Can he really do that to anyone whose defenses have remote parity to your skill set?
Diego Martinez. The last barrier to the Columbian Mob going straight, or what's left of it. The UEG has tried to give amnesty to Mob groups who had become supercharged in the Associated Worlds era. Diego is an interesting fella: Believes in divine guidance for all things. He's constructed a maze of traps and defenders, and hired all sorts of crazy guys. Anyone who can take him out gets the prize: His posthumous agreement to work with the UEG.
