Special Duels:
Hell in a Cage: A small, indestructible cage! The only thing outside the cage is an audience of bloodthirsty spectators who will support whoever is most brutal.
Super Smash Bros.:Health is a non-existent commodity. Instead, people fight to raise their foes' percentage which indicates how far they will be launched by blows. The way to win is to force an opponent out of the arena.
Borders:
None: There simply are no borders. Wherever the characters are at, they can move as quickly as they want around the universe, going through dimensions
Limited Mobility: Restrictions on temporal or dimensional travel and generally limited within a galaxy.
Indestructible Borders:Whatever the size of the map, the borders in all directions are completely indestructible and impermeable.
Objects:These are rules that govern objects on the map aside from the PCs. This has implications for cover and its efficacy, the ability of people on the map to use improvised weapons or throwing weapons, etc. Most of the time, an object will gain in mass/weight in proportion to its durability, but not always.
Normal Durability:All objects (trees, boulders, buildings, cars, etc.) are as easy to destroy as they are normally. This means for CotG that most objects will be destroyed instantly the moment a large AOE attack is launched.
Enhanced Durability:Objects are stronger than normal. Typically this means that the characters can destroy them but that most will survive large AOE attacks.
Very Enhanced Durability:Objects are very much more durable than normal. In essence, the objects behave vis-a-vis the character as if the character were a normal human, i.e. a character using a chainsaw on a car will do a lot of denting.
Insane Durability:Objects are virtually indestructible. They can be destroyed but take a while to do so.
Invulnerable:Objects are invulnerable. Not even attacks that pierce invulnerability can destroy them.
