jesse whispers to his squire "I'm not going to lie, that drink sounded a bit...elven at first, but it looks damn good!" "To those with there eyes apon me and my squire, I say that times are always changing, the pace is never the same, keep your best foot forward, in the midst of strife, war and pain."

The squire says, "I tend to like my jello shots, Jager bombs, car bombs..."
Everyone appears soused enough to say, "Here here!"

"Well a good bomb I can respect, explosives aside I do enjoy my booze as well, other than that what do you think of this trip" Says jesse waiting for a waiter

He raises his eyebrow. "You know, I can't tell when you're joking or not. This is perhaps the most terrifying squiredom I've ever had".

"Let me level with you, In this world there are atrocities unknown to all but the bravest who dare confront them. If you cannot at least make a joke or two about such horrors then they begin to gnaw at you until you are left hollow. Not to say you shouldn't take them seriously, just don't let it get to you. Also if you do leave think of the next poor chap that might have to deal with me, you being my squire is all that is saving the world from me!"

"Yes, I understand making the joke to yourself privately. But is there not a responsibility to not terrify those with whom one works? And even though I respect you as my Master and assume you are speaking in jest, what about all the dudes who might hear you?"

"What of it? I say that it might be an interesting story to tell the wife at home or friends at the pub, if they wish to confront me about it I have nothing to hide and will show all."
"Hey I have an idea of how to pass this hour!" Jesse smiles at his squire.

"There are many interesting stories that I would not inflict upon anyone. And you must understand, we are special warriors. We must hold ourselves to a higher standard. Because, when a peasant or worker looks at us and hears us do something, they have learned through years of thuggery and evil that it is best for them to be quiet and hope that we are bluffing, joking or speaking idly". He cocks his head at your suggestion.

"You have a good point I will raise you that, perhaps I should tone it down a bit, oh and to my suggestion. I was going to suggest a friendly spar! From master to pupil, I could teach you a few tricks I hope." Jesse says this motioning to the door

People in the bar seem mostly disinterested, too busy or too tired. But about thirty percent are interested enough to begin pulling out money and cheering. One man, wearing large sunglasses and with a massive scar along his forehead and temple, begins handling bets. "Make ya bets! Make ya bets here!" You are a four-to-one favorite.
People follow you to a small creek. Do you let your apprentice attempt to go first?

A gleaming blade of light appears. Robin distinguishes himself by making the blade, though not quite white, extremely close, a very, very hot blue. His blade seems to cast its own light, very unique for a Cyber-Knight, what gave him the name Luminousblade. The sword is a bastard sword that tapers, but the width at the start is somewhat narrower than usual for normal. The reason why is clear after a few moments: The fact that it is a psi-blade allows him to swing with large slashes and hacking motions while still being able to feint, redouble, recoup and strike with fencing motions. He seems to be combining kendo and fencing as he charges in with a slash, pulling it back, doing the kendo overhead, then launching into a flurry of fencing thrusts. [FN: 64, 228]
Jesse can tell that his blows seem a little tentative, the supernatural nature of the Death Knight scaring him a little.

Jesse will take a step back and attempt to lift him into the air with the Force and throw him into the creek. Jesse does this with a now very cold look, opposite of his previous smile.

The sudden change in demeanor has two effects on Jesse's pupil. It does, for the briefest of instants, shake him. But that passes, and it actually rejuvenates his will to fight. Jesse can tell that, if this was the first time he had dropped the act and started fighting seriously, the effect would have been more protracted. But Robin has seen Jesse fight, and thus it merely reminds him of the seriousness of his foe.
Robin seemed to have been thrown to some extent by the horror factor that Jesse's Death Knight form poses. This does seem to stymie his resistance. Further, the way that the Force operates, it is much harder for many to resist. However, the will of the Cyber-Knight is strong, and instead of being thrown into the creek, Robin is just hurled back somewhat. He recovers well enough and charges back in, keeping up the pressure on Jesse. It seems that Robin tries to deal with enemy casters by pressuring them and using the bright flashes of light his Psi-Sword elicits to pressure them. Jesse may react.

"If it is a battle you want then...." Jesse activates death grip to pull the squire directly in front of him and smash his forehead into the squires face.

Jesse realizes that his Death Grip was resisted, but the Cyber-Knight actually did it one better and used the magic energy before Jesse terminated to charge in and go for a brutal flurry of slashes. Jesse luckily blocks all but one slash across his face. The one slash is damaging, but Jesse is fairly tough thanks to his undead nature, his Guardian Angel and his other advantages. However, the Death Grip's save does not prevent the ghoul from trying to jump onto the knight. The knight is surprised but manages to use his psi-shield to beat the ghoul back; however, this leaves him somewhat open.

The squire spins around and is struck by the rock. The rock does not break his nose, but does cause a nose bleed. The squire seems to ignore it, summoning his strength and charging forward for a flurry of action as Jesse is still spinning around, moving to his sword arm and under to prevent a shield block and aiming for the lightsaber emitter or hand for a disarm. Jesse still manages to get a block, however, and keeps his footing. Jesse's turn.
Also, will the ghoul attack?

The apprentice momentarily grips his neck. He struggles, suddenly gaining a burst of speed, swinging his blade. Jesse realizes that, in response to telekinetic and magically targeted attacks, he uses the swinging brightness of his blade to distract his enemy and make it harder to continue focusing, then makes a sudden move and tries his Mind Block again. However, this time he is using Telekinesis himself to push back against the crushing motion.
Robin jumps in, swinging his arm straight out, making a dust storm then manifesting a psi-lance, going for a straight skewer. Jesse automatically blocks, but the spear is pushing through with tremendous force and the block only mitigates it; Jesse may react.

Jesse and the Cyber-Knight trade blows. Robin was also taught Grand Slam, but Jesse is still faster, leading to Jesse having one more blow. Jesse mostly strikes armor and shield, but he definitely gets some devastating hits in, and Robin's armor is scorching with heat. Meanwhile, Jesse feels why even the undead often fear a Cyber-Knight's blade: Even with his armor, Jesse is struck by powerful blows from the lance and gets a lance through his head.
Jesse's action.
