Both are available. I wonder how that relationship happened, but the charms of Ash are many and inexplicable. Gun Mage would be a class that combines spells with guns, or enchants guns in battle, or enchants guns out of battle, or creates guns from magic? That would be, in order, a GS-Slinger, a modification of the Magic Knight class, a Gun Enchanter or Techno-Wizard, and a Gun Conjurer. Classes in the same vein are Caster Shell Creator, Moogle Gunner, Twanchen One Shot Enbutsu, Grammaton Cleric, Psi-Slinger, Radiant Pistols (a gun ki developing class), Veneficium Secutor (Xeno developed a gun ki and gun katas), Triad Assassin, Gun Master (Rifts China), etc.
There are also multiple types of Necromancer: Death Walker, Gladiamori/Warborn, Murder Mage/Plague Monk, and Cursebringer are the basics; then there are Death Knights, Necro-Knights, Necrotists, Soul Harvester, etc. Just a basic, barebones Necromancer is a class option, of course.
The anti-EM barrier can be generated from any number of equipment or classes, possibly the best being Four Forces Mages (mages specializing in controlling the four forces of science). Since quite a few things work on fiber optics, TW, etc. EMPs are less predominant; however, they have been replaced with mystic EMPs, anti-technological enchantments, special technology, etc. The reflect barrier can also be done in any number of ways: Rflect, Glass House, Thorns Aura, etc.
How many CPs into those Classes? You have that initial 80 CPs (not 82 because Rei is technically a human mutant and that gives some advantages) plus 30 CPs from your parents and 20 million bucks which can during character creation only be spend on CPs, not to mention the Communal Jobs. (Under Group Resources, see the starting character sheet for a template of what it'd be like if John Q. Public just up and joined the team).

Tome of Flame Half damage from all fire and heat attacks and 25% less damage from electricity. The character also heals 3 times as quickly from burns. The character can, at will, conjure: a flaming sword, a flaming field for the hands, a flaming shield, and a flaming suit of full plate mail (or any other type of armor). All spells related to fire and heat gain 10% to range, duration, spell strength (what one has to roll against to save), and spell cast time. They also gain 50% to damage and cost 20% less. The character can blast bolts of fire from his fingertips or eyes and even breathe fire like a flamethrower! The character is a virtual encyclopedia about fire (the data has been burnt into his memory by trauma). Thus, he is especially effective at dealing with it and preparing for it, extending from supplies to performing medical care. This also means that all spells that the character is using to cure burns are twice as effective when treating the burn. Bobro the Water Mage casts a watery healing spell that cures 50 HP on Orbob, who has taken 20 points of burn damage and 40 points of bullet damage. The 20 points only count as 10, and thus Orbob is completely healed. The character's fire attacks have a higher thermal mass and are thus harder to eliminate through interception by cooling attacks. The character's fire attacks pierce fire resistances.

Equipment: boomstick (does transgressive level damage and has transgressive level range, the bullets are also blessed by the libri ex victus for a large damage upgrade against things of evil which is essentially anything ashley or the libri view as evil, the bullets can teleport so you can fire and the bullets will actually fire from any point you can think of. The gun can also cast any spell that ashley can and it can do it of its own voilation so when casting spells it is treated as having its own turn to cast and will cast whatever ashley wishes it too and if ashley is not conciouss or dead then it will cast heal or ressurect.) chainsaw (transgressive level damage and power, extremely lightweight and easy to use. I accept the D/L revisions: Which one did you choose?
Most of my questions and so on still remain, especially your Fs (you don't necessarily need to work out all 200+, but having at least 50 to pad out your selections so you don't need to waste F2s is a good idea, plus having some Ls and Ns so you can really avoid wasting energy when needed). However, it is certainly a playable character.
I assume the Death Copter is capable of interstellar/intergalactic/interdimensional travel? And the original model was focused on offense; same thing here, I assume?

Sure, sounds fine. Also remember to include the Communal Summons in your summon list.
You will still need to sub-divide the Eva's powers, and post some of the Twin powers to your sheet and others to Cooperation Techs, but otherwise we're good. Who's taking after Porom and who Palom? I assume your sister is taking the white mage part? Since Palom and Porom, like Yang and Dark Knight Cecil among others, had abilities removed in the original American version.
I'd recommend posting to the Private/Public posts more fully now.

Now that you are considering being a Death Magi, you'll need to add CPs to Death Magi, note under Traits that your P. Ability and so on skyrockets when your books don't retain your power and add at least one Magi F2 (possibly two) as well as the appropriate amount of Forbiddens.
