as we discussed last friday we have the choice of what to do with the world.
Big choices on the plate right now are to unfuse the world essentially turning things back to normal. The advantage to this being that its relatively low risk of something going wrong and it lets you guys live normal lives.
The other is to leave the worlds fused. The advantage here being that you can try to rebuild the fused world into something better.
Fred sent out a poll to everyone in reality to see what they want.
63% total votes went towards unfusing the world. 37% towards leaving it fused.
you guys are of course in control of the gate so discuss your final action here.

I'm surprised the vote is so heavily on just turning the world back to normal. You'd think more people would want to keep their powers or something . But on the serious note I'd prefer keeping 'em together and continuing on. Fictional monsters and fiends will exist alongside their fictional slayers and saints so I'd imagine it'd balance out. Even if people from our world start messing with the dark they will have their own natural forces to balance them out, US. I REALLY think it'd be the natural way to go. I'm also concerned (like I've said before) about this thing happening again, this time catching us with our pants down. Especially if un-fusing the worlds robs us of our memories of all this. Does it? I've been meaning to ask. Humanity has a good pair of legs and will get up and use them, that is how I feel. The only exception being that if the world is un-fused then it'll give people killed during the start of ITM another chance.

You keep your memories after the world unfuses. I should note that like the gypsy king you can elect to keep your powers when unfusing the world, of course there are dangers inherent with a bunch of 20 year olds with reality altering power and everyone else normal.

My vote is for unfusing the worlds. Kevin would want to save the lives of all the people who died when this started. As the Summon Spirit of Reality Kevin would take it upon himself to watch over the multiverse, and be able to call the team together if he spots something that needs taking care of. And thanks to, well, that one summon I'm keeping a secret, he can get the team to and from other realities.

Well, clearly we have a consensus for unfusing. Thus, our discussion is moot. [Jesse agrees!]
Guess what? It doesn't matter.
I concur with you that it might indeed be the best risk management scenario to keep the worlds fused, but the fact is that most other people don't think so, and it is wrong to impose OUR risk management assessment onto quadrillions of sentient beings.
However, Fred will create using Beyond Good and Evil and his Avatar powers, in conjunction with Jesse's deific creation abilities, a universe without conflict. All those who voted for fusing the worlds may come here, keeping their abilities and living in harmony. They can also secede if they would like.

Guess what? telling me my entire post doesn't matter is incredibly hurtful. And this thread obviously DOES matter since we cut so many people out of the defeat of the Gypsy King. Unless you'd rather not allow everyone who wasn't there a chance to speak up.
Also I don't think creating a separate world entirely of peace and such is a bad idea. It sounds good in practice but you've seen what happened in The Matrix and I think that it's a good point. There is no such thing as "absolute fail-safe peace". In fact people breaking "unbreakable" things is what started ITM in the first place (more or less).
Now I like Kevin's suggestion. It may be presumptuous on my part but Kevin seems like the kind of superhero guardian type well suited to a task like that. I'd want someone else as a secondary check regardless, like Tom for example, but other than that I'd be for it.
On a separate note, Kevin, we have a way of resurrecting everyone without fusing the worlds back with the dragon balls if I am correct on my understanding that Fred has them.
I definitely think that should we fuse back worlds no one should keep their powers given the exception of Kevin should we take his suggestion. I wouldn't trust anyone with their powers once we're back and I mean that. Not even myself.
(Memories of what it used to be like will be a BITCH for everyone to deal with though. I'd like to put my ability to erase memories on the table to help anyone with that should they need it)

How about a check and balance system? Tom, myself, and Jesse. As a summon spirit I am something of a demigod, Tom, by his character's very nature, is very close to godhood, and if I recall Jesse was going to wish to become the fourth god of the Triforce. Three deity level characters that can make balanced choices.

What about letting Quixotic Unity become the god of the fictional universe? Since Quixotic Unity is a card, another one must exist in the Fictional Universe, so a separate Quixotic Unity could govern the fictional world, seeing as it is a flawlessly true neutral being.

the problem with that is anything that would juke a fictional being could work on him too. Creating a new reality is difficult too since you would need a third nexus beast which you actually dont know how to do, even enlightened.
Mario does purpose a plan, turn the real world into a place without conflict and turn the fictional world into a place for people who dont like the first idea. Turn it into a sort of valhalla where everyone can have powers and duke it out (or just live there life with powers) if they want only using the reset to allow them to enjoy whatever conflict they desire. You guys are more then powerful enough to alter the fictional world to only reset peoples death and only if they want to, when they want to.
That way people who want to go back to the real world can do so and live in peace. Those who want that can live in the fictional world and keep or gain powers can. You guys can be set up to control who goes there or not so no funny buisness happens. Seems pretty reasonable and everyone wins in my opinion.

Sure, sounds good, but can we travel between the worlds or would we be stuck in one?

You guys would be able to, regaining back your powers in the fictional world while loosing them in the real. You would have to personally clear anyone that wasnt you.
you could also make it so that you cant if you guys would prefer.

I like the idea of travel between the two. Kevin for one has a few people that he cares about in the real world and would like to get to spend time with them instead of their gravestones.

So does anyone have any problems with this plan?

Dude, you need to learn how online posts work. No offense.
I wasn't saying your post didn't matter, I said that that ARGUMENT was moot because the universe had decided. The argument in the quote block.
So when I reply to the NEXT part...
I'm replying to THIS argument now. [If I had a reply. I would have, but it's moot now.]
It sounds reasonable. It gives an alternative to those who want to leave, is entirely optional, and abides by the stated wishes of the universe. I approve.
