I was wondering if you'd allow me to play a Moritat Assassin with the Nascent Psyker trait?

sorry for the late response. Yeah that sounds fine. I am unsure however if many people will be playing Dark Heresy but you can make this character for rogue trader. You will get a bunch more starting experience as well if you are transfering a Dark heresy character to rogue trader.

Cool, gives me some more toys. I'm unfamiliar with the rogue trader rules though.

It's quite similar to Dark heresy if I'm not mistaken, just on a different power scale. Like a starting rogue trader character would be like a level 5 or so Dark Heresy character. Also, Fucking awesome Black Templar Chaplain avatar Vincent Hack.

Yes, if you have the Dark Heresy rule book go ahead and create your assassin character, and then you have another 5000 exp to spend to bring your character up to the power level of rogue trader.
The rules are very similar and the only difference is the starship section.
