When the tournament completes, people will get the following bonuses:
A wish
20 Rank Boosts
40 Class Points
2 discretionary training slots
2 mandatory training slots
10 Trait Points from the wish energy
400 Affinity points
10 Merits
4000% Skill Points
Other random benefits
5 million each (Fritz can only provide limited Classes, Rank Boosts up to VL Forbidden, Affinities up to 700, directly purchased abilities)
I'll give each person through an appropriate mechanism their marching orders for mandatory training.
New characters will not get the wish or the Trait Points, but otherwise will be scaled to match old PCs.
