Honestly, I don't know, Ill leave it to Fred's call. Grove will and can be handy, on anything living or ghost. ectoplasm and system shock, yeah perfect stun gun. He might be able to get some insite from a local spirit...but im not sure whatelse.
Sarah, pyromancer...always good, she can be a fire started and a fire fighter. Really weak melee combat, but who needs melee when you got fire bolts? I don't see how grove can honestly help a town if its on fire at all. and she has 3 times the hp he does.
Mark, basically hes a mace wielding tank 300+hp, and immuned to pain, and an endurence machine. Im not sure if Aaron will let this one fly as he is himself undead.
Personally, if you just let me play out of character and let me use draxal this discussion would never have to happen.

I think we need Grove for long-term ghost problems as well as a non-violent method of dealing with assailants. Sarah would be a good second-place choice, but a) I'm fiery too (though with limited ammunition - but she's limited too, by MP) and b) we have another mage. At this point, we just need to avoid getting shanked by the spectral.
Aside from the problems with Mark (hey, I could have been Astarion) you identify, we don't need another tank.
And yeah, Draxal's good. So's a Minotaur war shaman. (And Stormaxe, as well as know, kills in arenas.)

i'd say stick with grove as well, since he brings something to the group that noone else can cover.

We shall.

Shallingly.
(Also, while a Barr would be allowed, an evil doomly devil worshiping High War Magus of Darkness is not only too buff, but wouldn't be part of the order, no.
And yeah, Minotaurs dont' fit the humanoid type.)
After discussing amongst yourselves the pro's and cons of whatchamacallits, you are released to your own accords. You have one hour until you are scheduled to leave, but if everyone shows up early, you can just plain go.
In the mean time, you can go to the quartermaster for a bit of specialized equipment, like the following:
Bolts, arrows (Silver, cold iron, wooden): come in bundles of 10, free of charge, limit 3. 1gp per bundle of wooden, 2 gp for iron, 3gp for silver. Silver edging (Up to 3ft): allows half the benefits of a silver weapon, one edge up to three foot free of charge. 7 gp per foot or edge additional Cold iron edging (Up to 3ft): Same as Silver but 4 gp per foot Silver dagger: 12 gp Cold Iron dagger: 12 gp Cold Iron longblade: 11 gp (Made on request, will be completed by next mission.) (It is impractical to make a longblade entirely of silver.) Quiksilver: 10 gp per bottle. A blessed mercury type substance. Pouring on the blade and shattering the bottle causes the weapon to count as a holy silver weapon for one minute. Can be thrown as a grenade weapon.
Those are the specialty things. Other than that you can find wooden stakes, crossbows, ordinary weapons, bibles, general woodsman/soldier gear.
Any other specialty equipment you want, bring up to me.

My ax had silver that I earned from the last scenario. I'll take five units of quicksilver, silver and cold iron shards for a fragmentation grenade, some silver and iron shards for his gun, a silver and cold iron dagger, wooden stakes, whatever camping/survivalist things I need. If only I were good at lances. Also: Do they have bone weapons?

I forgot stormaxe was a gajillionaire. However, you just want lumps, not shards for the gun.
And no, they haven't run into any need to construct weapons from dead things... except maybe dead trees.

Yeah, whatever the gun can safely fire.
Okay. Some Oriental demons are vulnerable to bone, so I wanted to cover all the bases. Oh! If we ever have to deal with fae, some salt and horseshoes would be nice. And I should get a Bible and a cross.

Chip, being a proffessional slayer, already has silver and dark iron plating on his blades. So i'll go pick those up and head to the meeting point.

could i get some silver and cold iron tips on his gnarly ass bracers? Yes. You want to do like, mish mash of different types? Also, the bible and crosses usually only work on people with strong faith. I'm not certain of Stormaxe's background, but being a scientist I'm not sure if he'd be "up there". Not saying he's a godless heathen, but you know. Also, the group has never encountered oriental demons. Salt and that sort count as the free sort of things you can pick up on demand. For this continuity, cold iron works on fairy folk as well.

Oh. Well, then, fuck it. I think Stormaxe is probably Taoist or something. So if they have a Tao Te Ching, I'll get one.
Cold iron is a common weakness for fae, I just didn't double-list it. Because I don't like being redundant. REDUNDO!
So, Stormaxe will greet the new members. "Shtormaxe, Shtormaxe Bismarck. Pleased to meet ya, lads."

How come nobody ever talks to you? It's been like six days. Talk to each other so you don't just see a blank thread when you check this and I can get my schoolin' done without feeling like the game is grinding to a halt because I'm not here.

OOC: What is this, some sort of character sheet test?
"Fohty-eight in your years, lad, though I fail to see why ye be asking. Next ye'll be asking me my favorite color! What I would need to now about ye: What's yer preferred drink?"

Grove will edge his way away from the group, and look for a place to sit down. being very shy by nature, he'll probably reframe from talking to anyone if he can help it. (ooc) By the way aaron, being a spirit beacon, does Grove found or seen any ghosts yet?

Stormaxe notices Grove's motion, but says nothing. To each 'is own, he thinks.

assuming this is guts after the show, he says "I can never be merry again, but it is good of you to try." and i just thought, since Guts has that little mark branding him as a demon sacrifice, i think he will have some sort of auto taunt on these beasties, which works well for a tankoman.
