Daedrous' chest is fine and normal. The voice says, "I... am... Pate..."

No. Hence me saying an image appeared behind you.
"Paternos... Yes... That was..."

Try to reach out spiritually and attach this image to my will, in the hopes of strengthening him. "Paternos of the first universe, father of Tyrant mathmetician extraordinaire."

"I was not... Tyrant's... father... in the sense... that..." Paternos begins to disappear, but Daedrous holds him metaphysically 'steady.' "This was my... home... why are... you... in my... memories..."

"You have been transmuted into an armor that I now wear, I sought only to discover more about you."

Well, there was a sort of back-and-forth. You wanted to have a Shaman King component, I proposed a set of things, you proposed spirits such as this one, I created the history. I'm sure you're not COMPLAINING. Now, if you mean in-game, I imagine it was the treasure of a very long dungeon that the Underminers found, the thief was pissed because he thought it was worthless so Daedrous (or Incendra) got it.
"I... can't... remember.... Help me.... remember..." The image is fading.

woot woot, yeah that makes sense.
so, do i need to just get more info about paternos at this point or what?
"Your universe expanded too far and destroyed itself, then the second universe happened, and now you are here, survivor of two universal destructions..... fucking somehow."
I guess the Lexx did that too

And the universe/Tyrant/Marella/etc. "I remember... disapp...." Fittingly enough, it disappears. Boreas suddenly moves "normally" again.

Yeah, head on forward again.

No, Boreas was the guy you were talking to.
Boreas says, "Why in god's names would you want to see Tyrant? Well, except for that speech, I suppose."

I had a vision of sorts that I need to discuss with him, also, I need to more of his relatiionship to Paternos."

"Hmm. It makes sense. Your rate of speed being as minimal as it is, perhaps you would like to sync motion with me?"

"Sure, how the heck does that work again?"

"I can forgive you for not knowing, it is a new ability pioneered by myself.", he says with no small amount of pride. "Our motion is simply gliding along a stable disc. So it stands to reason we might be able to move together. Simply move in a position opposite me and our wake will sync."

The two fly over aqueducts filled with vitae, the closest thing to water in this reality; places of spiritual and philosophical debate; marketplaces with the geometrically-informed flora and fauna of the universe (all of which has pre-determined lives)... All of the architecture, life and activity is a symphony of reason and symmetry. Finally, coming on the horizon, in a space of time that seems almost instant to Daedrous, there is a building which is an inverted pyramid. It appears that the body politic sit and debate or listen on top while any guest speakers or presenters are down below.

Head down, have a seat i suppose.

Boreas leisurely stops, making you crawl the rest of the way. "Sorry, my good man, but courtesy ends at choosing the best seats." He heads to an entrance near the middle, but Daedrous can tell that when he is done he will have to go to a seat at the top of the pyramid.

...That's the only way you've been able to move at all in this reality. The point is you're not very good at it. That's why it takes so long.

is there any way to improve it immediately? make my way to the top of the stadium regardless

Not that immediately comes to Daedrous' mind. Will he/you work on it or just crawl forward?

I don't have any fucking idea how I would work on it, and I figure I would miss my chance to see anything if I tried, so just move up to the top of the place and then try to work on movement a bit.

Well, you can think of concepts during the flight. If you keep moving, you won't miss anything.
