AK: Avatar kill. This refers to the process of killing someone's avatar, typically in a situation where that is not normally possible (say, on the Google Freeway).

Cryo: Refers to a defunct program of the former United States that recruited or trained supersoldiers of Legendary proportions then sealed them cryogenically and kept them for hidden uses. Now that the abuses and depravities of the program have been revealed, it has been discontinued, replaced by the UEG Stormguard, and the word "Cryo" is often used (with a pejorative connotation) as a metaphorical shorthand for any supersoldier or, in the phrase "Cryo program", any morally ambivalent government or institutional program.
D-Bee: "Dimensional being". A term from Rifts Earth, it has become adopted for any alien or sentient from another dimension.
Dimension:A . Note that this is distinct from a dimension of measurement, i.e. 1-D, 2-D, 3-D.
F:Short for Forbidden.
F2:Short for Transgressive.
FTL:Short for "faster than light". Usually expressed as a multiplier, such as: 2x FTL (or two times faster than the speed of light). According to relativity, this is impossible or nearly so.

T:Short for Transgressive.
Tier:The in-character way that people refer to the six levels of ability. Tier 1 is Normal, 2 Legendary, etc. This methodology was originally developed by the Rangers but has been more widely adopted. Tiers are defined internally by decimals, i.e. Tier 1.4, Tier 3.1.
