Description: As someone who is often mistaken as the de facto leader of the "Arcana Task Force" (despite his best protestations, if not efforts, to the contrary), it is unsurprising that Fred strikes a relatively cutting gib. Standing at around 6'1 and possessing around 250 pounds of muscle, the first thing one notices is his eyes. They initially seem to be ordinary green eyes, but one seems to have a single black tomoe and a red outline, while another is actually segmented. The illusion of ordinariness doesn't last very long, especially when one sees the well-concealed but still visible crescent shape in the middle of the forehead that indicates a third eye. That third eye, when open, has a large pupil around which is a purple ring. And those who look deep into the center of each eye can see a strange geometric shape that resembles the natural state of a naaru.
Recently, Fred's long hair seems to have acquired a nasty tendency to have a single, large bang cutting down his left side [others right side] just to the side of the eye. His hair has also acquired a richer, lusher brown shade. He also seems to be wearing a yellow earring at all times.
Next, his face seems to have occasional, very thin, very shallow, silverish bumps. Those who can find them all and remember them independently see the faintest outline of a witch doctor's mask.
On occasion, lightning crackles from around Fred, particularly when angry, confident, intending to intimidate or in battle. This is the sign that he is the new Lightning of the Three Storms.
The especially perceptive can see that certain parts of his skin seem infinitesimally thicker than they should be. This is a classic sign of subdermal armor. Only Fred's is far more expansive than it should be, as if the armor had become a living part of him.
It seems as if dolphins, orca, octopi and whales show up bizarrely often around Fred. Rumors that he has become the Dolphin Sage get unusually tricksy answers from him.
For those who can see auras, Fred's is a doozy. Battle ki, dolphin ki, youki, Magi-enriched reiki, Hollow reiatsu, the aforementioned energy of Lighting of the Three Storms, Quincy reiryoku, Shinigami reiatsu and Dragon ki seem to all coexist in a strange and interrelated fusion. All of the different aura natures seem to form into one combined, perfect state at the center. The coalescing, crashing energy forms into pure white, especially at the brow. At the center, cosmic energy seems to come from his heart, as if channeling some great force.
His back has distinctive tattoos that appear to be the wings of a golden eagle or a Thunderbird. He also has Yakuza-style tattoos of serpents performing beguiling motions, a greenish skull biting brambles, and a spear impaling through a heart and a skull. The distinctive mark of the Cursed Seal of Heaven joins them.
Near him at seemingly all times are his faithful companions. Otto, his white mutt, stands tall, apparently much more like a giant warhorse than a dog. Zibi makes his deep meowing sounds. Solfeather, his Gryphon, caws and speaks to him.
When his bankai is apparent, Fred's standard clothes are replaced with heavy, almost Paladin-themed armor. This armor is synthesized with his Fighting Machine.
When his arrancar zanpakuto is released, his body appears to acquire more of a shell-like dimension. When unmasked, the witch doctor mask that is faintly suggested in his face normally appears, the element of his Hollow battle form. His skin seems to become sharp like a shark's.

Description: As someone who is often mistaken as the de facto leader of the "Arcana Task Force" (despite his best protestations, if not efforts, to the contrary), it is unsurprising that Fred strikes a relatively cutting gib. Standing at around 6'1 and possessing around 250 pounds of muscle, the first thing one notices is his eyes. They initially seem to be ordinary green eyes, but one seems to have a single black tomoe and a red outline, while another is actually segmented. The illusion of ordinariness doesn't last very long, especially when one sees the well-concealed but still visible crescent shape in the middle of the forehead that indicates a third eye. That third eye, when open, has a large pupil around which is a purple ring. And those who look deep into the center of each eye can see a strange geometric shape that resembles the natural state of a naaru.
Recently, Fred's long hair seems to have acquired a nasty tendency to have a single, large bang cutting down his left side [others right side] just to the side of the eye. His hair has also acquired a richer, lusher brown shade. He also seems to be wearing a yellow earring at all times.
Next, his face seems to have occasional, very thin, very shallow, silverish bumps. Those who can find them all and remember them independently see the faintest outline of a witch doctor's mask.
On occasion, lightning crackles from around Fred, particularly when angry, confident, intending to intimidate or in battle. This is the sign that he is the new Lightning of the Three Storms.
The especially perceptive can see that certain parts of his skin seem infinitesimally thicker than they should be. This is a classic sign of subdermal armor. Only Fred's is far more expansive than it should be, as if the armor had become a living part of him.
It seems as if dolphins, orca, octopi and whales show up bizarrely often around Fred. Rumors that he has become the Dolphin Sage get unusually tricksy answers from him.
For those who can see auras, Fred's is a doozy. Battle ki, dolphin ki, youki, Magi-enriched reiki, Hollow reiatsu, the aforementioned energy of Lighting of the Three Storms, Quincy reiryoku, Shinigami reiatsu and Dragon ki seem to all coexist in a strange and interrelated fusion. All of the different aura natures seem to form into one combined, perfect state at the center. The coalescing, crashing energy forms into pure white, especially at the brow. At the center, cosmic energy seems to come from his heart, as if channeling some great force.
His back has distinctive tattoos that appear to be the wings of a golden eagle or a Thunderbird. He also has Yakuza-style tattoos of serpents performing beguiling motions, a greenish skull biting brambles, and a spear impaling through a heart and a skull. The distinctive mark of the Cursed Seal of Heaven joins them.
Near him at seemingly all times are his faithful companions. Otto, his white mutt, stands tall, apparently much more like a giant warhorse than a dog. Zibi makes his deep meowing sounds. Solfeather, his Gryphon, caws and speaks to him.
When his bankai is apparent, Fred's standard clothes are replaced with heavy, almost Paladin-themed armor. This armor is synthesized with his Fighting Machine.
When his arrancar zanpakuto is released, his body appears to acquire more of a shell-like dimension. When unmasked, the witch doctor mask that is faintly suggested in his face normally appears, the element of his Hollow battle form. His skin seems to become sharp like a shark's.
