I'd love a character, i dunno if ya just wanna fling him onto the boat too? or if you want him to be picked up later. Or totally seperate from that boats crew. But... heres the character I had in mind.
A huamn aquamancer, whom has specialized in healing and prophecy type magics using fresh water. He'd have basic survival skills, and almost no melee skills For combat he might have some minor water spells like hk bomb etc...or something of that nature. But hes pretty much supposed to be the dude that ducks under cover and waits to keep ppl alive.

Wanna spend some Traits to get some money so he could have a gun? Or alternately use Mod Human Str and Keen to use a bow?
And what's his secret power?

I suppose some money would be good, but this guy is all about magic...and I guess his secret power could be liquifing himself and being able to travel around as puddle of water?

It's not like that. The secret powers are categories of abilities that develop over time - you start with nothing in them but get them over time.

So! He needs a name. And his original abilities. We do have the new stuff, though:
Ice Dagger Mini-Geyser (hefty charge) Flash Heal Channel Heal Drowning Bubble
2 CPs each into: Cryomancy, aquamancy, healing
2 RBs into Int and P. Ability
Equipment: Anti-ballistic armor with helmet [later transferred to Mario so he may do what he wishes] Light chainmail from staff guy 1 SMG: Consistent accurate fire 1 military style combat pack 1 set of combat boots Lightning dagger
