Everyone probably has at least one Familiar, whether it be a robot ally, an automatic spaceship, or a demon of some kind. Work em out, people!
If you want a sufficiently rare Familiar, you'll need to find it.
Generally, for something to qualify for a DIO extender, it needs to be:
*Expensive, powerful or numerous enough to qualify for its own turn at the speeds that you're fighting (otherwise it becomes something that attacks once a few turns) *Dynamically growing and independently acting
Concepts for DIO extenders include:
*Traditional familiars *Pets or trained monsters *Droids *Turrets *Dancing or automatically fighting weapons *Spirits *Special reactive abilities
