make a character
Skill set are based off a max 400 points all players will start with 200 points that can be put anywhere. There are unique skills that a player may chose i will approve of and it will start with 35 points normal points can not be put into unique powers.
unique power could include things like: cryokineseis, analysis (pretty legit), teleportation, things that would fit into the super human power motif more powerful unique powers have slower progression

Strength (you're already pretty ripped)
if you lose a limb you can get a new one or a BIONIC ARM (or leg) [anthony!] robots can use powers but at a 25% limbs add +50 strength and have +70 to recoil reduction but not HP
Bionic limbs are not available in era 1
