Fred and Mario arrive at the safeway in davis near his home Mario says to him "hey Fred so let me get this strait Dark Fred left you a pair of guns at your apartment that we were going to pick up till your house exploded then we get a tip from Nation saying its under the safeway that was overtaken by demons right." Mario floats down from the air and surveys the area saying aloud "hey I don't see any demons around here they must be planning an ambush or something."

OOG: nothing but you do sense that there is some sort of mechanical device blocking your sense
"Sure I can go for something" mario replies walking into the store seeming open to attack but you can see that he isn't. He walkes toward the sandwhich section where he says "awsome you gotta come see this" in his hands he holds the broodwhich.

"oh I know some guy with an axe will try to kill me but it's cool that they have it here." Mario says pocketing the broodwhich "anyway I wonder whats blocking your power sense.
Fred finds all that food and starts to eat until he hears a small sound coming from the asile two rows down he hears a small voice whispering to something Fred cannot see "hey I put the guns under the skull so what are we supposed to do just stall till the luster knight gets here or something." The other thing responds "yeah thats the plan."

"Totally is, probably should keep it, maybe we can get someone to eat it..." When he hears that, he quickly flies to Mario, making sure to make virtually no sound, and when he finds him repeats what he just heard.

"yeah ten min-" mario starts as he is cut off as a large cry is heard from on top of the frozen go gurts. "Wow never expected them to send him two luster knights but hey that just means more blood" the voice belongs to a large demon in black armor he draws two longswords wraped in this mist that looks poisioness.
turn order is fred, mario, darkshine knight.

I hate Darkshine Knights.
Fred moves as quickly as he can. "Shinken!", he calls out, hoping to strike the Knight through the visor, knocking it down behind the yogurts and taking advantage of that fall time for Mario to get some skewering and Fred to be able to barrier. He hopes that he can move quickly enough with Shinken to catch the Knight off guard.

Fred, moving as quickly as he can Shinkens the darkshine knight but unfortuantly he blocks the blast with his sword absorbing most of the blow.
Mario is distracted as another seems to jump out behind the frozen chicken and slashes him across the chest but it the cut seems superficial as Mario quickly punches the knight in the face to make him skid back a few feet away.
The darkshine knight lunges at Fred and swings with both swords but fortunatly his hastily prepared barrier makes the clumsy blow bounce off.
Freds action again.

Now at point blank, Fred decides that it's time to try to eliminate two birds with one stone. He does a great sweeping Super Punch, slamming the foe in a chink near the head and using the head as a fulcrum to throw the Darkshine Knight attacking him into the DK attacking Mario, also taking advantage of the DK's residual momentum and high weight. If he has time after that, he will step to the side to insure no friendly fire and pull out his pistol, firing into both of the Darkshine Knights.

Mario duckes in time to avoid Fred's plan which goes off perfectly to his plan, and yes he does have enough time to sidestep and unload into them however the bullets do not seem to do much..
Mario says to you "hey Fred you finish this up I think I see something" Mario jumps up into the air and sprouting his wings flies towards a mirrior that lines the upper ridges of the store.
The darkshine knights untangle themselves and start to rise.
Fred's turn again.

Fred puts his hands together and quickly yells, "Ka..me..ha..me..ha!", using the large ball end to strike the two. He is trying to keep their swords intact so he can finally get a bladed weapon actually worth a crap.

Fred's Kamehameha rips a nice hole through the first dropping it like a fly its blades disintagrate from the poisioness vapors around the sword.
The other one manages to perform a double slash across freds chest that manages to penetrate his barrier the slash isnt that damaging but he does get a very icy sickly feeling from the wound as it starts to turn slightly green.

FANTASTIC.
Fred turns around and finishes the job with Lightning, then calls out to Mario, "I need an antidote!" Luckily this is a Safeway, and there will probably be pharamaceuticals if he can't cure me, and Buu's healing can sometimes be effective against poison.

Fred blasts the knight with lightning which seems to stun him momentarily but not harm it.
Mario turns in mid air and holds out his hand as a blast of wind seems to wash over Fred Lessining the wound and the poision seems to stall for a moment.

Then Fred will fire a Renzoku Energy Dan, aiming at its legs first then its head for the killing blow. His arms pump back and forth, killing energy entering his hands and discharging into murderous spheres of pure light.

you manage to trip him up then finish him with the blast to the head however the wound seems to have opened up again and the wound starts to burn with poision yet again.

the wound closes and the poision fades Fred after notices that in the shadows of the safeway he can notice numorous figues preparing to attack, the calm before the storm, the seem to be hesitating or stalling for something...

Fred turns to Mario as Mario sticks his hand through the glass and it seems to ripple Mario immediatly turns to Fred and yells "shit Fred this is an illusion!!" at those words Fred feels a searing pain he looks at himself and he is torn up literally on the verge of death. It seems as though there was an illusion of the entire fight making Fred think he was doing well when really he wasnt he stands in a burnt out shell of a safeway with low energy reserves... he cannot even see Mario and he is surrounded by imps laughing at him holding little fireballs in thier hands.
OOG: Fred is at 10% health and 0 inner energy (not total zero as you would die at that level but zero in the sense that you cannot use inner energy moves).

Fred growls and stands up. He is shaky and horrible, staring at the imps. He growls and says, "What... the... hell?" He takes out his pistol and fires over and over at the imps as well as he can without hurting Mario. He knows that soon he may rage...

he manages to hit two of the imps killing them but he feels a burning sensation on his back as he is hit by a fireball he hears a voice call out to him from hit right "Fred!! catch" The voice comes from Mario as he sees a small object being thrown towards him.
