Alright, so after you've picked your Amulet, it's onto character creation. Now, your character doesn't start off with the amulet, you'll get it during the campaign, and until then are just an ordinary person. You're character can be of any nationality but must have some form of Japanese heritage in them. You all live in North America, and are each enrolled in their amulet's HtH. Then roll up a normal human. 3D6 for the 8 attributes, plus one extra roll of 1d6 for any attribute rolls that get 16-18. You do not count bonuses from skills of course, so I.E.: PS of 15 gets +1 from Athletics general, do not add the 1d6, only during the initial rolling of them. Your characters essentially good people, so no hidden agendas.
Also, Super beings, aliens, etc... are not common place to this world. There are a handful of heroes and villains alike running around in this place, though technology is a bit more advanced. Robot's are being developed by military governments, and super solder projects are starting to get the green light. So keep that in mind.

Name: Frank Yang
P.S.: 29 P.P.: 23 I.Q.: 18 M.E.: 14 M.A.: 9 P.B.: 14 P.E.: 25 Spd.: 8
Nationality: Japanese-Samoan man
Build: Tall, massive man, muscles like a large boxer Disposition: A generally gregarious and intelligent man, Frank is kind but brutally honest and direct. He is quite capable of being patient, saying nothing and moving not a whit for hours, yet there is a restlessness to him. Intelligent enough to earn a scholarship and study biochemistry, his links with the land are enough for him to choose a tour guide position instead of more lucrative fields (not to mention that, man, saving up money to get his Doctorate is a pain in the ass).
Frank speaks formally with those he's not familiar with, almost a little shy (strange from someone his size), yet when angry or with familiars he reverts to a bizarre street slang with unique tenses, words, etc. His charisma is fairly low in most instances (see M.A.) thanks to his unique style of talking (either stilted formal or excessively informal), introspective leaning and substantial intelligence, yet when he is speaking about a topic on which he is familiar or passionate about, he can be quite convincing or intimidating. It's just not natural and seamless, like those with high M.A. tend to be.
Frank's love for the environment is very radical, and he's plenty willing to spend a few days in front of a corporation in a quiet hunger strike against animal cruelty or cruise ship pollution. His views border on ecoterrorism.
Fighting Style: Frank uses a composite, culled from street-fighting with other Samoans, various schools he attended in years with his poor and often moving family (including Kenpo, Sumo, Capoeira, and other arts native to or associated with the Tropics). Much like a battle-crazed demon friend of ours, his style involves brutal aggression (not least with his sword skills, also an odd composite deathly effective against folks more used to traditional styles), shutting down . This is where Frank's "real" side comes out: a combination of eagerness, competitiveness, patience and brutality. It is almost a different man, and the man Frank has been searching for years yet never has been allowed to be.
Education: B.A. in Biochemistry
Occupation: Nature guide (specializes in birds and reptiles)
Family: Separated mother and father, one sister, large extended family (many close uncles, aunts, cousins, grand-aunts, grandparents, removed cousins, brothers-in-law, family friends, etc.)
Skills: Chemistry 54% Math - Basic 69% Math - Advanced 69% Computer Operation 64% Biology 54% Botany 49% Analytical Chemistry 49% Literacy/Language English/Samoan 98% Boxing Wrestling Body Building Gymnastics First Aid 69% Pathology 64% Research 74% Writing 49% Sword Knife Paired Weapons Gun
What sort of skills we looking at?
