Where people can study to become Adepts in the Golden Sun mold! Benefits include Psynergy, being able to use Psynergy Artifacts, more elemental affinity with their Aristotelian element, benefit from special Djinni-based summons and other Djinn powers, etc.

Generally, one can get trained for Psynergy at Vale, Prox and Lemuria, but there are other places of course.

lets go to vale, and yes i've played his game, it's almost on the same level of awesomeness as lufia 2, but thus far no game i have played has trumped Lufia 2, although fable came close

Lufia II kicked so much ass. Dekar 4ever!
Vale is, as always now, crackling with Psynergy energy, almost like Los Angeles' skyline but not a disgusting blight on the landscape. The Lemurian ship is parked in the sea outside, as now everyone lives here (though Piers spends some time in Lemuria and Mia/Sheba in their home areas).

also if they want they can have some training from nekia (I dont know if thats been done before but I think a player training another player could be fun) or I could help them with there training if they get stuck.

It actually has been done, Kumo has trained Banos for example. If you can come up with a training regimen, you can put people through it. Other people who can train on the team: Artie, anyone once they get Gnodaemon training, and anyone who gets Merits or Skills or trainers who help (for example, the Elder Namek, Iruka, Kakashi and Gai to some degree...)

Anduris looks around town but Isaac isn't initially within sight. Will he ask someone?

The two see Isaac, practicing an earth pillar technique.

Summoning Djinn is fairly easy, and can sometimes be done for a layman. But I suppose the first thing would be to get a feel for a Djinn and how it moves, thinks and fights.
