In the event as we have not found them, here are my character concepts to replace Cyric and Pyra.
Charlot Beingham- Half Fae (Human/Fae) Primary Class- Classical Magician Shed be pretty normal minus her elvish features. Stat wise she'd be standard elf. With a decently high magic affinity. Spell ideas, and class concept- I'd like her to be one of those old fashioned wand wielding incantation chanting mages. Where curses, hexes, and jinxes were used, and were not removed unless either the correct counter curse was used, the duration wore off, or the caster died. The spells wouldn't be all that powerful. But the stubburness of finding a counter curse is appealing to me. Omnivision(A minor forum of truesight which allows the caster to see all things hidden, invisible, astral, etc.. just not very well.) Blindness Minor Explotion(good for blowing out small bits of door way, to by pass locks.) Sleep Silence Invisiblity Force Blast Paralyze Agony Flight Sphere of Protection (A globe that surrounds the body and acts as a light tk barrier)
David Mynx- Human Vampire Primary Class- Mystic He'd appear pretty normal physically. Stat wise, I'd like him to be all about tanking, and speed. Class concepts and spells- I'd like to have him earn spells similar to the starting spells Cyric had.

Seeing how I found them, scratch those two character ideas....but by all means...Cyric and Pyra will both take a quest each from the DE, and help eachother with them, Then goto DF and see if he needs anything done...if all else and theres nothing to do, they'll goto the Monolith building and start exploring the labs...Karen will also take a quest from CH, Prometheius will do as he's ordered to do.

The Monolith isn't just going to let you in willy-nilly, no matter how much their crazy magician Starsley tolerates likes you.
Pyra, being higher-ranked than Cyric, gets a mission directly from Red Black. He walks through the halls of Red Black's study. Suddenly, the columns are consumed by insects, who then harden and support the columns. "Come. Sit down."
Meanwhile, Cyric gets a mission from the Lich. "Cyric. Your skills have commended you, but all that means is that you are now under... closer watch." The Lich's eyebrow-connected part of his skull cocks.
What the hell is CH?
Prometheus is awaiting the dawn before a major assault upon a corporate resistance faction in China.

Pyra will take a seat and sit quietly. (I thought Cyric reported to death key.) Cyric smirks "As you wish...what is my mission?" Ch=Crushing Heavens Promethius will be getting antzy.

Cyric was cultivating an under the table relationship with DK and LP. Right now he's reporting to a higher-ranked Gamma, though he will often receive missions, illicit and... less illicit, from DK.
Red Black smiles and says, "It's time for a little arcane mythology. There is a story of a great man of obsidian and iron who crashed to Earth. He began swallowing every spirit, until a hero, Brother Eagle, used a bow of obsidian spike and eagle feather to defeat this abomination. We thought it quaint, either symbolic or representing a relatively minor spiritual disturbance... until recently. The collision of the Lavos and its battle with the Horseman of Death created a simultaneous spiritual and physical rupturing zone. There, while extracting shell for analysis, they discovered a robot of ancient technology, possibly even created by the gods themselves, certainly a dreadful doomsday weapon. They termed it 'RGK-7', as markings denoted it to be the seventh. Ironically enough, this abomination PREVENTS Ragnarok, the Apocalypse, Armageddon, what we seek to cause. It does so by swallowing all spirits, moving up from ghosts and artificers of magic to gods and intelligences. You and the other Gammas are being mobilized as we speak. Owing to your dedicated service and... alien outlook, we are crediting you and a few others with this information. Speak of it on pain of death." Red Black for a moment drops the cheery outlook, and the cold and callous exterior of an abused child grown into a decidedly evil man is shown. It then resumes as if nothing had occured. "Any questions so far?"
The Lich says, "Tobias Rasmusson continues to elude our grasp, but we now have need of him. Find a member of his group and tell him we desire parley, on his terms and at his time. I should also tell you, as a courtesy, that your magician friend in the Monolith is no longer safe. Starsley's patience has run out."
Crashing Heavens ain't around in this timeline. The Rangers are just starting to get a foothold on MD Earth.
The call to attack is launched. The robots, mostly Monolith standard designs (painted hastily with camo over their beige and welcoming exterior - "Happybots", they're called, pejoratively in private, cheerily in public), rush down the ridge through the trees. AK-47 fire erupts from a sole guard.

Cyric "Hmm, so where exactly are you sending me? and may I ask whom will be there? Im not sure if your aware, but I do have a few Cryos on my ass. I'd hate to endanger any colleges whom can not evade there attack if they track me to the project site. Also, upon arrive at said site, what is it exactly you wish us to do? You mentioned it goes againest our cause. Shall we destory it? Convert it? or are you planning on giving us instructions upon arrival?"
Pyra "Hmm..where can i find him? And how propared should I be for an ambush?"
Karen; If the CH aren't around yet, then what is it we shall do with her in the mean time? I suppose we can play her as she is...at the jewelry store?, living a normal noncrashing heavens life?
Prometheus will surge ahead hovering all energy weapons charging, shields at full power. I suppose Ill take out the guard with some small arms fire, perhaps the volcan cannon.

C: "Precisely to test both your aptitude and your loyalty. There is no meeting place. You will have to do the finding. Do whatever you must, but secure a meeting."
Py: "If we knew that, we would obviously try to destroy it or study it. Unfortunately, the Monolith have absconded with it and have it ensconced in one of Starsley's lairs. And how can you ask about ambushes if you do not know your missio?"
R: It's not CH. It's the Rangers. They have a limited foothold. She can do missions for them, try to build the Rangers' local base and notoriety, or obviously handle her own stuff.
Pr: The AK-47 fire takes its toll on the energy shields. The vulcan cannon seems to fail to get enough oomph (damn experimental systems!) and it scarcely punches through the barricade, let alone the guard's cheap armor. The guard fires a flare into the air and takes cover before resuming firing.

Prometheus will launch a vally of quantium missles at the guard and the general surrounding and take evasive actions to avoid the fire.
Karen I suppose will take a mission from a list of need to do type things.
Cyric will nod, and say "Very well...is there anything else you need doing? Granted I believe this is enough on my plate for the mean time, but Im always willing to take on more work."
Pyra will keep a poker face at being insulted. "I suppose ill go find him and bring him back then. Is there anything else you'd like doing?"

The guard leaps out of the tower, knowing that it's the only way he's likely to survive the missiles. Unfortunately for him, the missiles destroy the tower, and the fragmentation falling on top of him doesn't help his near-lethal fall to the ground. He is unconscious, if alive at all.
"Need to do type things?" Like to benefit the local Rangers chapter? I should point out that the Rangers are so weak here that no government is going to give you diplomatic immunity; ergo, you're just another vigilante.
C: "No."
P: "Ahem. I and the other Omegas would scarcely wish to find the Monolith's hideaway for this thing and siege it. Starsley's hordes are far too strong for that to be a winning proposition. And the robot itself is an X factor. No, we need you to find an artifact that in legend was used to defeat the automaton. It is called Brother Eagle's Bow. Odds are slim to none that the tribe that defends it knows its true power. We only know that the tribe was part of the Plains Indians, the Sioux or Nez Perce. It may be in a museum, on a reservation, or being carried by a tribesman. Find it."

Horay for tower doom. Prometheus will push onward. He'll reanalyze his volcan cannon and modif it for more ummft as he goes along.
Are there any missions whatso ever for her power range? Granted a vigilanty, but whatever, if not She'll goto her ananasi web and ask the local ananasi government for a mission in return for some trainning.
Cyric "Very well, shall I be off to find, and create this meeting place then?"
P "Interesting..I suppose ill check the museums first."

The robots have taken advantage of a near-impossible ride down a cliff to get the drop on the resisters. Some women, children and men beg for mercy or scream. Others courageously grab homemade grenades, flare guns, rope, AK-47s, and what have you, fighting back.
Suddenly, one of the robots is batted by a tremendous force up over the camp into the cliff above. Another is bisected.
K: Of course there are. Rangers do everything from find lost cats to save worlds. You head to a relatively inactive strip mall, at about half parking vacancy at peak hours (and that includes people parked there to avoid tickets). Connected to the donut shop is the local Ranger precinct.
C: "You are dismissed."
P: "Avoid arousing suspicion. The Monolith's eyes and ears are many, and their historians of magic are not so poor as we once believed."

Unrelent will search for the source of this robo destructor, while keeping a sensor open for incoming fire.
Karen will goto the precint, and look at the mission board, maybe say hi to a few fellow rangers if any are about.
Cyric will do as he is told and leave the office, he will first go an check up on his new born vampire kin. First the lady, then to two men. He will bring the lady with him. While traveling he'll use his vampiric control over her as he is her master, and creator, and direct her to goto DF's and bring him a message of whats happened and how they will be seeing alot less of eachother, explain to him what the DE is up to. Then he will begin his mission.
Pyra will goto closest Monolith outpost base, and begin scouting it for weaknesses, so he can penetrate its defenses.

Unrelent seeks the source of the attacks. He flies above the battlefield and sees a man with a white hammer, cocking back to swing, and a smaller, wirier man with a thin rapier slashing open three soldiers. A woman in a robe holding two golden scales stands behind them, a light shield surrounding her and some refugees. She looks up and says, "Turn back! These men and women simply want their rights! This is illegal!"
Karen walks in. A bored looking man in a suit with a headset sits behind a white metal desk. A television monitor plays MacGuyver in one corner while mission descriptions scroll up. Tier 1.0 to Tier 1.3 missions seem to be the norm. Karen can't read them moving this quickly with MacGyver running.
Cyric feels a strange queasiness. He strides, then runs to his apartment. The door is not ajar, it is not even there, seemingly melted into the entryway. He looks frantically about. None of his kine are to be found. In one corner is spray-painted "Loyalty."
What would an outpost base do for you? And the Monolith doesn't exactly have "bases", officially. They're a corporation.

Unrelent will process this new information, decide these two are a large threat and unload everything he has on them.
Karen asks the man "Mind pausing the MG, so i can take a mission?"
Cyric smirks, "Figures...all I wanted to do is say good bye...whatever." He'll teleport to wherever he needs going and go.
Pyra, well he needs to find that dude, in the monolith right, so why not take out a smaller outpost, and milk the info outta someone.

The cannons fire at the barrier, riddling it. The woman nods to her companions. The man brings down his hammer and throws up a crowd of rocks and dust.
He says, "MG? Ohhh... MacGuyver. Okay." He presses a button on the remote. The mission readout becomes larger. The readout shows, "T 1.1: PP. People person needed for carnival. Allegations of child molestation and other suspicious incidents should be resolved discretely and with attention to rules of evidence."
So Cyric is not remotely concerned that his kine have been kidnapped, possibly by someone in the DE, possibly someone pretending to be in the DE, possibly by DF, possibly by any of the other groups that he's working for?
No, Pyra needs to find the Bow. Not RGK-7.
