Deus is basically sitting on his thumbs and idly considering killling alll these people underground just to see how much their screams echo in the larger caverms. He is somewhat uninterested.

so what, are you trading them something for crystals or saying "Since we're better than you: Give us crystals now."?
I can't remember if you guys worked something out on that subject.

I thought the whole, "we are taking you out of this shithole" thing was incentive enough, but who knows. If anyone says anything to Deus abouut it, his eyes are gonna light on fire and he will start screaming while tieing his hands together with vines, because Deus has alot of trouble with the fact that no one knows these people exist besides them, but he isn't going to kill the entire population. these guys are like the bums, but I will never have to come back here.
Justin, it comes to mind that this whoole sandstorm thing makes it seem that someone powerful wants these people down here, so lets tread softly when we leave, eh?

So you harvest crystal carefully using your combined forces of geomancy and in turn give the people a way of contacting the outside world.
Happy they are, and you harvest multimillions of credits worth of crystals. Aye?

Tech and Deus, having completed a sizeable harvest, provide protective and transportational enchantments to a group of five people long enough to bring them to techs awaiting ship.
Jakota, having sat boredly on board for several ages, was able to resist doing any permanent damage to seating or bedding.
At this point, Tech transports them to a major communications hub where they can contact anyone who might still remember their station. Deus on the other hand, aided by calculations from Tech's orbital satellite, drops back to the sands below and begins a long and arduous manipulation of the elements, using the desert sands as one might play with a river of molding clay, shaping it to his liking slowly but surely.

Tech'll ask the people from underground if they'll want transportation back to their underground spaceship at any point. If they do he'll either arrange a place and date to retrieve them (his schedule's pretty much open so he'll agree to any amount of time and anywhere on the planet.) or build them a communicator that works through his satellite so they can just send him a call requesting a ride home.

They go for the communicator method after you assure them that doing something like that requires all of twenty seconds of your time to accomplish.

Alright, after Tech drops them off at the trading hub or wherever it was they wanted to go he'll head out to the harshest part of the desert back on the main continent and start to build his warehouse.

Yes, more scorath than are on the other one. You sexy devil/ cabbage lord.
And as time goes on, there's a noticeable reduction in sandstormage, enough to tip off peoples sattelites to go "Woah, is that thing gonna stop sometime?"
