39 (Thirty-Nine) Conquests: The thirty-nine elite magic fighters of the Sultanate of Alvarro.
A-Bomb: Atomic Fireball's grandson. A-Bomb got sucked up by "Doctor Lord", an alias of Chang Lo, into a scheme to test an enhanced Elixir of Power and Deceit.
Absolute Conquests: The thirteen strongest Conquests of Alvarro.
Abu Sama: The Sufi love interest of Arcana.
Abyss King: The son of the Deep Sea King and part of the Conspiracy of Kings.
Accelerator: On Earth-98,011, the name of a man who lived life at a hundred times normal speed. He became involved with The Board's scheme to take over Freedom Harbor.
Adamant: A hero who worked with the UN/US-affiliated superhero orgs that preceded the Apocalypse, Adamant remained largely secret by eliminating threats quietly and utterly. Three years ago, Adamant had his will and body both damaged severely by consecutive battles against Endtime and an unknown villain. Adamant then trained Aaron, Varka, Charger and Grimbite to prepare against those two.
Adamantine Saints: Both the secret society that protects the universe from dangerous locations and the level of Saint that occurs when someone allows one's Cosmo to make one into a fixed, nearly-immobile guardian.
Admiral Armen Kuguan: UEG Admiral and friend of Fimeri Valiachi.
Aeh Kurash: A sky god, and an eldritch abomination, of Bruht.
Agent S: Short for Agent Sarayanathan, a Men in Black member who is also a Fullbring. His daughter became comatose as a result of the encounter with the Hollow that granted him his power.
Agnar Walstad: The power armor pilot of Bavosh's crew.
Ahuhesh: One of the Unversed.
Aicha Dosou: A mambo in Bermuda who also acts as a superantural consultant. While doing security for Michael Carson, she ended up purifying Wendigo, Frankie and Gadfly, but missed the supernatural contamination in Code.
Aipalovaruna: The Air Fiend of Alulim's Elemental Fiends.
Akihiro Sanada: The shadow puppeteer of the gene-stealing ninjas.
Akliss: The specific Ankabutian left behind as a hologram.
Alana el-Murad: Childhood friend of Peril who is now a UEG chiropractor and orthopedic surgeon.
Alatians: A race of advanced, peaceful people who live in a dimension of order. This species of sages have been contacted by other races over the aeons, and so they have created tests to make sure that people they interact with are peaceful and worthy of sharing in their search for knowledge. The team encountered them when the Dragon Nazis got sent to them.
Alejandro: A former member of SENTRY who was killed by excessive experiments upon him when it was discovered that he had latent psychic powers. He is a spirit that Legion brings into his mind.
Alistair Lelouch: The corrupt Sheriff of St. Marquis Parish. Lelouch was in deep to Professor Evolvo.
Alkhestra: The Moon Woman minion of the Moon King whose attacks involved powerful universal solvents.
Allayson: The tier 1 trade prince who attempted to assassinate Xenan's trade prince persona and Kotodrian at the same time. She was swayed to not actively oppose the team's influence by Quion appearing to her as a pet fox.
Allemanic King, Gregor: The king of Gehlenia. Commonly agreed to be a generally good king, strong on economic development and security though perhaps a little too prone to defending the national pride, Gregor is prone to hold a grudge and to demand a great degree of loyalty. This led to conflict between him and the Celestial Six, as at one point Arkhe answered to him.
Alluria: The A-rank superhero and living melody.
Allzed: The wormhole master of the Burrians who created the wormhole torus to keep the siege of the Eldar ship hidden from help.
Alo Tomasy: An ancient creature of nature who will make exchanges of value. The team met him at the underground market in Shiantai.
Alulim: The name of the king that claims to be the one to conquer conquest. He claims to be Alulim the I, but is actually the illegitimate son of the true Alulim the I.
Ambit: The Machias member of Medusa Snake, an assassin's guild specializing in taking down seemingly-invulnerable targets. Hired to defeat John Whitefeather, he was critical in John's (temporary) death.
Amdalus: Former member of a team that fought Crashing Heavens' fourth generation in the Dark Tournament; Were-Dragon who transforms into the Falling Dragon.
Amelie Amigasawara: Claude's mother.
Anemozion: The Water Fiend of Alulim's Elemental Fiends.
Anders Anderson: The diaperphilic conspiracy theory-peddling podcaster and radio host of E-98,011's right-wing underworld.
Andrej: A smuggler and engineer with a speedboat in Baku. He smuggles throughout Russia. He became sucked up into the Dracula's astle crisis.
Angmor: Arkhe's Sacred Treasure.
Ankabutians: The species that left behind the facility to create the Orichalcum Cloths and whose final act before ascending to energy beings was to grievously injure the Shezurabayl.
Antaeus: A Berber Ember from Earth-98,011 who was part of the assassination team that targeted John Whitefeather. His MMA background and Challenge Empowerment allowed him to be a challenge for John.
Apep: Vanaya's Sinistral name.
Apparata: A half-Psychon, half-human experimental magician who uses magic on her body with the logic that she is a machine to become giant mechanical shapes. She became a puppet of Imperiator but was cleansed by Frayan and Arkhe's moment of soul linkage.
Arach-Qin: A lost Eldar Craftworld that was cast out because of their worship of Khaine over the rest of the pantheon and who used the Lethe Moths to surround themselves to move quietly leaving no memories.

Arben-V: A small planet in the UEG that was used as the site of a battle against the Gene Ninjas.
Arcana: Regina’s heroic alter ego, posed as a great sage that trained Deathdealer.
Archonate of Sardan: One of the major nations on Arkhe's world, it is a country that is effectively run by layers of courts and judges.
Arenion Vohlz: Almighty magician, former #1 of Efreet Talon, partner of Ishitari Kawazu, now their Guild Master.
Argento: A Union battleship found unwittingly by Tarsin when he was looking for things to hide in.
Ariella Kwan: Humility of Virtuvic.
Aristotlus: One of the very first superheroes on Earth-98,011 and a very early robot. His design was to teach and guide rather than to fight. When found by Pietro, he joined Kindheart.
Arkergos: A dragon of gravity. One of the most powerful dragons on Atlantis, the end of Atlantis was deeply inconvenient for him. Though viewing humans and automatons as inferior, he did at one point love a great human sage. He has taken on the names of Menace when he was posing as one of the Shadow Hunters and Fiendbane as part of Kindheart.
Arjax the Burden: A Fire Conquest who was involved in the attempt to capture Miranda.
Arlin: An Inhuman enforcer of the New Canton Exchange.
Armal: The pseudonym of the Bajoran Gaatyos Ulza, a Maquis surgeon who could see the light in things and target it and then left after his efforts to secure land for Bajorans had become genocidal. Nate Ford ended up using Howell to help Armal come to terms with what he had done and escape The Drudge to testify against his former comrades.
Arsenal: Whitelighter weapon master.
Arsene Gainsbourg: A vintner who also explores archetypal forces by creating special wines.
Haoren: The most powerful member of the Ten Sheaths #1 because of what he does, actually drains a sword dry and just keeps it as a trophy
His ultimate is a dual blade equivalent
Severus: The Sith swordsman of the Ten Sheaths. He as the Fourth Sheath drained dark side power from blades but did not drain them dry and so was not as destructive as Haoren. He uses a bloody Sith Alchemy blade with cortosis.
Hai Lei: The elemental swordsman of the Ten Sheaths. She is a trigram alchemist and was the Fifth Blade.
Allen: The fencer, conjures a fencer blade, also supremely dangerous
Dovass: The Klingon, uses plasma and other high tech. He was the Tenth Sheath.
Arshad al-Qadir: Childhood friend of Peril and now a police officer.
Arslan: The Rajput swordsman of the Ten Sheaths. He acted dumb and crass in order to cover up the fact that he had used a variant of the Iron Tortoise Kata to separate himself into a robot that contained all of his weapons and his flesh body.
Artifice: Dimensional being who is apparently responsible for the Celestial Six's Sacred Treasures.
Artiss Vale: A great drone designer who went into assassin work as an additional way of making money. Artiss was responsible for the trap at the Maze of Cyric and worked with the gene-stealing ninjas.
Arunia: An air dragon that Durmirok knew on Atlantis. Arunia's power was invoked by the memory guardian placed on Durmirok by Hrommhauer.
Ashkira the Cyclone: The former third strongest Fire Conquest, Ashkira was captured in the trap set by the team using the Bellows of Aeh Kurash.
Assistant Mor: One of the three named assistants to the Platonic cult.
Assistant Ruin: One of the three named assistants to the Platonic cult.
Assistant Yal: One of the three named assistants to the Platonic cult.
Astartheth: The half-orc replacement for Arkhe on the Celestial Six.
Atomic Fireball: The Golden Age superhero at Greenwater Falls.
Athos Dawnbringer: The Apok Jedi who joined alongside Exael.
Aviatrix: The Golden Age superheroine at Greenwater Falls. She is married to Super Racer.
Auld Lang Syne: A higher-dimensional entity that posed itself as a nian and created various New Year's tests.
Aventa: The star god of Alulim's people. Aventa was believed to nominate the gods below, after having eclipsed Neshess.
Avino Vezaken: A Cyclops samurai who battled Xenan and Castor in Bob's tournament.

Azarim: A group of demon assassins working for Asmodeus. The Azarim were recruited to attack Shakmat.
Baas: The Divine Demon; head of Sons of Sensui; apparently a member of the Ninth Path who is actually controlling the Sons of Sensui for their ends.
Badge Program: An illicit project created by Magnus Health in order to manufacture supers using nanotechnology.
Bahram: The Heroic Age mecha pilot.
Bahrum-Shishe: Another of the Shezurabayl's names.
Balstus: A trade prince who became an Orchid.
Banos Apsu Ouranos: The first Colossus-sealed individual and the incarnation of nothingness. In his role as a vestige, Banos is named Banos, That Before All.
Banton Xing: Former head of the New Canton Exchange, running a blackmail empire. Also apparently a Quincy with the power of the X-Axis.
Baronduke Grandlord: A third-tier Union trade prince who seemed to be a relatively crass, selfish, minor power. However, Baronduke in another life would have been an incredible josutign knight or competitor, and when given the opportunity, he proved that he was more than a cosplayer, winning the respect of Republic Admiral Balerius.
Barry Gray: Teacher at Orangevale High School. He became a red hat Persona Gunman.
Bartiran-IV: A planet near the edge of Renn-Mitte space with near-humans that became the setting for a mystery of horror that was revealed to be a tourism promotion scheme.
Baron Lefteny Archibald: A Victoria Atlantica Baron who is tasked as a merchant. The team encountered him when they were attempting to steal the Horn of Value.
Bashal: Giant Darkness God Slayer.
Battle of Dread Shiantai: An invasion art for Shiantai.
Bavosh Ostljek: A hired gun who works for treasure hunters with his background of archaeology and special ops.
Baxan the Prism: A cosmic horror who fled from War Man, Baxan had the power to both alter and replicate itself and others.
Bayog Lotod: The Ferengi DaiMon who is known as the "Golden Raider".
Beach Boy: Malibu's sidekick. He and Malibu were the Radiant Two in Osric's future timeline.
Beatha: The African girl who became Red Scarf's friend. Her power of being able to assemble and slot objects together did not protect her when he was out of position. Red Scarf ended up turning to Allie to heal her.
Beatrice Malis: A woman intending to follow in Erin Tarn's footsteps. She earned the team's respect when they were investigating the Mammoth Caverns on behalf of Merctown.
Behema Hyperbol: A rumored monster in Virtuvic.
Behemoth Mane: A minor guild that, thanks to the alcoholism and personal failings of its leader Vargas, was humiliated in the Grand Magic Games. Scoring a mere five points across all the games, the guild had a crisis of leadership. Vargas, in an attempt to make up for his failings, sought out any aid he got, and stumbled upon neo-Zerefian demons. The demons enhanced his guild members while he committed suicide.
Beherogon: An Angel, apparently of a lost class of angels. Its power, the Judgment of the Scepter, let it punish those who were not being properly punished in Vahn Krenz due to the change of regime. It is now known to be one of the weaker members of the Angel conspiracy.
Bellis: The gravity swordsman of the Ten Sheaths and their Third Sheath. He uses blades only to change his center of gravity.
Bellona: Strvog's second in command who tried to keep his splinter cells operating. Bellona feigns loyalty but really wanted to push forward Strvog's causes to take over his power while preparing to either eclipse him or go back to her position when he returned (with her own projects). Bellona and Fluonia are having a quiet war.
Bet Tavaillej: The Third Ordeal of Hathet, Bet's hell is that of other people, the poisoned house of abuse, lies and isolation.
Bete Noire: Monsters in the world of the Nightmare Road.
Beyshltebop-IV: The planet of the Ankabutians that holds the Orichalcum Cloth facility. Here, the team discovered how to decontaminate the Shezurabayl's victim and learned about many of their upcoming enemies.
Big Debbie (aka Feral Ghoul Reaver): The name for the incredibly powerful Feral Ghoul that the team has encountered. It was eventually revealed that her name was Big Debbie and that she was a member of the Ninth Path.
Bill "Disc" Allen: Code's ex-boyfriend. Bill was Death Ascended into a powerful creature.
Biobounty: An organic nootropics company. They had product lines contaminated by Mushi who responded to the desires of those who hosted them to alter them, some having subsconsciously self-destructive desires. This led to their product being rebranded with the helpful Mushi in their own lines.
Birrizaz: The guessing prophet of the Burrians. Birrizaz had the ability to hone in on a correct answer by giving inaccurate predictions. He was ultimately defeated by Quion's Arc Tracer boosted by Arkhe's invocation of the Power Gem.
Bjorn: A Crash Wrestling member. This 8' warrior from Norway has been trained both in Brazilian Jiujutsu and
Black Card: The highest ranking within the Earth-98,011 Card System. A "Black Card" is kill-on-sight.
Black Dove Cave: The geologically unique cave where Vevilos Profanus engaged with the team.
Black Encore: The sniper of Ten Sheaths. He wielded a blade comprised of separable explosions, a gunblade and two pistolblades.
Black Malediction: A Fallen Cosmo-Knight who began draining powers from other cosmic sources to regain something like his lost powers.
Blackout: UEG holding sites. Blackout #6 was going to hold the Golden Heart before it had to be moved again.
Blademaster: The hero commemorated in Knight's Park. His blade was eventually taken up by a Click drone.
Blessed: The future name of Aicha Dosou. Aicha eventually took on her old powers.
Blood Rebels: A Sabbat extremist group on Earth-98,011 who believed in shaking up the human world and forcing their hidden kings to reveal themselves.
Bob's Arrowheads: A specialty hunting and smithing store that services St. Marquis Parish. Bob illicitly operates as a dealer of cursed and enchanted weapons.
Bokoro: Hytril Fire Devil Slayer who gained the powers to protect his people; trainer of Arkhe.
Bol-Hagar the Mad Mage: The first minion of the Meteor King that the team encountered.
Bonebeast: One of Future Osric's team.
Boogaboo: Yeti Barbarian [JJ's character].
Boundless Ventures: Xenan's business in the guise of Mohamed.
Bowa Shtun: A Kel Dor investigative reporter who became involved with the team during the Biobounty case.
Bowdo Hobnail: The halfling bard who used the instrument now in Noir's possession.
Brad Higgenbotham: The Magnus Health representative who effectively ran a suicide squad. He was ultimately murdered by a freon leak.
Brenog: A Ferengi who organized a labor union with the help of Tripp and Varka on the Ferengi world of Tolbeon along with Rottobor, Geron, Trapum, Sak, Fareck, Kazagai, Bruvag, Drerta and Traba.
Brokz: The space wind master of the Burrian crew. The eagle-humanoid was ultimately defeated by Quion's Arc Tracer boosted by Arkhe's invocation of the Power Gem.
Brotherhood of the Red Saddle: An organization seeking out the Red Saddle, one part of an artifact that is believed to have apocalyptic significance.
Bruht: A title for Arkhe's world.
Brute King Megaxx: One of Baas' demons that fought to help Archimonde.
Brutus: An X-Man who Suloran almost killed when she was Death.
Bryan Prendergrast: A thug who worked for Drake of Grandustria-Bayer. His near-supernatural skill with weapons did not avail him against Lightning Mary.
Brynjar: A member of the Celestial Six, Arkhe's former crew.
Bukanys: The town in Kazakhstan that became the new home of Dracula's Castle.
Burnam: One of the minions of the Moon King, whose powers hinged on two mouths, one of which created energy and the other of which consumed energy.
Burning Lotus: Real name Aaron Voyala; supersoldier who gained enlightenment after the Enki Exposure.
Burning Phantom: The ship of the Ghost Legion, gifted to Howell.
Burton Jucks: The snake oil salesman, doctor and alchemist of Gilbrese's team. He would make money for them on the side, treat anyone who may have become too harmed by their scheme, and otherwise aid in support activities. Burton was not present in the ambush upon the team, having refused to go that far for their scheme.
Burusa: The Flow Magician of Behemoth Mane.
Busk: A kingdom on Arkhe's world, it is a militaristic nation that prides martial skill and valor, run by a Shogun-type military leader who is responsive to a series of municipal councils that provide advice.
Butzvolke: Some of the more powerful native denizens of Virtuvic. When Crashing Heavens first intervened in Virtuvic, they were consolidated to a few strongholds.
Buzz Tigera: A tiger demi-human who is also a coffee connoisseur and advocate. Xenan employed him to select, cultivate and help in the design for brewing of coffee for sale to the Union.
Campen: One of the great ironies of the Union. A middle-class settled on Campen in the distant twenty five thousand generations ago. As the Union became more despotic, the people of Campen made a Faustian bargain. They effectively became a kind of quasi-capitalistic kibbutz, a highly planned community with internally communistic rules, with the understanding that they would provide eager soldiers, scientists, merchant marines, spies, and otherwise serve the Unons’ needs.
"Carbon" Johnson: The documentary filmmaker who specializes in rapid turn-around issue documentaries, primarily intended for broadcast. Among a storied career, he did the documentary on the project at Vigilance, Texas.
Carl Allen Hilbert, "Deathgun": The A-rank superhero, huckster, gunslinger, poker player, and all-around cool guy.
Cartohs Knave: The unwitting creator of Frostshaver and a great mage.
Castle of Abaddon: A cursed castle of destruction that appeared in approximately 600 AD of the Chrono Trigger world.
Catula Asneier: The Kelvessan "whip" of Brutus of the Free Earth Party of Thorinn. Her role is to keep her party disciplined to fight to pull Howell's administration to the left on domestic issues while backing her on foreign policy concerns.
Celestial Six: The team Arkhe was on before being put into a Colossus. The team's name is a misnomer: It always had seven people. Balst's illusions, the fact that Brynjar almost always sent a very taciturn golem in his stead, and other aspects distorted the numbers.
Centrinel: A defender of the courtyard of the Castle of Abaddon.
Chief Archon of Sardan, Kaiviz: The head of the Archonate of Sardan's litocratic regime. As head judge and head of state, he wields tremendous power within his purview. Though universally agreed to be a fair and insightful (if conservative and somewhat inflexible and literal) magistrate, he is personally disagreeable, cantankerous, arrogant, and addicted to snuff.
CHS Go Hard: Quion's support ship.
Chad Bostwick: A "ghost bro" alias of Peril. "Chad" made up the nickname and identity Ty Bryant for Xenan.
Chadwell: Butler of the McMortens.
Chalmers Chauvin: UEG political critic and pundit. He managed to look like one of the armchair generals during the War of Agony who is more authentic and who Tesfaye has pointedly not been making any accusations against of being an Agon agent. Chauvin did not have any overt conflicts of interest, but Agon basically got him indirectly by securing the potential for property speculation and helped Chauvin's daughter with her writing career. Now Tesfaye is able to imply that criticism is Agon propaganda, which he is using judiciously.
Champion's Rest: An island in the Icelandic chains but technically under international law, Champion's Rest is today viewed as a combination spa/specialized medical facility for metas on Earth-98,011. But it was originally set up to actually be the spearpoint of a UN super team, before international backlash scuttled these plans. The Tyrants took it over in the 1990s.
Chosen of Alezayk: An organization of ancient dynastic warriors of the Butzvolke. When chosen they lose their names.
Chrysomilos: Extremists on Earth-98,011 who believe in being a mana bomb.
Cinder Hand: A supplier for dark guilds, magic assassins and others.
Circus of the Silver Moon: A circus founded largely by ex-Ravnicans, particularly the thrull Kajiq.
Circuitarians: A species of silicate lifeforms who produce computers. They were a red herring during the Furies investigation.
Claude Amigasewara: The savate practitioner who was sucked into the New Canton Exchange's "asset recovery" to protect his mother.
Coldfire: The leader of The Heat, one of the few governmntal superteams.
Collider: A Pillar of the Third, a Cybertronian whose alternate form is a particle accelerator.
Colossus/Colossi: Term for the automata that seal many characters.
Conereef Island: The island in Melanesia that was used by Palaii for his ritual to bring back his ancestors along with the neo-Zerefian demons.
"Conflagration of Reactions": The term coined by one E-624 commentator about the sudden intensification of direct conflict that made Earth-624 actually see direct street-to-street combat at a high level seemingly overnight, directly after the formation of Angel's Saints and the ceasing of Grymdin by the New Families. Connor Shepherd: Also known as Overlord and Radiance, the most dangerous supervillain on Earth-98,011.
Contra Mundi: The thus-far unofficial name of an organization apparently led by undead that seeks to declare war on life.
Contractor: Someone who makes a contract with a spirit king. K'Zit is an Arcane Contractor who made a contract (a permissive one) with Thoth.
Coronet: The first Lord of Chaos the team confronted.
Counter Limits: A technology used by the Moon King but apparently created by someone else that creates interference fields that power a great variety of potential targets down.
CPF Terminal Star: One of the ten mobile fortresses of the Union built before they constructed three rapidly. Xarisal used it as her base.
Crashing Heavens: A unit of the Rangers; the group that the PCs belong to.
Crowd Control: The noisepunk band assembled by Talos, Axel, Quion, Nezar and Alluria. Zori Sphinxblood couldn't replace Nezar after his death against Justice but did find someone from the Circus of the Silver Moon.
Crown: Celestial technology master of the Ghost Legion.
Crusade: Sword fighter of the Ghost Legion.
Crusnik-00 the Zeroth: Born as Rory Evanson, Crusnik-00 was a child who struggled with a vampiric psychiatric disorder (Renfield), anemia and porphyria. After elevating himself to a vampiric state with technology similar to Morbius the Living Vampire, he found that he was no better off, and became convinced that vampirism was a sickness of life, not a transcendence of death. Crusnik-01 "Almutasal Shaytan": A dybbuk and rakshasa, this woman was saved by her husband's faith and given an amulet to stabilize the demon inside her.
Crusnik-02 "Tribe": A Pillar Man of honor and repute, Tribe joined Zero's cause after Zero defeated him in battle.
Crusnik-03 the Concept-Killer: A psionic entity named Bae-Yest, this unorthodox ghost-like creature was intended by Zero to be their trump card against Suloran.
Crusnik-04 the Rainbow Serpent: A strange entity of light that would make armies of zombies, it was captured on a UWW world by the team.
Crusnik-05 Raptor the Wechuge: A wechuge with a reptilian nature. He had the misfortune of being nearly killed in battle with Golden Heart's squad of Alulim's armored undead.
Crusnik-06 "Calibaldi": A vampire with the power of shockwaves, the first member of Contra-Mundi encountered by the team.
Crusnik-07 the Sah: A Mummy that was a powerful Crusnik of Contra Mundi. It was dispatched to capture a transmitter, which happened to be an artifact that the Pillars also seemed to need.
Crusnik-08 the Rigor Mortis: A jiangshi/kuei-kin with a deadly poisonous breath and a combat style using right angles and rigid limbs.
Crusnik-09 "Apollonius" the Patchwork: A Frankenstein's monster who was tasked at Matango with getting the lost fungus from the Mana War that would be useful for Zero's research. Apollonius felt a debt of honor to Zero as Tribe did, but unlike Tribe he was willing to siege Zero's lair to convince him to change his path. As a result, Apollonius was the one who detonated a special hormone bomb against Alulim, initiating Contra Mundi's last stand and destroying the Sepulcher of the Infinite.
Crusnik-10 the Fear Abomination: Originally an Abomination of the Burning Legion named Yrchos who was especially braindead, he killed so many and carried so many as a Meat Wagon that he began to experience emotions.
Crusnik-011 the Mahana: A Wendigo that was one of the weaker Crusniks of Contra Mundi.

Crusnik-13 the Death Shadow: An ancient assassin kept alive through a horrible infusion of clay, Salesh battled the team at Matango.
Crusnik-14 the Revenant: A dangerous sniper of unknown origin, this member of Contra Mundi was killed.
Crushpaw: Bearman of the North Barbarian; trainer of Boogaboo.
Crystal Rivers: A gated community in Freedom Harbor that became famous as the site of the Crystal River Bloodbath.
Crystal River Bloodbath: Unbeknownst to the world, Pyro of the Board attacked the man who he blamed for the loss of his job and therefore his insurance, while Gadfly Sting and Zuck helped. As Gadfly robbed the place, Zuck killed security and guests with a lawnmower and other implements wielded telekinetically, and Pyro killed everyone but left his primary target last, then burnt the house to the ground. The event became interdimensional news and was used by Deathdealer against the Freedom Riders, whose official HQ was in New York but counted Freedom Harbor as their unofficial home. The bloodbath also motivated Leo Rothmore's intrusive security checks.
Cultivale: An organization on E-94 that has as its goal the intent to make a synthetic Avalon to protect people from magic and the important from the ravages of time.
Cut Lip: The Native American warrior who came back to life as cursed magic flowed into the already-cursed blades stabbed into his body by settlers who were retaliating for the Clariere Sangfroid massacre. Cut Lip was used as a berserker weapon by the Fractures, as he was killing non-native people. He was ultimately defeated by Dragon Arm and Luna.
Cyclonus: One of Sedu's Three, the Reach, who became Castor's apprentice.

Glean Experiments: The Glean's experiments with humans on Earth-98,011. The Glean took people like Frankie who had some degree of psychic talent and interesting psyches and experiences and ascended them, using their arcane psionic capacities to create people capable of feats like aura and aurora manipulation and cryokinesis.
Gleaners: A group of sentient scarecrow-like beings who operate in St. Marquis Parish. Local legends vary, but they are guardians. Not to be confused with the Glean.

God's Vault: An institution on E-98,011 that protects high value items. In practice, it is a supervillainous storage facility. The Vault has auctions when people do not physically visit and/or pay directly in order to insure that items are not simply stored beyond the ability of people to keep control of their products.
God That Was Torn Apart: One of the most important gods on Bruht. In myth, the God was torn apart by his brother Hathet, and his pieces made up the world.

Golden Boy: A metallic member of the Freedom Riders. While not their nominal leader, he is the most beloved member of the group. Golden Boy changed when exposed to the chance of Angel Light.

Granshel: One of the most important bureaucratic worlds of the Union. The entire planet is an armored fortress, with the crust itself having long ago been turned into parapets, observation ports, and shielding. Major Trade Prince meetings occur here.
Greasy Bill: A low-level magician and drugdealer in St. Marquis Parish. At the same time as the Waktaani appeared, Bill became a powerful fomor.
Green Dragon: The dragon that the team saved from Jim Torgeson (the guy involved with the Grim Grimoire).
Greenwater Falls: A retirement community that is actually a place for elderly superheroes to safely spend their days.
Gregas: One of the Celestial Six. Known by Arkhe to be a powerful mystical being beyond the mortal.
Grim Grimoire: The book that contains the story of Khar-Tirim. It is presently being used by a group of people who Shanghaied some heroes into it so that they could watch their torment.
Guffy: A taffy-like gum candy made by Lemurians. It is Mahalo's favorite candy.

Metamatter: The strongest student on Campen. Has the potential to be a Captain Atom but that is not how he is being trained. In a fight with Morgan where he got humiliated by realizing that he had been dismissing the power of someone he viewed as below him foolishly, he was showed how his powers could build things.
Impresa Zoan: The Unions' attempt to replicate Irslai/Zoan Fruit users, he superficially looks like an animal gestalt manipulator (usually relying on cockroaches, rats or other vermin species to have access to materials and is himself a bug kid when not fighting) but is in reality a psychic whose ability is about making himself into an ideal animal fighter.
Harvest: The Union's nascent Reaper, he was designed to continue Gorjene's project of reaching into the astral realm and even the deep umbra and effectively making an eternal battleground.
Hasan Mani: The real name of Code/N-Force, the eventual scion of The World.
Hathet: The god of the underworld on Arkhe's world, Hathet has been using the Sultan of Avarro as a puppet to return to the world.
Hegemon: Floating island that seems to be crucial to the plan of the Ninth Path.

Inkii: A superhero with superpowered tattoos who was part of the first graduating class of the Freedom Harbor Cape Academy. Inkii's mystical predisposition allowed him to see a fragment of what Code had become, and this led him to flee to St. Marquis Parish.
Inspiraeons: Incarnus' warriors, advisors and elites. Incarnus does not merely select powerful people: He seeks out artists, many of whom also happen to be talented warriors.
Invictus: The largest city on Mars. Invictus was largely left alone both during the War Man crisis and the Ghost Legion's appearance.

Irslai of the Wildlands: One of Alulim's warriors. Technically she represents a long-lost Paleolithic people who made a treaty with Alulim's dynasty and works for Alulim pursuant to that treaty, which she insists he has kept.
Ishitari Kawazu: Arenion's partner; former #2 in Efreet Talon; now advisor to Arenion.
Ivarik: The Keeper of Elysium of New Orleans. Ivarik is a Tzimisce who has avoided the monstrous tradition of his clan to embrace time magic that allows him to challenge or monitor enemies.
Ivory Truth: The strongest of the Lion's Faith that work for the Magister. Like the Lion's Faith, they are technically accountable to the laws of the land and not the Magister directly; however, as his personal servants, they have more latitude to listen to him (and in general to make independent decisions).
Izalnar: A plane that most closely resembles modern Japan. Nezar protected them from Gothirix.

Jacques Lebeau: The affluent man from a long-established farming family in St. Marquis Parish who commands the Gleaners secretly. He uses them to protect local farmers and try to keep the land safe.

Mayor Leo Rothmore: The current Mayor of Freedom Harbor, though it is not clear if he will survive the next election cycle or a special election call. Leo fell afoul of the Board in multiple ways, particularly by creating controversial (and inconvenient) checkpoints in the wake of the Crystal Rivers Bloodbath and by asking Milton Crow to create a necromantic puppet who would publicly emulate his wife Summer. Leo was ultimately secretly killed and replaced by a puppet animated by Wendigo during the event that led to The Board/Sandline Security's ascension to practically running a major city and Code's full takeover by The World.

Shiv then began to remember, realizing that he had fended off Rafael's attackers. Bobby was revealed to have been trying to haunt Neff's dreams. The two buried the hatchet to some extent, but Shiv now had a target: Rafael and his crew. Shiv and Neff rebuilt some of their relationship in the aftermath.

Promeris: The Titan of Yure who chose to give the sentient species of the world free will and the capacity to learn instead of creating a race of his own. This was his means to achieve omniscience by essentially creating a parallel processing network.
The Promethean Society: An organization founded in the late 18th century on Earth-98,011 when Atlantis decided that humanity had gone far enough to recognize the danger of unconstrained change and magic. The Promethean Society was initially recruited among the aristocracy, but Enlightenment values meant that non-aristocratic people began to be recruited, and eventually the Society and the Atlanteans turned upon each other. It was the Society's battles with the Atlanteans in the 1930s that not only allowed for space for the metagene to finally emerge unpoliced and create the superhero era, but also for the level of collective development on Earth-98,011 to become high enough to summon Chariot of the Tarot. The Promethean Society have gone into quiescence, but with the emergence of magic on the world, they are beginning to make moves again. The Promethean Society experiment with alchemy, super-science and sorcery, making automatons, stitched-together corpse people reminiscent of Frankenstein's Monster, and so forth.
Professor Novochik: A Mjo Manor instructor. A compassionate Charms master who also loves constructing Rube Goldberg machines, Novochik has tried to rein in the more-destructive impulses of Marula and Emma.

Their specialty is in riot control, private investigation, corporate security, providing pizzazz for public relations, VIP bodyguarding, testing security, but in particular they are heroes who are known for reducing the level of crime and disorganization in a city in advance of a VIP visit, Olympic game or similar.

Spymaster Sati: The former instructor of Spymaster Ten, he resents Ten for having gone to Busk from Vasker to try to build Busk's secret police and intelligence agency. Sati is quiet and manipulative, but keen and meticulous.

Thunder Eye Clan: A major villain group on Earth-98,011. This ninja clan had its newest core group defeated by Sunrise as part of a favor for John Sergeant.
Timaeus the Punishing Flood: A rumored Binder vestige.
Time dragon: The team's name for the dragon that has attacked them a few times then got their help against some powerful demons let out by the Sons of Sensui's attack on Spirit World.
Tizziak: The Photin [insectoid species] Cosmo Knight.
Toshi Hikawa: Former Master of Honda Todakatsu and Yasuke, and a member of the New Canton Exchange.
Toti Maal: The dalit Khan weretiger rapper, street artist and activist who sided with Albert Bayne's effort to take over Earth-624 when she was convinced that Albert was an alternative to Varka's safe (and to her lifeless) vision and the corporate system's greed. She was turned off from Albert when she saw his narcissism and cruelty, and decided to try Daecho, having a sense that she would at least be in the right place when things went down if she was there.
Trajectory: The Dean of Administration of Rising Dragon Academy. Despite her kind demeanor, she heads a faction that wants to push the children more aggressively.
Tre Terry Watson: A military influencer and vlogger on Earth-98,011. He was responsible for the #traysfortre campaign to get Boundless Meals to replace the MREs and packaged meals in Earth-98,011's military.
Tree Friend: The name of Taigo's treant. Many people confuse Taigo for Tree Friend.
Triple Threat Arc: The arc wherein Crashing Heavens pit the World's preserving power, Tellos' Generative Glitch, and Chirho's distortion against each other.
Troubleshooter: A Struthios counter-hacker who worked for the Atorians. He uses nano-gels to make bodies when necessary to counter-attack and had the superpowers of Demon Fists, Supernatural Pistol Proficiency, Swarm Clones, and Catastrophic System Failure.
Tsong: The martial artist member of the Celestial Six. He apparently died in a battle against Dranka the Lagoonbringer.
Turing Point: Access point to the hidden power of Virtuvic.
TUSS Nibelung: Bardick Trace's ship.
TUSS Zephyr: Xenan/"Mohamed"'s ship. It appears to be a luxury cruiser but is actually capable of being a small battlecruiser.
Tyrants: The supervillain team that dominated the international villain scene on Earth-98,011 from the 1960s to the 1990s. Connor Shepherd destroying them was a key turning point in his rise as Overlord. (Not to be confused with Tyrant).
Twain: The demihuman woodcutter.
Twilight Blade: An A-rank superhero known for fencing acumen.
Twilight Hegemon: The Eclipse Dragon of the Ghost Legion.
Two of Cups: Regina’s bar and Tarot-reading lounge that acts as neutral ground.
Tyranpel: The Elemental Fiend of Fire for Alulim.
UEG: Acronym for United Earth Government, the government which now runs Earth.
Uleus Gavrile Princeppo: Time lich, formerly of the Church, who tried to goad Castor into attacking the Kawelo Stone, Miruvas.
Ultimatum: Elysium of the New Order. Ultimatum challenges heroes to duels to the death and otherwise tests them, aiming to release their limits, as he has come to belief the corporate hero system on Earth-98,011 produces weak and decadent heroes. He attacked Master Kerala of the Order of the Phoenix and thus attracted both Holder Ao and Everyman.
Ultra Minion: He was involved in the suicide squad arranged by Higgenbotham.
Unbroken Queen: The name in the underworld for a woman gaining power with blackmail and directed prosecutions.
United Nations Convention on Unusual Individuals (UNCUI): The 1955 international treaty that created the recognition of Earth-98,011's registration system. While it in fact only recognized what was really a growing folk practice, it is commonly cited as the start of the registration system and used as authority for it. Also the source of the term "unusual individual".
Undervale: A city created by Bart on Yure.
Unusual individual: A catch-all term for people with superpowers or enhanced skills on Earth-98,011. Coined to codify the UNCUI, it was eventually eclipsed by "meta" as with many other dimensions; however, with the rise of magic on Earth-98,011, it is being used as a catch-all term for MAMPOMT people.
Unversed: Seemingly an assemblage of monsters, the Unversed are actually a new force that appeared from some unknown outside cause, with those “in the know” claiming that it was either the result of a world-sized robot that seeks to slow psychological change, some kind of assimilating computer force, worlds created by some kind of malfunctioning evolutionary algorithm, another world’s play sims gone awry, Code’s satellite orbiting Jupiter, or a floating war machine in the shape of an island. (In reality, the Unversed came from Tellos and were the result of the Tellosian sims encountering The Glitch). In any case, Unversed have a tremendous heterogeneity of form. What unifies them is a capacity and desire for creation and innovation.
“Upside Downers”: When Deus Vult launched their attack, they were attempting to open up to this parallel world. Some develop arcane and bizarre psychic powers, but some find themselves being transformed. The very first of these, The Ogre, not only fought the Protectors successfully but also managed to hold his own against Dauntless (Varkaraja). Some of the “Upside Downers” name themselves after a monster from the other side. They can have biological capabilities that are seemingly impossible or paradoxical and certainly are not known to Earth-98,011 biologists, xenobiologists, cryptozoologists and theorists. They are capable of superpowers, bizarre technology, psionics, magic and chi.
Utopia Manuscripts: A series of neurolinguistic programs in the form of theses on utopia. They act to rewrite individuals with personalities predisposed for the particular message of the manuscript.
Vahlstar: Slum planet that the team first encountered Darksen on.
Vaizar: A Forbidden-rank demon that Castor and Xenan fought in Bob's tournament. The master of the Blades of Light and the Hands of Unmaking, the demon ended up advancing Castor and Xenan's understanding of themselves forward by granting Xenan a Wyrm-altered shadow shape and Castor a
Valadium: A metal commonly found in relics, either by design or by the consequence of holy enchantment.
Valian of the Lost Faith: A member of the Lion Faith who left the organization after seeing Celia's Rabbit and the Snake constellation.
Valkish: A godling of Tyr encountered in the Kenzen case.
Valorken the Impulse: The former fourth most powerful Absolute Conquest, Valorken was captured in the trap set by the team using the Bellows of Aeh Kurash. Valorken's magic controlled impulses of al kinds.
Valor Lord Falferious: One of Baas' demon who fought at the Battle of Hyjal to help Archimonde.
Valosag: The Kelvessan frost wolf of the north.
Vanaya Ryukasei: Also known as Apep, a former Shinigami now turned Sinistral warlord.
Vangaul: The sympathetic magician of Behemoth Mane. When captured, he traded information to Talos and then was accepted for his cooperation into Efreet Talon.
Varg: The Ten Sheaths' leader and the "first swordsman". He is an African tribesman with an obsidian blade and was the First Sheath.
Vargas: The now-deceased guild leader of Behemoth Mane.

Venarian the Stormfall: A Magic Council investigator that aided the team during the Angels.
Venbezzedon: The angel with the power of the Judgment of the Culling. Vykenz took his name in order to both test Crashing Heavens and warn the heroes about the danger that Venbezzedon poses, which he claimed was greater than that of Exenovon. It was revealed that Venbezzedon's greatest power was the construction of the mana bombs.

Verity: A truth-based Ember hero whose actions helped create a conspiracy of mind manipulation used by Anders Andersen.

Vevilos: The first unique Minus Man to break through out of Virtuvic thanks to both Astartheth and Durmirok. Vevilos was the -113 of the Minus Men and known as the Profanus.
Vex: A living plague who fought alongside Urladin.
Vinvess: The Union fighter who had a Sacred Gear given to him by Shakmat, Camael's Blade, and had been promoted to a knight.

Voldodlak: A Garou lineage exclusive to Earth-98,011, these Russian-associated vampires have Gifts associated with vengeance, judgment and cold.
Vogen, Unyielding Rootcrasher: The Selesnya weaponmaster who resented that Bob was allowed to take his table and sword and dueled him thanks to Castor.
Volenz Sedu: True Sith who enacted a plan to create a Star Dragon to attack the Galaxy. His rings, Mutantis and Activus, were taken by Lacy and Pan upon his defeat.
Vuel: An unknown planet that interests the Promethean.
Vuk Jisti: The name of the anti-lycanthrope hate organization that Sergei al-Irsei was part of.
Vulkarian: One of the new incarnations of Dark Falz. First met in Lile's test, Vulkarian then appeared for real as a result of the morphogenetic field tampering of one of Incarnus' Inspiraeons.
"Vulture factions": The term for factions in the War of Agony who sat out the iniital round, waiting to see how the war played out before choosing which alliance to join. This included the Dominion and the Kilrathi.
Vykenz: The captain of the Burrians who had set out to test Crashing Heavens. Vykenz was ultimately defeated by Arkhe overloading him with a Power Gem burst.

Vytyrs of the Black Rain: One of the minions of the Meteor King. Put into traction by a combined assault by K'Zit and Greg.
Wanda Katakalkos: One of the people who was programmed by the fourth Utopia Manuscript. She read the manuscript on how to take advantage of the neuroplasticity of elements. She is a child development expert.
Wand of Harnouphis: The wand that the Egyptian sorcerer Harnouphis supposedly used to direct the wrath and power of the gods. Henry has theorized based on the evidence that the wand actually directed powerful technological and scientific principles, and with the power of the Emerald Tablet could be a weapon against the enemies that Crashing Heavens faces.
Waveflash: An energy-manipulating hero who used to be on a farm team for the Protectors.
Weasel: The superpowered identity of Jeffrey Nice of The Board. Weasel was the group's conscience and their attorney, a twin role that eventually led to him being taken in by the Atlanteans to save face for the blackbagging of Michael Carson. Weasel ultimately was killed by Mitch, who viewed him as a danger to The Board, and then resurrected by the then-ascendant Code/World.
Wild Buck: The shaman member of Gilbrese's team who would help to sell the fake Manitou's defeat by pretending to use his magic.
Wildfire: The reckless, violent former member of The Heat.
Wodunien: The former Rectifia Codex member who became the giftgiver of the world of Bruht. He was later replaced by Yingien.
"Wolfdog": One of a category of slurs used by Kelvessans against those who are perceived as too assimilated, "Wolfdog" refers to someone who seems to be a "wolf" on the outside but is a "dog" on the inside.
"Wuppie": Short for "Wormhole Urban Professional". This is a pejorative term for Earth-98,011 citizens who are fascinated by Earth-9999 culture, frequently jet set across the wormhole, and often view Earth-98,011 as embarrassingly backwards. The term has taken on an additional dangerous subtext in the era of Earth One.
Wylisc: Dargon's Sacred Treasure.
Wynna Williams: A former Nova Corpswoman who struck out on her own to try to create a corps based off of a force that she was effectively creating on her own, an Inspiration that would fuel allies. She became a puppet of Imperiator but was cleansed by Frayan and Arkhe's moment of soul linkage.
Xaman: The Technarchy Nova Corpsman.
Xarisal: The Trader-descended economist who became the Union Certain Candidate.
Xenan Stormchaser: The werewolf Muay Thai master.
Xenocratis: Head bureaucrat of the Rangers.
Xenovore: The Fomori enforcer of the New Canton Exchange. Xenovore was rescued by the same Quincies that rescued Banton Xing.
Xilsalamel, Rex Romani: A rumored Binder Vestige. Xilsalamel was a king of the Romani people put into eternal exile and curse. Upon slaying a dragon on a mountain, he was able to go to a temple in the desert and split the world apart so that his enemies were forever separated from him.
X'il'tabablos: Maug weapon dealer who sold weapons intended to make others as sick as the Maug. He had cooperated with the Ferengi Prophet.
Xing Xiu: "Star Mansion", the Dean of Public Relations for Shiantai. A true believer in Communism and a Chinese patriot.
Xyy-Knn-1: The Evintos "Flagship of Friendship" who is one of Allie's Elements of Friendship.
Yellow Dragon: The spirit that empowers the Sun Dragon, the fifth of the five traditional Chinese spirits that represents the center of the world/compass.
Yeshuel: The artificial angel.
Yigsath the Gate: The former second most powerful Absolute Conquest, Yigsath was captured in the trap set by the team using the Bellows of Aeh Kurash. Yigsath effectively used his own body as both a gate spell and a threshold seal.
Yingien: The new giftgiver of Bruht.
Yizgit: The Sun Knife of the Burrians. He was ultimately defeated when Yeshuel redirected Quion's Arc Tracer boosted by Arkhe's invocation of the Power Gem.
Yorkle: One of the many planned temperate worlds of the Union, set up to emulate what they believe the Europe that was. Yorkle also produces huge swaths of accountants, auditors, and investigators, making it important to the Union even if viewed as somewhat boring, and ideal to hide spies among. It also is one of the few tourist locations that ordinary citizens have any degree of access to.
Ysgrave Makice: A former Fairy Tail member who became an independent mage hunter, he combined his developed martial arts, Ether Vaper, Phoenix Slayer Magic, Body Make Magic and Nanovapor Magic. He was captured by the team in the roundup of New Canton Exchange.
Yure: The world where Dragon Inquisitor Strilgir lives.
Yuri Vlaskivanovich: Bart's forgotten childhood friend.
Yuri Johnston: One of Auld Lang Syne's victims, a human phoenix.
Yusa/Yuse: The storm and rain god/goddess of Alulim's people. This god is literally believed to change gender, becoming male when angry and storming and female when raining.
Zap Gilligan: The Ultra-Crazy Ninja who had been promoted by the Mana Statue at Merctown.
Zaphyros: The Moon Man minion of the Moon King. He apparently turned into bacteria when Helix's powers returned to her after the Counter Limits were disabled.

Abyss King: The son of the Deep Sea King and part of the Conspiracy of Kings.
Accelerator: On Earth-98,011, the name of a man who lived life at a hundred times normal speed. He became involved with The Board's scheme to take over Freedom Harbor.
Adamant: A hero who worked with the UN/US-affiliated superhero orgs that preceded the Apocalypse, Adamant remained largely secret by eliminating threats quietly and utterly. Three years ago, Adamant had his will and body both damaged severely by consecutive battles against Endtime and an unknown villain. Adamant then trained Aaron, Varka, Charger and Grimbite to prepare against those two.
Adamantine Saints: Both the secret society that protects the universe from dangerous locations and the level of Saint that occurs when someone allows one's Cosmo to make one into a fixed, nearly-immobile guardian.
Admiral Armen Kuguan: UEG Admiral and friend of Fimeri Valiachi.

Alistair Lelouch: The corrupt Sheriff of St. Marquis Parish. Lelouch was in deep to Professor Evolvo.
Alkhestra: The Moon Woman minion of the Moon King whose attacks involved powerful universal solvents.
Allayson: The tier 1 trade prince who attempted to assassinate Xenan's trade prince persona and Kotodrian at the same time. She was swayed to not actively oppose the team's influence by Quion appearing to her as a pet fox.
Allemanic King, Gregor: The king of Gehlenia. Commonly agreed to be a generally good king, strong on economic development and security though perhaps a little too prone to defending the national pride, Gregor is prone to hold a grudge and to demand a great degree of loyalty. This led to conflict between him and the Celestial Six, as at one point Arkhe answered to him.
Alluria: The A-rank superhero and living melody.
Allzed: The wormhole master of the Burrians who created the wormhole torus to keep the siege of the Eldar ship hidden from help.
Alo Tomasy: An ancient creature of nature who will make exchanges of value. The team met him at the underground market in Shiantai.
Alulim: The name of the king that claims to be the one to conquer conquest. He claims to be Alulim the I, but is actually the illegitimate son of the true Alulim the I.
Ambit: The Machias member of Medusa Snake, an assassin's guild specializing in taking down seemingly-invulnerable targets. Hired to defeat John Whitefeather, he was critical in John's (temporary) death.
Amdalus: Former member of a team that fought Crashing Heavens' fourth generation in the Dark Tournament; Were-Dragon who transforms into the Falling Dragon.

Ankabutians: The species that left behind the facility to create the Orichalcum Cloths and whose final act before ascending to energy beings was to grievously injure the Shezurabayl.
Antaeus: A Berber Ember from Earth-98,011 who was part of the assassination team that targeted John Whitefeather. His MMA background and Challenge Empowerment allowed him to be a challenge for John.
Apep: Vanaya's Sinistral name.
Apparata: A half-Psychon, half-human experimental magician who uses magic on her body with the logic that she is a machine to become giant mechanical shapes. She became a puppet of Imperiator but was cleansed by Frayan and Arkhe's moment of soul linkage.
Arach-Qin: A lost Eldar Craftworld that was cast out because of their worship of Khaine over the rest of the pantheon and who used the Lethe Moths to surround themselves to move quietly leaving no memories.

Aristotlus: One of the very first superheroes on Earth-98,011 and a very early robot. His design was to teach and guide rather than to fight. When found by Pietro, he joined Kindheart.
Arkergos: A dragon of gravity. One of the most powerful dragons on Atlantis, the end of Atlantis was deeply inconvenient for him. Though viewing humans and automatons as inferior, he did at one point love a great human sage. He has taken on the names of Menace when he was posing as one of the Shadow Hunters and Fiendbane as part of Kindheart.
Arjax the Burden: A Fire Conquest who was involved in the attempt to capture Miranda.
Arlin: An Inhuman enforcer of the New Canton Exchange.
Armal: The pseudonym of the Bajoran Gaatyos Ulza, a Maquis surgeon who could see the light in things and target it and then left after his efforts to secure land for Bajorans had become genocidal. Nate Ford ended up using Howell to help Armal come to terms with what he had done and escape The Drudge to testify against his former comrades.
Arsenal: Whitelighter weapon master.
Arsene Gainsbourg: A vintner who also explores archetypal forces by creating special wines.
Haoren: The most powerful member of the Ten Sheaths #1 because of what he does, actually drains a sword dry and just keeps it as a trophy

Severus: The Sith swordsman of the Ten Sheaths. He as the Fourth Sheath drained dark side power from blades but did not drain them dry and so was not as destructive as Haoren. He uses a bloody Sith Alchemy blade with cortosis.
Hai Lei: The elemental swordsman of the Ten Sheaths. She is a trigram alchemist and was the Fifth Blade.
Allen: The fencer, conjures a fencer blade, also supremely dangerous
Dovass: The Klingon, uses plasma and other high tech. He was the Tenth Sheath.
Arshad al-Qadir: Childhood friend of Peril and now a police officer.
Arslan: The Rajput swordsman of the Ten Sheaths. He acted dumb and crass in order to cover up the fact that he had used a variant of the Iron Tortoise Kata to separate himself into a robot that contained all of his weapons and his flesh body.

Ashkira the Cyclone: The former third strongest Fire Conquest, Ashkira was captured in the trap set by the team using the Bellows of Aeh Kurash.
Assistant Mor: One of the three named assistants to the Platonic cult.

Badge Program: An illicit project created by Magnus Health in order to manufacture supers using nanotechnology.
Bahram: The Heroic Age mecha pilot.
Bahrum-Shishe: Another of the Shezurabayl's names.
Balstus: A trade prince who became an Orchid.

However, Baronduke in another life would have been an incredible josutign knight or competitor, and when given the opportunity, he proved that he was more than a cosplayer, winning the respect of Republic Admiral Balerius.
Barry Gray: Teacher at Orangevale High School. He became a red hat Persona Gunman.
Bartiran-IV: A planet near the edge of Renn-Mitte space with near-humans that became the setting for a mystery of horror that was revealed to be a tourism promotion scheme.
Baron Lefteny Archibald: A Victoria Atlantica Baron who is tasked as a merchant. The team encountered him when they were attempting to steal the Horn of Value.
Bashal: Giant Darkness God Slayer.

Beach Boy: Malibu's sidekick. He and Malibu were the Radiant Two in Osric's future timeline.
Beatha: The African girl who became Red Scarf's friend. Her power of being able to assemble and slot objects together did not protect her when he was out of position. Red Scarf ended up turning to Allie to heal her.
Beatrice Malis: A woman intending to follow in Erin Tarn's footsteps. She earned the team's respect when they were investigating the Mammoth Caverns on behalf of Merctown.
Behema Hyperbol: A rumored monster in Virtuvic.
Behemoth Mane: A minor guild that, thanks to the alcoholism and personal failings of its leader Vargas, was humiliated in the Grand Magic Games. Scoring a mere five points across all the games, the guild had a crisis of leadership. Vargas, in an attempt to make up for his failings, sought out any aid he got, and stumbled upon neo-Zerefian demons. The demons enhanced his guild members while he committed suicide.
Beherogon: An Angel, apparently of a lost class of angels. Its power, the Judgment of the Scepter, let it punish those who were not being properly punished in Vahn Krenz due to the change of regime. It is now known to be one of the weaker members of the Angel conspiracy.
Bellis: The gravity swordsman of the Ten Sheaths and their Third Sheath. He uses blades only to change his center of gravity.
Bellona: Strvog's second in command who tried to keep his splinter cells operating. Bellona feigns loyalty but really wanted to push forward Strvog's causes to take over his power while preparing to either eclipse him or go back to her position when he returned (with her own projects). Bellona and Fluonia are having a quiet war.
Bet Tavaillej: The Third Ordeal of Hathet, Bet's hell is that of other people, the poisoned house of abuse, lies and isolation.
Bete Noire: Monsters in the world of the Nightmare Road.
Beyshltebop-IV: The planet of the Ankabutians that holds the Orichalcum Cloth facility. Here, the team discovered how to decontaminate the Shezurabayl's victim and learned about many of their upcoming enemies.
Big Debbie (aka Feral Ghoul Reaver): The name for the incredibly powerful Feral Ghoul that the team has encountered. It was eventually revealed that her name was Big Debbie and that she was a member of the Ninth Path.
Bill "Disc" Allen: Code's ex-boyfriend. Bill was Death Ascended into a powerful creature.

Burusa: The Flow Magician of Behemoth Mane.
Busk: A kingdom on Arkhe's world, it is a militaristic nation that prides martial skill and valor, run by a Shogun-type military leader who is responsive to a series of municipal councils that provide advice.
Butzvolke: Some of the more powerful native denizens of Virtuvic. When Crashing Heavens first intervened in Virtuvic, they were consolidated to a few strongholds.
Buzz Tigera: A tiger demi-human who is also a coffee connoisseur and advocate. Xenan employed him to select, cultivate and help in the design for brewing of coffee for sale to the Union.
Campen: One of the great ironies of the Union. A middle-class settled on Campen in the distant twenty five thousand generations ago. As the Union became more despotic, the people of Campen made a Faustian bargain. They effectively became a kind of quasi-capitalistic kibbutz, a highly planned community with internally communistic rules, with the understanding that they would provide eager soldiers, scientists, merchant marines, spies, and otherwise serve the Unons’ needs.
"Carbon" Johnson: The documentary filmmaker who specializes in rapid turn-around issue documentaries, primarily intended for broadcast. Among a storied career, he did the documentary on the project at Vigilance, Texas.
Carl Allen Hilbert, "Deathgun": The A-rank superhero, huckster, gunslinger, poker player, and all-around cool guy.
Cartohs Knave: The unwitting creator of Frostshaver and a great mage.
Castle of Abaddon: A cursed castle of destruction that appeared in approximately 600 AD of the Chrono Trigger world.
Catula Asneier: The Kelvessan "whip" of Brutus of the Free Earth Party of Thorinn. Her role is to keep her party disciplined to fight to pull Howell's administration to the left on domestic issues while backing her on foreign policy concerns.
Celestial Six: The team Arkhe was on before being put into a Colossus. The team's name is a misnomer: It always had seven people. Balst's illusions, the fact that Brynjar almost always sent a very taciturn golem in his stead, and other aspects distorted the numbers.
Centrinel: A defender of the courtyard of the Castle of Abaddon.
Chief Archon of Sardan, Kaiviz: The head of the Archonate of Sardan's litocratic regime. As head judge and head of state, he wields tremendous power within his purview. Though universally agreed to be a fair and insightful (if conservative and somewhat inflexible and literal) magistrate, he is personally disagreeable, cantankerous, arrogant, and addicted to snuff.

Chad Bostwick: A "ghost bro" alias of Peril. "Chad" made up the nickname and identity Ty Bryant for Xenan.
Chadwell: Butler of the McMortens.
Chalmers Chauvin: UEG political critic and pundit. He managed to look like one of the armchair generals during the War of Agony who is more authentic and who Tesfaye has pointedly not been making any accusations against of being an Agon agent. Chauvin did not have any overt conflicts of interest, but Agon basically got him indirectly by securing the potential for property speculation and helped Chauvin's daughter with her writing career. Now Tesfaye is able to imply that criticism is Agon propaganda, which he is using judiciously.
Champion's Rest: An island in the Icelandic chains but technically under international law, Champion's Rest is today viewed as a combination spa/specialized medical facility for metas on Earth-98,011. But it was originally set up to actually be the spearpoint of a UN super team, before international backlash scuttled these plans. The Tyrants took it over in the 1990s.

Apollonius felt a debt of honor to Zero as Tribe did, but unlike Tribe he was willing to siege Zero's lair to convince him to change his path. As a result, Apollonius was the one who detonated a special hormone bomb against Alulim, initiating Contra Mundi's last stand and destroying the Sepulcher of the Infinite.
Crusnik-10 the Fear Abomination: Originally an Abomination of the Burning Legion named Yrchos who was especially braindead, he killed so many and carried so many as a Meat Wagon that he began to experience emotions.
Crusnik-011 the Mahana: A Wendigo that was one of the weaker Crusniks of Contra Mundi.
Crusnik-12 "Meta the Reploid": Meta as a human-type Reploid was taken over by a bizarre phenomenon and only stabilized by Zero. He and Almutasal attempted to cover the escape of Zero when Alulim attacked, but ultimately could only help the team hold off Irslai and escape.

Crystal River Bloodbath: Unbeknownst to the world, Pyro of the Board attacked the man who he blamed for the loss of his job and therefore his insurance, while Gadfly Sting and Zuck helped. As Gadfly robbed the place, Zuck killed security and guests with a lawnmower and other implements wielded telekinetically, and Pyro killed everyone but left his primary target last, then burnt the house to the ground. The event became interdimensional news and was used by Deathdealer against the Freedom Riders, whose official HQ was in New York but counted Freedom Harbor as their unofficial home. The bloodbath also motivated Leo Rothmore's intrusive security checks.
Cultivale: An organization on E-94 that has as its goal the intent to make a synthetic Avalon to protect people from magic and the important from the ravages of time.
Cut Lip: The Native American warrior who came back to life as cursed magic flowed into the already-cursed blades stabbed into his body by settlers who were retaliating for the Clariere Sangfroid massacre. Cut Lip was used as a berserker weapon by the Fractures, as he was killing non-native people. He was ultimately defeated by Dragon Arm and Luna.

The Glean took people like Frankie who had some degree of psychic talent and interesting psyches and experiences and ascended them, using their arcane psionic capacities to create people capable of feats like aura and aurora manipulation and cryokinesis.

Impresa Zoan: The Unions' attempt to replicate Irslai/Zoan Fruit users, he superficially looks like an animal gestalt manipulator (usually relying on cockroaches, rats or other vermin species to have access to materials and is himself a bug kid when not fighting) but is in reality a psychic whose ability is about making himself into an ideal animal fighter.

He does have a sense of pride, and in the aftermath of the conference at Dowager Pass, committed Busk's strong navy and cavalry to the war.

Leo used Snapshot as muscle, helped protect Magnus from consequences for the Badge Program, etc. Rothmoor found himself in a rivalry with The Board, who pushed him toward the Red Emperors then had him killed. Rothmoor employed Milton to create a necromantic puppet of his wife, Summer.
Leonid Abramovich: Kazla's adoptive father and patron. Kazla terrorized the man and puppeted his empire until Talos took pity on the man and sent him to work with Connor.
Lernean Fang: Offshoot of HYDRA that the team defeated.
Les Bon Temps: The punnily-named New Orleans super team. Heroes work here as temps, acting as a development territory and enjoying the opportunity to party in the Big Easy.

Liberation Day Offensive: A critical event in the War of Agony. After the Toogarth empress was overthrown, Tesfaye reacted by immediately taking advantage of the new access and pushing back against many factions, including the Necromongers, Covenant, Atorians, Imperium, Necrons, and Dominion.
Lieutenant Zed Brookstone: Air Force Lieutenant on Earth-98,011. Friend of Frankie who would help The Board when they needed air support.
Lion Submarine Deli: A sub shop and bodega attached to a curiosity shop in Shiantai.
Lily: The AI of Exael.
Lion's Faith: The law enforcement of Virtuvic.
Lious Industries: Greg's company.
Little Cleveland: A Fadetown tooled for Monster Hunters.
Livingston: A planned ecology planet. Nominally, it is a planet used for terraforming research, ranching, wild hunting and fishing, and maintaining genetic diversity to be used for bio-research. In reality, the planet is basically a safari hunting ground for the trade princes. People sometimes try to hide in the thick jungles.
Liv Nail:
Lord Alacrynth: The Splugorth who was behind the Splugorth Nomus, attempts to abduct the apprentices, and had tried to interfere with the team's effort to track down the Fool.
Lorelei: A species of Changing Breed that died out on Earth-9999 but are still present to some degree on E-98,011. They are sirens, but in fact are werenightingales. It is believed that some can also acquire fish characteristics.
Lost Crystals: A set of elemental crystals belonging to a world that was sealed away.
Lucent: The power armor pilot of the Freedom Riders. Lucent uses hard light technology. Lucent had a fight with Deathdealer and then became a pawn of the Empress.
Lushen: The child who stole Qiangdu.
Luxum Joyeur: A powerful light magic spell, and the first spell Dargon taught Marula.
Maestro of the Dead Nightingale: A Knight of the Winter Court who approached Deathdealer and Kazla with threats based off of Kazla's behavior to gain magic and what he said to the elves of E-624 (on a personal level), and regarding Shori having "stolen" fairy knowledge with Fury Law (as he made the approach during the period Shori was kidnapped by Drug Lord 9000).
Magia Erebea: Either a magical technique involving absorbing negative magic; or Bart's capital city.
Magister of the Crossroads: The current form of Randall Lutwedge and the ruler of Virtuvic's present incarnation.
Magrabi: A people of transcendent artificers. They aim to remain neutral, hoping to use their neutrality to encourage others to collaborate with them in the development of magic, science and artifacts. The Magrabi hosted the archaeology conference that the team used to bait Incarnus.
Mahalo: The Lemurian hero who came from Rifts Earth to try to be the new Hawks, a hero who solved problems by his mere presence and made things easier for groups.
Mailegh: Pronounced "may-lee", the moon goddess of Alulim's people.
Mailtoros: The identity of Bet Tavaillej.
Main Unit: Alienna’s robot companion. Main Unit is secretly a machine god comprised of the remnants of the Machine personalities of Splicers Earth.
Malibu: A light-based hero. He encountered The Board/Sandline twice, once during the heist of Grimbite's proteins and once during their heist to get the military base.
Malus: The neo-Zerefian demon representing the emotion of the mad bomber. Malus was ultimately defeated by Darth Pan when in a synthetic body from Space Paranoids.
Mama Calypso: An old way follower, information broker, and magic specialist in St. Marquis Parish. She runs a pawn shop with a botanica in the back, allowing her to function as an oracle and an expert on arts and jewels while remaining surreptitious.
MAMPOMPT: An acronym standing for Mutant [or meta], Alien, Magical, Proficient [sometimes known as Masterful for MAMMOMPT], Technological, Psychic, and Other on Earth-98,011. It has been altered by some to MAMMOTH-O for Meta, Alien, Mental, Masterful, Occult, Technological and Hexing with Other added on.
Mara: The sentai name of Lana.
Maria: Hercul's mother who became possessed by Grendel's mother.
Mark Chirho: The true name of the Shining One, a Cyber-Knight who gained attention in the Tolkeen campaign. He was finally revealed as the true Teacher of the Ninth Path.
Masako Aori: The sentai hero on Freedom Harbor who acted as Code's rival.
Master of Trespass: A member of the New Canton Exchange's enforcers. A former Father in the 19th century in China, he went native and became a powerful Immortal. He was ultimately defeated by Xenan.
Matu: The White Martian known as Matthew who operates in Earth-98,011.
Mayor Leo Rothmore: The current Mayor of Freedom Harbor, though it is not clear if he will survive the next election cycle or a special election call. Leo fell afoul of the Board in multiple ways, particularly by creating controversial (and inconvenient) checkpoints in the wake of the Crystal Rivers Bloodbath and by asking Milton Crow to create a necromantic puppet who would publicly emulate his wife Summer. Leo was ultimately secretly killed and replaced by a puppet animated by Wendigo during the event that led to The Board/Sandline Security's ascension to practically running a major city and Code's full takeover by The World.
McMorten Group: A holding company for the various enterprises associated with the McMorten family. The head brother, Ezra McMorten, is an infamous amateur treasure hunter.
MD Barabbas: The Most Dangerous Soldier sent to kill Burning Lotus.
Medecins san Horizons: An extremist group on E-98,011 that is starting to spread that is aiming to do guerilla/grassroots medicine, break through restrictions on medical use from restrictive and totalitarian regimes, and redistribute medicine and medical supplies. They are a split-off from Doctors without Borders, hence the name, though DwB/MsF have condemned them and aimed to force them to abandon the name.
Melleria the Resplendent: A Binder entity.
Memnia the Mole Lord: A Mole Lord on Marlandia, he frightened his people with lies about surface dwellers, aided by the corrupt behavior of Talisa.

Michael Carson: The embezzling hedge fund manager who became an international pariah after he was prominently mentioned in Deathdealer's speech, with an implicit social bounty to capture him. As she put it, "Michael Carson ruined more lives than any supervillain you've ever punched, and what do you do? You meet him at corporate fundraisers and shake his hand! We're asking for accountability because she asked for equality and you turned the other way!" Carson fled to Bermuda to take advantage of Atlantean hospitality norms. His capturing put The Board onto the map but also created an international incident.
Midnight Order: The school that trains Meiomi. They have a heritage going back to the hashishim.
Mick and Clay: The Irish and black folk heroes who fought alongside Edosaibon.
Milton Crow: A necromancer who operated in Freedom Harbor. He avoided Atlantean attention by effectively shielding himself with the Death Jesters, working quietly, and working for elites. He was involved with the Rothmoor situation.
Mingliang Xingxing IV: The planet where the team confronted the New Canton Exchange.
Miracle Drops: A power-enhancing item made by Yhprtpfg Krjisk Vtnhyrdowellech aka Whorl Okoto. Derived from Soma Drops, items which temporarily increase a person's power at the cost of capping their potential in the future, Miracle Drops invert the side effects, enhancing one's power today and guiding them to that state in the future.
Mirlene Dorsainvil: Serpent of the Light Harpy of New Orleans. Wesly Bastien was her ghoul that was turned before Luna killed her.
Miruvas: The Lucavi of the Kite constellation.
Mistress Jindai: The rumored founder of the Ninth Path. In reality, Jindai died before the Ninth Path formed and never agreed with their ideology. She had been a teacher for Chirho and the Lotus briefly, but the two parted ways with her, yet used her reputation to help build their organization and disguise that Chirho was the teacher.

Neffarious: Former friend of Shiv. Neff overestimated the power of his security and his pull in the community, and so soon the Hound made clear that Shiv had more of the backing in the bar. The two rappers then sat down and negotiated, with Neff revealing that he truly did not know who had sealed him but did know that Rafael had put a hit out. Shiv then began to remember, realizing that he had fended off Rafael's attackers. Bobby was revealed to have been trying to haunt Neff's dreams. The two buried the hatchet to some extent, but Shiv now had a target: Rafael and his crew. Shiv and Neff rebuilt some of their relationship in the aftermath.
Neo Contra Mundi: The name for the organization that seems to be following in the footsteps of the original Contra Mundi (Order of Rosenkreuz). They seem to be some kind of anti-living organization.
Nephilia [Lady Nephilia] A human fallen angel who is one of the Victoria Atlantica's Knights of the All-Realm.
Neo Thundering Legion: A mercenary corps that specializes in attacking gigantic attacks.
Neshess: The earth god, "brother of the trees and sister of the rain", of Alulim's people. Avesta took over Neshess' role as the most important god.
New Canton Exchange: The front for Banton Xing's blackmail empire.
New Guangzhou: The city on Mingliang Xingxing IV where the team broke up the blackmailing ring.

Newshire: A small town in Tirisfal that was part of a scheme by Gvan Sall to corrupt Valadium.

Ninth Path: The organization headed by an as-yet unknown master. Their motives thus far appear to be at least publicly benign.
Noblesse Oblige: A group of retired tier 2 superheroes in St. Marquis Parish.
Noiseppro: A Shadow of Dionysus, the Scourge against Freedom.
Nomerac: A Monotremian from Milky Way Galaxy-878, on Thorinn. Nomerac is an anarcho-syndicalist who is running as a spoiler.
Norris Kateb: A traveling eco-activist and green energy salesman who Pan used to hitch a ride off of Phase World.
North East Louisiana Transport Union: The NELTU are a union of transport workers such as bus drivers, conductors and others who operate in the north and east of Louisiana, which includes St. Marquis Parish. Thanks to the history of supernatural activity in the area, the NELTU have historically had reasonably well-trained workers.
North Point: A town created by the Soul of Origin that introduced Bart to Rexai. It is currently held in an artifact of Bart's.
Notch: Gregas' Sacred Treasure.
Nyrphonos: A counterpart to Atomos that was the protector and power core for one of Exdeath's Barrier Tower that Arenion asked the team to help recover for Efreet Talon.
Obulas Obersonson: The leader of the Mock Kelvessans. His armor of ambition pairs with his control of his own primordial Origin Sea.
Officer "Ted" Theodansius the Destroyer: A demon cop who works on Mars.
Olae-Yong: The Korean chaebol headed by Daecho, the Korean dragon on Shadowrun Earth.

Painlash: A sadistic assassin hired by Sir Nazius as part of the “run” on Rising Dragon Academy.
Palaii: A Melanesian/Polynesian demigod.
Palikaritheos: The misotheist group engaging in a cosmic act of deicide.
Pantagruelian Society: The cult-like philosophical society that used human-giant interbreeding to give birth to Charger.
Parliament: A living contamination that controls crows, now a summon in Urti's arsenal.
Patriots United: An extremist militia in St. Marquis Parish. Reilly (of Reilly Falls Church) has been using them at arm's length to enhance his control of the parish and of Louisiana.
Patris the Glutton: The former third most powerful Absolute Conquest, Patris was captured in the trap set by the team using the Bellows of Aeh Kurash. Patris' magic uses Banes and other approaches to break down and transmit energy to Patris where he then grows to superhuman sizes and strength.

Phantom Tablet of Kozer: A tablet dropped by phantom emanations of the deceased Exdeath demons Triton, Nereid and Phobos. It was a phantom simulacrum of the true Tablet dropped by the three. The tablet taught K'Zit Maelstrom, Arkhe Armageddon, Ishitari Violence Magic: Starmetal Fall, Arenion Almighty Magic: Judgment Meteor, and Urti Comet Storm.
Physic: Psycho Power user of the Ghost Legion.
Pietri the Komodo: A Russian mobster who needed information from Ivan.
Placid Gardens: A public housing project in Freedom Harbor. As The Board tracked down one of their earliest enemies, the man used nanotechnological zombies. The event accompanied later atrocities in the Freedom Harbor area to make national news, with Deathdealer using it in her speech at a No More Heroes rally, saying, "We're asking for accountability because he asked for justice, and you hid behind threats! Miranda's son lived in Placid Gardens. The day that place made the news, there was gunfire. There was a frosted-over door. An earthquake, miles from a fault line. Miranda never was allowed to see his body. The death certificate she got in the mail said he died of pneumonia".
Platohedron: The apparent goal of Alulim, based on the insight granted by the Zodiac Assassins' scrying pool.
Pliable: Safe Wave's colleague.
"Policlub Trash Fire": The term coined by one E-624 commentator about the sudden intensification of direct conflict that made Earth-624 actually see direct street-to-street combat at a high level seemingly overnight, directly after the formation of Angel's Saints and the ceasing of Grymdin by the New Families. Pontifex, Voice of the Queen, Herald Above All The prepubescent herald of the Empress of the Victoria Atlantica.
Potoros: One of the strongest of the Minus Men. Presently ranked as -890 and called the Double Faced. Created unwittingly by Durmirok.
Prelate: One of the members of the New World, code named Inferno. He is a religious fanatic aiming to destroy impurity, having mastered life and death. The Prelate was responsible for bringing Sunrise together and resurrecting, alongside Immaculate, the
Prok: Nickname for Seijoprocyons, the six-armed raccoon people. See also "Raks" and "Trash Pandas".
Promeris: The Titan of Yure who chose to give the sentient species of the world free will and the capacity to learn instead of creating a race of his own. This was his means to achieve omniscience by essentially creating a parallel processing network.
The Promethean Society: An organization founded in the late 18th century on Earth-98,011 when Atlantis decided that humanity had gone far enough to recognize the danger of unconstrained change and magic. The Promethean Society was initially recruited among the aristocracy, but Enlightenment values meant that non-aristocratic people began to be recruited, and eventually the Society and the Atlanteans turned upon each other. It was the Society's battles with the Atlanteans in the 1930s that not only allowed for space for the metagene to finally emerge unpoliced and create the superhero era, but also for the level of collective development on Earth-98,011 to become high enough to summon Chariot of the Tarot. The Promethean Society have gone into quiescence, but with the emergence of magic on the world, they are beginning to make moves again. The Promethean Society experiment with alchemy, super-science and sorcery, making automatons, stitched-together corpse people reminiscent of Frankenstein's Monster, and so forth.
Professor Novochik: A Mjo Manor instructor. A compassionate Charms master who also loves constructing Rube Goldberg machines, Novochik has tried to rein in the more-destructive impulses of Marula and Emma.
Professor Schneider Vanderschmeier: A planar cosmologist who did research on the Lost Crystals and helped the team track them down.
Prosperity Magazine: A major interdimensional broadsheet.
Prudence of House Keyes: The former wielder of the Staff of Mwari and a magician for the Victoria Atlantica, Prudence was warped by her staff discharging much of its power in her fight against Ivan.
Punishing Three: Three mages hired by guild leaders to control their own people.
Pure Way: The religion that Dargon wasus a part of, as well as a term within Arkhe's world (Bruht) for magic and spiritual practices that are viewed by the Pure Way as legitimate. It is a dualistic philosophy that does not have a single god that it worships, instead worshiping an abstract notion of light and a "pure" nature.
Purple Enclosure Shaki: One of the Steel Saints of Shakmat/the Union. He created purple curved fields that also can act as ramming warheads.
Pyruption: The red-attuned member of Varhest’s four generals.
Pyryev Rustem Anatolievich: Belarusian mob boss. This fat-fingered, barrel-chested, skinny-legged man was under monitoring by SENTRY who were slowing down the case against him to reduce the likelihood of him killing witnesses.
Qeashut: The neo-Zerefian demon that was the incarnation of a sniper's calm judgment of life and death. He was defeated by Jerlock in a synthetic body of Cargo Cult magic and digital information on Conereef Island.
Quentin Hidalgo: Voodoo priest who helped the tea.
Qiangdu: Tsong's Sacred Treasure.
Rachel : Emmett's sister. Not to be confused with Rachel of the Union.
Radiant Seven: The team comprised of Carnolia of Red, Morvien of Black, Bel-Ehel of White, Markuru of Yellow, Axandra of Purple, Yazanya of Green and Hazien Kikyu of Blue.
Radiant Two: Team of Malibu and Beach Boy from Osric's future. They were named thusly in honor of the Radiant Seven who had fallen in his timeline.
Radio Free Alamena: The radio station that Huitzil broadcasted over to his love Valberta in one of the paintings of the Sage of Love.

Raymond "the Thinker" Norman: A Mad Scientist Airman who worked for Gilbrese. He would act for reconnaissance as well as flying banners with fake manitous on it to make it seem as if the sky had become a manitou (of course combined with hallucinogenic drugs being dispersed).
Rayttan: One of Gilrom's crew. A Galvanic Mechamorph and second-in-command.
Razor Thins: An anti-authoritarian skater gang in Shiantai. They were brought into Crashing Heavens’ orbit when a “run” of theirs on the Rising Dragon Academy was hijacked by Nazius and his forces.
Rebecca Vaklis: The science and psychology educator and group therapist who is one of Allie's Elements of Friendship.
Rectifia Codex: The organization that Dargon was part of, the holy warriors of Gehlenia at the behest of the High Answer.
Red Rider: One of the Heartbreakers of the strange alternate Earth that FKJ found himself in.
Red Shingle: A town in Deadlands Earth.
Red Wheel: A group of Yharnamite hunters attempting to pursue the hunt and gather arcane knowledge. The Red Wheel helped Crashing Heavens discover weaknesses of the Magister in exchange for tracking down their prodigal member, Gilbrese, and bringing him (and his crew) to justice.
Reen: A victim of Jusk's mining scheme and the son of the local mining appraiser and general store manager.
Rejigiger: An Angel with four turret-like heads and ruby-like gems in his long slender chest. His Judgment is the Judgment of the Waters.
Reluzente: The organization who searched for Gemstones like Kandaru to train them (and limit their power alongside focusing it).
Res Metron: The Ninth of Hathet's Ordeals and the first encountered by the team.
Retsasid: A Shadow of Dionysus, the Cloud of Misfortune.
Rex Kent-El: A Dog Boy Match. He was created from Krypto's genes in an attempt to make a Match that would be loyal to Cadmus. He became a puppet of Imperiator but was cleansed by Frayan and Arkhe's moment of soul linkage.
Rex Horton: A reporter on Earth-98,011 with the status of a Walter Cronkite who reported from the 1960s to the 1990s, dying in a supervillain attack during Overlord's rise. Rex's reporting on Champion's Rest is played as heroes fly into the island.
Rexxaz: The name of Brian Taylor, the hacker who was hired by Behemoth Mane to grow the Furies.
Rhopalocera: The poison mistress of the Ghost Legion.
Riapsed: A Shadow of Dionysus, the Umbra of Sorrow.
Ricard Bryant: An A-rank superhero who is a gamma mutant powered by killing intent.
Rico Alavarez: An arms dealer operating on Earth-98,011 who came from the remnants of the School of the Americas programs. He rose to prominence in the collapse of Darklight's arms trading empire.
Rillibrand: A nation on Arkhe's world run by a group of merchant princes.
Ring of Fire: A superhero group operating in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Myanmar primarily though their remit allows them to work in Australia, Japan, China, Korea, the American West Coast and some of South America. Their specialty is in riot control, private investigation, corporate security, providing pizzazz for public relations, VIP bodyguarding, testing security, but in particular they are heroes who are known for reducing the level of crime and disorganization in a city in advance of a VIP visit, Olympic game or similar.
Riot Beetle: One of Safe Wave's colleagues. A stinkbug mutant who got heavily armored and a little fat.

Risveglia: The world that the Ghost Legion attempted to overwrite to get their sanctuary.
Roaming Key Elite: One of two races (the other being the Blue Grand Special) that need to be won together to access some great secret. Axel Glimmer is entering it to find the plans for the Mach Seven.
Robin Hansen: The formerly-abusive father and violent grandfather who is now one of Allie's Elements of Friendship.
Rodd Kell: A Smuggler from the Galaxy who acted as Gilbrese's sniper.
Rolande Vertreaux: A Harrowed Voodooist who would tend to herald the arrival of the fake "Manitou" and would use his powers of hexing, hellish wind and fire, and other tools to terrify and enhance the illusion.

Tre Terry Watson: A military influencer and vlogger on Earth-98,011. He was responsible for the #traysfortre campaign to get Boundless Meals to replace the MREs and packaged meals in Earth-98,011's military.

He attacked Master Kerala of the Order of the Phoenix and thus attracted both Holder Ao and Everyman.

Unbroken Queen: The name in the underworld for a woman gaining power with blackmail and directed prosecutions.
United Nations Convention on Unusual Individuals (UNCUI): The 1955 international treaty that created the recognition of Earth-98,011's registration system. While it in fact only recognized what was really a growing folk practice, it is commonly cited as the start of the registration system and used as authority for it. Also the source of the term "unusual individual".
Undervale: A city created by Bart on Yure.
Unusual individual: A catch-all term for people with superpowers or enhanced skills on Earth-98,011. Coined to codify the UNCUI, it was eventually eclipsed by "meta" as with many other dimensions; however, with the rise of magic on Earth-98,011, it is being used as a catch-all term for MAMPOMT people.
Unversed: Seemingly an assemblage of monsters, the Unversed are actually a new force that appeared from some unknown outside cause, with those “in the know” claiming that it was either the result of a world-sized robot that seeks to slow psychological change, some kind of assimilating computer force, worlds created by some kind of malfunctioning evolutionary algorithm, another world’s play sims gone awry, Code’s satellite orbiting Jupiter, or a floating war machine in the shape of an island. (In reality, the Unversed came from Tellos and were the result of the Tellosian sims encountering The Glitch). In any case, Unversed have a tremendous heterogeneity of form. What unifies them is a capacity and desire for creation and innovation.
“Upside Downers”: When Deus Vult launched their attack, they were attempting to open up to this parallel world. Some develop arcane and bizarre psychic powers, but some find themselves being transformed. The very first of these, The Ogre, not only fought the Protectors successfully but also managed to hold his own against Dauntless (Varkaraja). Some of the “Upside Downers” name themselves after a monster from the other side. They can have biological capabilities that are seemingly impossible or paradoxical and certainly are not known to Earth-98,011 biologists, xenobiologists, cryptozoologists and theorists. They are capable of superpowers, bizarre technology, psionics, magic and chi.
Utopia Manuscripts: A series of neurolinguistic programs in the form of theses on utopia. They act to rewrite individuals with personalities predisposed for the particular message of the manuscript.

Vaizar: A Forbidden-rank demon that Castor and Xenan fought in Bob's tournament. The master of the Blades of Light and the Hands of Unmaking, the demon ended up advancing Castor and Xenan's understanding of themselves forward by granting Xenan a Wyrm-altered shadow shape and Castor a
Valadium: A metal commonly found in relics, either by design or by the consequence of holy enchantment.

Venbezzedon: The angel with the power of the Judgment of the Culling. Vykenz took his name in order to both test Crashing Heavens and warn the heroes about the danger that Venbezzedon poses, which he claimed was greater than that of Exenovon. It was revealed that Venbezzedon's greatest power was the construction of the mana bombs.

Voldodlak: A Garou lineage exclusive to Earth-98,011, these Russian-associated vampires have Gifts associated with vengeance, judgment and cold.
Vogen, Unyielding Rootcrasher: The Selesnya weaponmaster who resented that Bob was allowed to take his table and sword and dueled him thanks to Castor.
Volenz Sedu: True Sith who enacted a plan to create a Star Dragon to attack the Galaxy. His rings, Mutantis and Activus, were taken by Lacy and Pan upon his defeat.
Vuel: An unknown planet that interests the Promethean.
Vuk Jisti: The name of the anti-lycanthrope hate organization that Sergei al-Irsei was part of.
Vulkarian: One of the new incarnations of Dark Falz. First met in Lile's test, Vulkarian then appeared for real as a result of the morphogenetic field tampering of one of Incarnus' Inspiraeons.
"Vulture factions": The term for factions in the War of Agony who sat out the iniital round, waiting to see how the war played out before choosing which alliance to join. This included the Dominion and the Kilrathi.

Wand of Harnouphis: The wand that the Egyptian sorcerer Harnouphis supposedly used to direct the wrath and power of the gods. Henry has theorized based on the evidence that the wand actually directed powerful technological and scientific principles, and with the power of the Emerald Tablet could be a weapon against the enemies that Crashing Heavens faces.
Waveflash: An energy-manipulating hero who used to be on a farm team for the Protectors.
Weasel: The superpowered identity of Jeffrey Nice of The Board. Weasel was the group's conscience and their attorney, a twin role that eventually led to him being taken in by the Atlanteans to save face for the blackbagging of Michael Carson. Weasel ultimately was killed by Mitch, who viewed him as a danger to The Board, and then resurrected by the then-ascendant Code/World.
Wild Buck: The shaman member of Gilbrese's team who would help to sell the fake Manitou's defeat by pretending to use his magic.
Wildfire: The reckless, violent former member of The Heat.
Wodunien: The former Rectifia Codex member who became the giftgiver of the world of Bruht. He was later replaced by Yingien.
"Wolfdog": One of a category of slurs used by Kelvessans against those who are perceived as too assimilated, "Wolfdog" refers to someone who seems to be a "wolf" on the outside but is a "dog" on the inside.
"Wuppie": Short for "Wormhole Urban Professional". This is a pejorative term for Earth-98,011 citizens who are fascinated by Earth-9999 culture, frequently jet set across the wormhole, and often view Earth-98,011 as embarrassingly backwards. The term has taken on an additional dangerous subtext in the era of Earth One.
Wylisc: Dargon's Sacred Treasure.
Wynna Williams: A former Nova Corpswoman who struck out on her own to try to create a corps based off of a force that she was effectively creating on her own, an Inspiration that would fuel allies. She became a puppet of Imperiator but was cleansed by Frayan and Arkhe's moment of soul linkage.
Xaman: The Technarchy Nova Corpsman.
Xarisal: The Trader-descended economist who became the Union Certain Candidate.
Xenan Stormchaser: The werewolf Muay Thai master.
Xenocratis: Head bureaucrat of the Rangers.
Xenovore: The Fomori enforcer of the New Canton Exchange. Xenovore was rescued by the same Quincies that rescued Banton Xing.
Xilsalamel, Rex Romani: A rumored Binder Vestige. Xilsalamel was a king of the Romani people put into eternal exile and curse. Upon slaying a dragon on a mountain, he was able to go to a temple in the desert and split the world apart so that his enemies were forever separated from him.
X'il'tabablos: Maug weapon dealer who sold weapons intended to make others as sick as the Maug. He had cooperated with the Ferengi Prophet.
Xing Xiu: "Star Mansion", the Dean of Public Relations for Shiantai. A true believer in Communism and a Chinese patriot.
Xyy-Knn-1: The Evintos "Flagship of Friendship" who is one of Allie's Elements of Friendship.
Yellow Dragon: The spirit that empowers the Sun Dragon, the fifth of the five traditional Chinese spirits that represents the center of the world/compass.
Yeshuel: The artificial angel.
Yigsath the Gate: The former second most powerful Absolute Conquest, Yigsath was captured in the trap set by the team using the Bellows of Aeh Kurash. Yigsath effectively used his own body as both a gate spell and a threshold seal.
Yingien: The new giftgiver of Bruht.
Yizgit: The Sun Knife of the Burrians. He was ultimately defeated when Yeshuel redirected Quion's Arc Tracer boosted by Arkhe's invocation of the Power Gem.
Yorkle: One of the many planned temperate worlds of the Union, set up to emulate what they believe the Europe that was. Yorkle also produces huge swaths of accountants, auditors, and investigators, making it important to the Union even if viewed as somewhat boring, and ideal to hide spies among. It also is one of the few tourist locations that ordinary citizens have any degree of access to.
Ysgrave Makice: A former Fairy Tail member who became an independent mage hunter, he combined his developed martial arts, Ether Vaper, Phoenix Slayer Magic, Body Make Magic and Nanovapor Magic. He was captured by the team in the roundup of New Canton Exchange.
Yure: The world where Dragon Inquisitor Strilgir lives.
Yuri Vlaskivanovich: Bart's forgotten childhood friend.
Yuri Johnston: One of Auld Lang Syne's victims, a human phoenix.
Yusa/Yuse: The storm and rain god/goddess of Alulim's people. This god is literally believed to change gender, becoming male when angry and storming and female when raining.
Zap Gilligan: The Ultra-Crazy Ninja who had been promoted by the Mana Statue at Merctown.
Zaphyros: The Moon Man minion of the Moon King. He apparently turned into bacteria when Helix's powers returned to her after the Counter Limits were disabled.

Zerea tortured Tayshawn when he was captured (apparently making a bet with Irslai that he would break, a bet that Irslai proclaimed Zerea lost when Tayshawn and Allie kept Irslai at bay with a brilliant energy particle accelerator beam).
Zorianna Pelage: One of the Harpies of New Orleans and the rival of Sealbreaker.
