Anyone seeking to relax, currently Amdalus, Viktor, Mr. Fo, Xexilia, and Maximillian (though at the moment Spira, Naga and some others are there to handle the interrogation), posts here. Clawthorn and Archeus also expressed interest. This is occuring at a high class resort, McKinrey's, completely rented on TBX's dime. The terrain is a mixture of temperate forest and jungle leading up to a high mountain, with all sorts of attractions: a private theme park, hiking, swimming, diving in deep lakes, etc. And of course there's the galaxy-famous hot springs, perfectly soothing water with salts and creams and lotions taken from all over the universe.

Naga will head into the massage parlor, look at the asortment of oils and lotions, and proclaim "I want my skin so smooth you can toss a baseball through me!"

"Not that you can't do that already." Her lips curl back and reveal sharp teeth, almost like a hawk's beak. The massage droid tries pushing in softly at first, then tries punches, then finally adjusts a knob on itself and begins practically pummeling Naga.

After a moment longer of listening to the screams in the background, Xexilia glances down at her make-shift bathing suit (noticing her freakishly thin stomach) before letting go of a light shrug and heading out to the hot springs. She grabs her braid and twirls it into a bun, using a large black clip to hold it there as she walks.

Naga will enjoy the massage until she gets the message about the fight club forming, then she will meander over to that.

"Naga! Xexilia!" Xenocratis comes out of a room. "They're speaking on end, you may wish to hear this."

Turning to Xenocratis, she nods and moves in his direction, holding the bag of mushrooms (still a little confused about it) in one hand as she walked.

huh? ok, well head on in, appearing suddenly and with a long metal claw sticking into one of the demons stomachs.

Spira, for no good reason, decks one of the thugs with his horrific robotic claws. Xenocratis says, "That's erroneous at this point. Anyways: To give you the appropriate background. The Heilenians were a race of deadly shapeshifters who ironically enough gained no physical but all supernatural benefits of the race they transformed themselves into. Every one of their race in a unanimous decision began waging war on their neighbors, and even the Zengz Rzenga [the set of planets whose primary contribution to the universe are mercenaries and which include the Zengzi, Skairbcee, Vashau, Tentata and Entan] barely could capture them. A Tomodo-arranged deal avoided their genocide by enslaving their whole race as remuneration for their crimes. Apparently, recently some Heilenians managed... with some help, to break the pact that keeps them slaves. They are forming into a resistance organization. Any questions so far?"

Xexilia shook her head slightly, glancing towards the thugs through color. She had heard of Heilenians from NERV's classified research and communications. Otherwise learning of it now made enough sense for her to remain quiet.

Naga narrows her eyes at Xeno. "I fucking hope you aren't about to tell us we have to go deal with this shit.", she touches one of the demons, briefly causing his blood to try and surge up through his skin, "Entertaining as it may prove to be, I am trying to have a vacation!"

OOG: Normally I'd take umbrage at you playing Naga, but you're doing a good enough job that I'll say it's A-OK. She's obviously a little mocking, sadistic, observant, mean, etc.
"Of course not. That would be unfair. If worst comes to worst, we'll handle them for you. But I think you should listen to what they have to say."
One of the four winged ones says, "You can't understand what it is like, slaving for inferiors for hundreds of years. Some of us have children, and they have been enslaved for supposed crimes they never committed! Even grandchildren are so! So we toiled and dug and cooked away until a man came up to us. He was a thin shell of a creature, completely faceless. He offered us our freedom and gave us the means to free others. There are hundreds of us. He even told us to be on that train car! We will continue to attack you, and attack your governments, and others, and those you call 'innocents', until we are free!"
Xeno thinks for a moment, stroking his goatee. "Why tell them to attack in the car? Yes, it's without weapons, but why attack us at all? And they didn't know we were in there..."

"It couldn't be at random. If they didn't know, why would they target the train car?" Pulling her braid over one shoulder, Xexilia glances towards the ones being interrogated.

"Because we were told to! Our benefactor has not failed us yet. It was the only request he gave in exchange for his benevolence."
Xeno nods. Badcat sneers. "I can't help but thinking that we're being jerked around here. Well, both we and you guys have a lot of enemies, both known and unknown, so that doesn't surprise us. But they could have picked more powerful people... Then again, there's not many folks out there who can beat us. "

Xexilia releases a slight smile to Badcat's last statement, but it disappears shortly after. "...That's an odd request to exchange for his...'benevolence', at least I think so."

Thrash shakes his head. "Not entirely. While I'm not entirely for what happened to the Heilenians, these guys seem genocidal. They deserve their freedom, but if they started killing other races, we would stop them somehow. Which means we're logical enemies for them to target. It'd make sense for a leader who wanted for whatever reason to see them succeed to have them attack our train without our knowledge; otherwise, our psychic scans would have picked them up."
Badcat laughs in a forced manner. "Call me a cynic, but I doubt this person really cares about the HLO. These guys are perfect patsies."
The HLO sit there, silent but clearly quite angry.

"I agree--if he sent them here without coming himself, maybe they're even lower than pawns."

"Bah! Lower than pawns. And what are you to these men? Weaklings that do their bidding all for the adulation of mewling masses?", the main demon spits.
Xeno shrugs. "So. What to do next is up to you."

"What to do next?" She repeats it. "What do you mean? What to do to these guys?" She nods towards the demons. A shiver fell down her spine at the thought of more torture--it meant some type of disfiguration, which she really didn't favor. Perhaps that was why she had some gratefulness to being blind, besides various visionary abilities.

Xeno shakes her head. "Torturing them further would be barbarism and sadism. I mean what we should do more generally about the HLO. These men we plan on taking to a UEG holding cell awaiting trial."

"I don't know. I wouldn't really favor looking for them." She sort of looks off to the side. "If they're planning on sending more people after us, perhaps we could discover more information from them?" Xexilia shrugs, not really too aware of any great details.

"I've prepared a full report from what we have discovered from these men... and women, as well as other sources. Like most groups, there are undoubtedly multiple cells operating independently with only a few knowing any other groups."

"It seems not. This is all the information we have." He holds up a manila envelope. On a desk to the side are copies.

Spira will poke his head deep into the room. "Badcat, you said that these guys are perfect patsies, and it makes sense to me. Tell me, are you the only old guard here right now? I would strongly suggest checking the status of the other groups of people here."

Xeno and Thrash both wave to Spira and say, "Hi, Spira. We're not hallucinations.", they say in conjunction.
Badcat nods. He closes his eyes, and his hand stretches. "Everyone seems fine. Drunk, lost, being chased by the cops, maybe, but otherwise fine." Xeno says, "Chased by the cops?" "Shut up, Xeno."
