumo or one of the three Demon Gods? And how do you hope to resolve their problem?
You could always investigate stuff from team members, such as the resistance against the Dragon Emperor, etc. Or possibly something from Seiken Densetsu 3 (either those victimized by the Dark Lich, Dragon Emperor or Archdemon).

Ah. Well, I can propose various options or concepts. For example: Wendigo, the sasquatch-like creature that results from acts of cannibalism, killed several people in here; freeing the Wendigo from their curse and rectifying those wrongs would be one type of mission. In addition, someone killed by Yakumo or someone already beaten could easily have a solvable mission, such as finding something and bringing it to them. And Brunnengus could easily deal with people who the Imperium victimized this way.

the way you said "And how do you hope to resolve their problem?" mmade it sound like it was silly to be trying to help that person, so sure, lets pick the 35th person who was wronged by yakumo in my body.

Yeah, that's sort of my mistake, I forgot that there's more to righting the wrongs of a ghost than just killing whoever killed them. The earliest people killed by Yakumo (a surprisingly small group, actually) drowned to death The thirty-fifth person is a pretty fat man, clearly out of shape. He says, "It was my dream to create a health club where people like me could go without being embarassed so they could get healthy and work off the weight."

...Or, you know, build the gym for him. You can grant a limited number of people bodies even without Soul Society (they can be used to make a group of near-indestructible zombies), but it's hard to do a lot of things with a death certificate saying you're dead.
