So to illustrate how ludicrously powerful CotG characters are, and for fun and a writing exercise, I'm writing a bunch of characters from this site against an individual CotG character. I'll take requests. If you have a complaint about using a character, I'll take out your character.

She stood in the center of the carnage. It'd make sense: Whoever this was was doing an incredible amount of damage very quickly. It was almost as if she were waging war on reality. This was a legion of orcs armed with everything they could ask: Vibro-blades, techno-wizard equipment, specially modified armor that could take a rocket propelled grenade head-on for the monstrous hordes... Yet their bodies were strewn about. In her hands were no weapons. Her Oriental features were only obscured by a checkered dress, and her hair with purple streaks was open. She seemed grim and unhappy, repeatedly whispering, "I'm sorry..."
The group here was a motley crue, not even certain why they were here, yet quite confident they needed to fight her. Schala Zael, an Alter user with prodigious natural talent. Aiko Ashtear, a master of water and a former Spirit Detective. Alastair Sinclair, a Silken Outlaw of Marlyla. Two monks, one a gelatinous red three-armed giant (Ohblorx) and another dwarf (Sheamus Doomhammer). Sir Robert the Twelfth, a famous Cyber-Knight with his two gleaming blue blades of pure mental will, accompanied by his shady Phaeton Juicer companion on a red stylized hoverbike. Thalos the Soul Hunter Daemon co-existed with the real Julius Caesar, an ancient Immortal, and a man Julius who seemed to inch away from both. Deus Ex Inferis and Fred Lumina-Weise of QSI headed the group, both capable of taking plasma bursts without flagging.
Fred took the lead, loudly yelling, "Whoever you are, you don't belong here! We're going to give you a chance to leave!" As if to underscore the point, he crushed a vibro-blade with his hand. His hands then stretched broadly out, as he took a stance far from everyone. He began to call out, "Grand...."
The woman looked at all of them. "I am Sarashito Mitsaroshi. None of you belong. I have to destroy this reality. I'm sorry. If you leave now, I might be able to keep you alive."
"Force..."
"Please."
"Cannon!"
The force struck with car-shattering power. As it rocketed through the air, the bodies of the orcs below it were turned into a spiral of crushed featureless flesh. The force blasted over her...
And it was like a faint wind had disheveled her hair. There was no sign of any kind of barrier, any defense. Just her physical form and those clothes.
She wiped a single tear from her face as she turned a palm to the boy. She would remember him before he died. Massive, built like a bull for such a young man, with a leather jacket, a massive fur overcoat, and black studded leather armor. Around him were three thick barriers of force and light. They could take a direct shot from a Dragon missile launcher and survive. A faint purple light appeared in her hand as she whispered, "Gallic Gun."
A ray that literally filled the sky, causing the land below to fall off into nothingness, poured violet light into the eyes of all the onlookers. The bolt continued out the planet's atmosphere and created a vacuum above followed by a storm.
In the aftermath, the nothingness of Fred's existence was palpable. Thalos could not even capture his soul. A faint green was around Sarashito. Red light erupted from the thick abyss, the crevasse that reached down to the lava underneath the crust. Sarashito whispered, "Sorry, Fred." As if killing him had special significance and pain for her.
Now it became much worse. A field of floating... things, strange cells that would warp into insects and other shapes, became ubiquitous, like a faint golden dust. Sheamus Doomhammer immediately fell over and died, even his Dwarven constitution falling to this effect. The rest of the warriors began to shiver and shake, even Deus a little under the weather. Ohblorx fell over and spewed a red gelatin from his body, becoming pink and even blue in the air.
Deus growled arrogantly. "If you want a job done right, do it yourself." Sunshine nodded and turned to everyone. "Listen to me! We're gonna buy you some time! You all know what to do!"
Schala could not move. She could not speak. She could not think. None of the others here could understand what was happening. It was beyond them wholly. Because this thing in front of them... She could scream and struggle to create two arms on her body. But the woman she was fighting had Alter energy that went beyond the bounds of the planet, an almost literal sun of psychic power.
Deus began to run and fly, while Sunshine performed incredible feats of acrobatics on his bike. Both began to make circles and running line patterns around Sarashito, faster than the eye could see. Both of them had met virtually no one who could come close to matching their speed.
Julian decided to go for deception. Hopefully this woman was not telepathic as well. He whispered, "God save us", and jumped into the abyss below. The fall went on for the seconds as his body began to turn into a new shape, him yelling "IGNIO RED ARREMER!" From the heat above, he began to breathe in, draining the thermal power, hoping that he could create a plume that would do better than the Grand Force Cannon...
Deus and Sunshine now saw vibration. Though it seemed that Sarashito was solitary, when Sunshine ran his bike prongs at her, the electricity vibrating along them, it passed through air that may not have been thin but was empty of their target. Suddenly, Deus felt a strike to his back like a scalpel, shredding open his spine. He was silenced horribly as Sunshine looked behind him, fear for a millisecond even with his Juicer-accelerated reflexes overtaking him before Sunshine died, a blade piercing him to the console. The thrown blade discharged an electrical expulsion that spread out over hundreds of feet. Sarashito moved her hands subtly, now no longer blurring, and the console moved the bike at her whim, colliding with Deus and throwing the powerful elementalist and the dead Juicer far from her.
Robert the Twelfth had taken a position behind a dune, augmented by a pile of corpses. Her powers were clearly far more prodigious than he had ever seen: Not his master, or Chirho, or the vampires, or the Amaki he had trained under could match this power. But that was no excuse to stop fighting. He readied his NGE-Heavy Plasma Ejector rifle, clicking the contact over and over. He was amazed: She must have Zen Combat, because she moved a nanosecond before each shot, the thick balls of plasma flying off into the atmosphere, leaving the smell of ozone in the air.
Alastair had taken a similar position. He didn't trust 'dem high-falutin fancy energy blasts; he didn't even know what the hell they were. They might be devil's machinery for all he knew. He also didn't have the luxury of infinite ammunition. He kept his pistol trained, ready for an opening.
Aiko had been running from the effects, avoiding the insects masterfully and slowly cultivating her water aura. Now she was prepared. She turned about and punched forward, her green eyes scintillating as steam erupted from in front of her fist, filled with a faint red and blue. It amazingly powered through the growing sweltering heat in the area... And was harmlessly dispelled by a knife held by a strange red shape. It was vaguely in the shape of a ninja yet completely shadowy (despite being red), making no shadow below it as it was already shadow. The last thing Aiko saw before her experienced life came to a sudden end was the thing's arm, and a kunai ruptured her head. Her body melted from friction as the kunai severed the top of a nearby mountain.
Schala finally snapped. She screamed with horrible vigor as her arms became demonic-looking metallic claws. As she ran forward, her feet powering her into a fate she knew not, the friction of her horrendous speed opened curtains of flame that began to constantly fire. Her rage and pain made her see the plumes shooting, not the way they harmlessly repelled off. Meanwhile, Ohblorx gripped a large stone and threw it, joining the flame with a boulder... which similarly disappeared, its composite parts turning into pixel-like fragments as an incredible prismatic aura glows and fills the air, throwing particulate matter far and away. The mountains around them, the biological matter of the orcs, now all were beginning to melt away. She was turning the world flat.
Now Schala's fingers were delving in to something... a white armor. A knight of mechanical might, complete with a colossal sword that would cleave the sky in twain and a growing bow. Schala was throwing gout after gout of flame, harmlessly coming off, the white armor still cold despite all her effort. A horrible scream erupted, this time not Schala's. "ABSORPTION!"
Robert and Alastair saw their opening. As the waves of energy rose from Schala, the two came up and simultaneously fired, plasma bolts and the bullets of a sawed off shotgun filling the air. Alastair wooted into the air and said, "Even the craziest bitch can't survive shotgun blasts!" Words and reality clashed as the bullets bounced off harmlessly, the plasma seeming to faintly stroke the white armor.
It was as if some icy hand was grabbing Schala's spine and tearing her in twain. Her arms disappeared then manifested above Robert the Twelfth, now clearly beyond her control. Robert groaned loudly as he forced every vestige of his will to clash all the colors in the prism together, forming two white blades that began to swing wildly at the floating ignited arms, flaming sparks filling the air over the dune that itself shrunk away. Schala fell over, and she felt something in her breast, a cancer that grew and grew until finally her body died from fever. It too was consumed.
Ohblorx ran forward to punch this knight, still smaller than him... until a mossy hand the size of a building came up and gripped him. Ohblorx was sucked into the abyss while a voice boomed, "By Earth you lived, by Earth you die." His acidic-covered hand stretched out hoping for salvation when he sunk away.
Alastair looked up and saw a blue beam cutting down at him. "Well, I'll be ho..." His life ended in that moment. The Holy Eye closed once more.
Now coming from Sarashito's shadow, stretching far, a snaky mechanical creation appeared. The words "KALI VIPARYAS MONSOON" became obvious, swirling in the air in the form of the Alter power. Robert fought away, his back turned to this fast moving creature which began to charge, a powerful wind -like energy forming from the new projector created by the vibrating and undulating shadow snake. To his credit, Robert felt the energy preternaturally, leaping away... Unfortunately, the monsoon was far more dangerous at its edge than its eye, and he soon was turn asunder, his bone armor ripped into infinitesimal pieces.
Julius Caesar, unlike his allies, was not only practically indestructible but had a metal armor of unstoppable intensity. He and Thalos knew that Deus and Julius were their last chances to truly do enough damage to survive. The two nodded to each other, the noble demon and the Roman rushed forward at this adversary who had changed so much. Space folded sideways, and a rocky-skinned creature with one great eye in the center of its spherical body and multiple appendage-eyes on top appeared. Rays filled the sky, and soon Caesar was completely turned to stone. Then his indestructible body was shattered in one shot by the creature rocketing forward at tens of thousands of miles an hour.
Thalos began to swing, over and over, knowing that he was the last line of defense. The woman in front of him idly fended him off with her blade, simultaneously discharging continent-sized towers of wind that even rocketed into space and began destroying nearby planets and satellites.
The snake turned around from where Robert had died and the words "KALI CHABUK ADDANA" formed. A long chain with a single shield sliding along it came in front of Thalos, fending off Thalos' every shot.
Rising majestically from two directions came the great blue-eyed and blue-winged crimson gargoyle and the rushing elemental demon god. From Firebrand's mouth came a conical blast of sheer flame and heat, erupting and forming an impromptu arc welder. Meanwhile, Deus had thirteen floating spirits about him, magnifying the power of his hammer and Firebrand's flame to colossal proportions. It was as if a nuclear bomb was dropped...
And Sarashito stood her ground wholly. The Alter Power began to come from inside her, as if she herself was a conduit for it and a source thereof, a spring of reality-altering energy. In the process, Deus and his hammer, Firebrand and his flame, and Thalos and his blade were consumed into ether and nothing.
And the reality disappeared.
* * *
Sarashito was now in the War Games Room of the Ranger's Wings. Fred clapped and said, "You made a hard decision and stuck with it, while never forgetting that they were real flesh and blood people."
Sarashito asked, "Is that enough?"
