Also, I'm a fantastic liar.
Refresh my many flawless memories of where you were and I'll fetch the propper tomes of knowlege.

I was waiting for the submarine to be finished to go with Fred to Aquarius, but I dont want to wait for him. I was going to take that transport thing there and then call Fred and tell him where I was and to meet me there. Oh yea, and despite what Fred may say, I paid entirely for the sub.

That's simply false - I put in cash for the sub as well as subsidized Tek's other projects. Anyways, when you can do that, try to get the shield down so I can teleport in.

Well then you make your merry way through the lower levels of Arcadia, right to the base platform where nobody ever thinks to look.
There you find an unassuming ticket sales booth to a submarine shuttle being tended to by a bored looking twenty something man with a name tag that you don't bother to look at.
Wondering if this is the shuttle to Aquarius he replies:
"I guess... *Glances at something above the booth window on his side* Oh. Yeah, it is."

It'll sure feel like it, but not quite that long. However, it will take about thirty hours and all you get to look at is water. Sure, you haven't exactly been to the bottom of the ocean before, but after four hours you just might not care about it. They only set lights every couple hundred feet on the track the sub car follows so you get glimpses between being enveloped by inky darkness. Hope Bob isn't Claustrophobic. Anyhoo, the lights ward off any deep sea life since they don't, you know, like light, and bob reads some boring pamphlets about timeshares and things you really don't need that you find yourself strangely compelled to buy. Eventually you notice there's someone on the car with you. It has been at least six hours and you dont' know how they could have slipped under your radar for that long, especially given the sub car is just about thirty feet long, ten feet wide, and pretty much looks like the inside of a city bus with two metal compartments where more seats could fit where small automated systems give passengers three meals of choice which were worked out before you boarded and will all likely taste the same anyway, and service droids can provide telecasts, communication, medical help, etc... Anyway, Bob sat in the back, because he was one of the cool kids in school. Standing and watching out the back window at all the lights on the track go whizzing away as you pass them, you catch your first recalled glimpse of the person in the reflection of the internal cab. The distorted reflection shows the man looking back at you and to have long black hair and coat. The distortion doesn't allow for any details to show such as the persons face. Turning around, confused as to why he never noticed another passenger before, Bob comes to find himself looking at an empty cab. There is nobody else on the tram.

I'll look back at the glass to see if he shows up again in the reflection. If not I'll search the place with the vision modes on my visor. If I see something, maybe I'll say a "What" or "Who are you?" type of thing. If not, I'll get to a seat where I can watch everything, sit down and keep a hand close to my myriad of guns. If I catch anymore weird people in reflections I'll make sure to look as fast as possible. Bob Im sure still remembers seeing Taeryn in his rearview mirror of his car (R.I.P.). Lets just say he's a bit tense with going "Not again."

Bob looks every which way finding no sign of another passenger, be it in thermal, night vision, x-ray, etcetera. Also there is no answer to his blurted inquiries. You hear something slosh over, as if a bucket or canister of liquid was tipped over under one of the seats near the middle cab out of sight. With that, an unexpected (As if any amount is expected) amount of what appears to be blood washes over a large portion of the tram floor. Still uncertain about how to act, Bob next sees bootprints slowly step messily toward him from the opposite side of the tram. The natural response would be to again change vision modes. Doing so, Bob finds nothing but boot prints. The steps stop about mid way through the puddle and you hear a sound like creaking leather. Invisible fingers leave three offset marks as they slide through the puddle writing out two words: NOT OVER It is at this point that Bob notices the reflection in the celing glass. Before the image fades along with the pool on the ground leaving not a trace of evidence he is able to make out two distinct attributes: White Hair and Plate Mail

Bob provides an example of what big men do when they panic.
The lights flicker out and a disembodied laughter taunts you. Bob is ready for something. Anything. And he gets...
Nothing...
The lights out, Bob is on edge, scanning around in whatever visions he thinks will help and pointing his guns into the darkness while the occasional track light shines in, illuminating the cab briefly in a strobe of light and shadow.
And nothing.
Nothing happens.
The lights remain out, but nothing comes out of it. For the rest of the train ride, all remaining twenty four hours Bob sits on edge wondering what will happen if he lets his guard down.
The lights of Aquarius shine into the cab, providing some permanent illumination. The tram pulls into station where a maintainence employee awaits.
"Oh mah gyad. We're real sorry sir, tha chance's of all tha lights goin' out at once is just... Wow. Are ya okay dere?"

Strong or no, it's hard to transmit through the ocean and a giant dome. While Bob fiddles with the device another man in a suit comes up.
"We are terribly sorry sir. Terribly sorry. On behalf of Zoomertrak raillines allow me to refund your ticket price and please accept this voucher good for a free round trip use of our Arcadia to Aquarius route should you decide to travel with us again."

"Ah, new in town? You'll have to patch into one of the telecommunication consoles. Cellular and radio communications work fine in-dome, but to get out you have to use one of those."
He points to what looks a lot like a phone booth/computer. It has a place to patch in your phone to allow for out of dome calling with no... get this... DOMING CHARGES! I AM FUCKING CLEVER.
Anyway. It has a negligible fee that gets applied automatically to your phone bill. You can now call QSI

Just in case anyone was playing along at home and is curious:
Bob called fred and told him that "Whitey" is back. Whitey of course being the apparition he saw in the celing, A death knight/Soul Reaver formerly in service to Taeryn, the goddess of pain and envy. After a heated battle between bob and Whitey because Taeryn willed it so, Fred hopped in and finished Whitey off.
Being dead, it's strange that he's come back. However, one thing is for sure: He isn't happy with Bob.
Bob told fred he's back, Fred used a means of lacking concern to try and calm Bob down. it didn't work and bob hung up and left looking for a place to stay.

Yeah. You're missing that indestructable coat. Deus stoled it, member?
Anyway, like the cabbie said you're in a bit of a middle ground between gangs and cops. The gangs don't feel comfortable working so close to the cops, and the cops don't feel that the gangs would be stupid enough to work so close to them. It works out well for the residents.
It's a good neighborhood. Not so cramped as Arcadia by far. People's houses are allowed to have some yard and there's GRASS growing on the ground. Nothing in Arcadia isn't concrete or metal outside the park. There are some kids playing down the street one way, so Bob heads the other to avoid the snotty little brats.
Flying cars, though popular and largely used in the taxi service, aren't held by everyone. Some folks have genuine wheeled vehicles taking them to and fro, so you stay on the sidewalk.
Afterwards, you ask someone where the police station is, they point you to it, and you head the opposite direction in attempt to check out the gang territories. This confuses them naturally.
The quality of living drops steadily the farther you get. You chose a nice place to set up. A human supremacist would have a field day screaming obscenities here, and then probably get himself lynched, as roughly 90% of the population of the lower income housing is non-human.
It's about an hour in the lower quality places before you run into your first gang. Or so you think. A couple of late teenagers are huddled in an alley looking generally seedy. 'This is it?' Bob wonders.
Suddenly the boys turn to run out of the alley, quick as they can looking downright frightened. One of them is snagged by something out of sight and yanked out of view. His screaming stops quickly but his 'friends' get the hell out of there.

Something you had already done. TMP's are already out, barriers are already barriering.
You see more of the body. It sort of hangs there, just off the ground, limply from the head.
"Yeeesssss..... Cloooossseerrrrrrr...."
The body slides slowly back around the corner into some eerie unnatural darkness.
