For those who wish to hunt down truly vile Hollows or other supernatural baddies, Soul Society is the place for you!

Not vampire. Hollows are closest to malevolent ghosts.

oh, okay , and now it is the four, and virtually every member of my team is good at this so it shoulden't be too difficult

...Why is it the four? You don't have Keryis or Dark Inferno. I said the GM Fuckup went TOWARDS Keryis, but it didn't singlehandedly get you him. And I fail to see how any of you are really good against Hollows, though Anduris may be a better exorcist than I imagine.

hack and taklinn for finding them, taklinn and anduris for kicking their asses

How does Hack find ghosts especially well? Blade and Whistler are primarily vampire. Taklinn can detect spectral forces but he's certainly not good enough to do so at high levels.
However, I should point out that they DO provide skills that could be useful if they accompanied a group of Soul Society members. In addition, there are almost always a few shinigami or Quincy rogues out there to be dispatched. The bonus could be training to get a bankai/shikai for your weapons or getting a new soul weapon.

i do agree that Anduris would have the most advantages, and perhaps a full member of the society or two should come along, probably would be best, would Hack's vile horrors class levels not help him

Eh, sort of. It does make him ghostly and thus able to fight them on their level. Ditto for the scythe.
Will they bring along NPCs? There is an actual shinigami NPC on the team, Migul Ashokasura.

The halls and buildings of Soul Society await Hack, Taklinn, Anduris, Quion (who came along for the ride) and Miguel. Working in conjunction are lines of students cultivating ki into bokken so they may eventually acquire their soul slayers. The Captain's Hall awaits.

Inside are legendary shinigami. Ichigo Kurosaki. Zaraki Kinpache. Rukia Kuchiki. Each one of the Captains seems to be working out plans to target particular Hollows. Horrible shapes that seem to have to be drawn in four dimensions are the norm of these creatures.

Genryusai. Captain of the 1st Division, who has held that esteemed post for longer than this group's cumulative existence (if only because Miguel and Ashokasura are both young occupants of Heaven and Hell, respectively). Genryusai looks at Miguel and says, "Ashokasura... So the rumors are true, you have returned." Miguel sips a cocktail and says, "I am containing him." Hack has no clue what they're talking about.

Somewhat. Anduris knows that Ashokasura was involved in some kind of internal conspiracy in Soul Society post-the Aizen split, but he's not aware enough of the internal poltiics to know the relevance.

Miguel says, "I am not only Ashokasu..."
Genryusai interrupts in a commanding voice. "Soul Society is devoted to the rehabilitation of Hollows and their restoration to the great wheel of life. If Hollows are destroyed, there becomes an imbalance between the worlds of the dead and the worlds of the living. If that imbalance grows too quickly or becomes too great, disaster may erupt. Do you understand so far?"

"No. They can be killed. The Quincy, particularly the Ishida clan, did so. Ashokasura and others in Soul Society, in sloth, decided that that would be a superior strategy and attempted to form a conspiracy against the Shinigami divisions.

Genryusai says, "You miss the point. Ashokasura was defeated and cast out. Now he has returned to Earth as part of that..."
Miguel says, "I am Miguel of the Spanish Secret Service. Ashokasura is part of my spirit, but don't judge either him or me for the past."
Genryusai looks at him for a moment. "If you wish redemption, I suppose helping us with the new Hollow plague would help. Which brings us to why you all are here."
