Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distended form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Description: The Cloud nin learn this as a study and practice of becoming invulnerable to touching Lightning. Though huge shocks will undoubtbly harm the person, usual effects such as paralysis and comas wouldn't come to one. The study includes: becoming used to the shock, able to touch minor sparks without feeling shocked. This study also includes study of lightning, clouds, predicting storms, magnetic currents. In the forms of manipulation the user also has the ability to use his chakra to draw environmental magnetic fields close around his body. Doing so makes the user more aware of his environment, sensing changes of shifting energy, sudden movement, and so on. However, this level does not allow the user to sense from which direction the movement is coming, nor what it's cause is. It is merely a notice that 'something' is stirring in the area. This area stretches out to a radius of twenty feet. Invulnerability makes the user immune to his own jutsu. The user is also able to learn the ability to create thunderclouds when required, but normally the user can simply create a cloud for cover or to be used to power their techniques.

Description: The user performs a set of hand seals, and following it comes a set of lightning. The lightning covers the hands with the summoned electricity. Then, making a thrust or slash with their hand and send a wave of miniature bolts. The bolts are usually about 5 to each hand, and shock the target, leaving small burn marks upon clothing, material, etc. To a person the most that could be done is staggering, though this jutsu is perfect for surprise attacks, combos, and the such.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited time. The user can "swim" for a duration of one post for every 2 Control.

Description: A simple bunshin jutsu, using dust and small particles of dirt found everywhere but the cleanest of places, the user is able to form a clone. The clone itself cannot attack, but can pose as a good distraction, since once it is hit, the dust and dirt particles burst open, entering the enemy's eyes, mouth and nose. Also, the clone can be dismissed at will. 1 clone for every 2 Reserves can be created.

Description: This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. Two hits will destroy the bunshin. The user can create 1 bunshin for ever 3 Power.

Ekitai Ashige (Fluid Kick):
At the beginning of the style the user is concentrated on simply learning the very basics of each leg, as they are both used differently. The left leg, known as “Togata Ashi” (Sharp Foot), is used in a whip like motion. This technique is an introduction to the left leg’s true potential. When the user kicks the attack comes from left to right, the leg moving fluidly outwards and reaching maximum extension when in front of the user. Slightly faster than Kyoujin Ashige.

The companion to the Ekitai Ashige, this attack is exclusive to the right leg, known as “Dokato Sune” (Heavy Leg). Unlike the smooth motion of Ekitai Ashige, Kyoujin Ashige keeps the leg stiff and swings it, using more power and causing more damage. Unfortunately, this technique is very unwieldy and the user stands a good chance of falling over after using it.

Togata Ashi is beginning to actually take shape with this technique. A faster version of Ekitai Ashige is used. At this point the technique can actually cause the user to hurt himself if the kick is used in rapid succession. The kick is focused more on speed than power, acting like a strong smack. This attack is only really effective if the foot hits the target, not the rest of the leg.
Gotsui Ashige (Hard Kick):
The user swings the right leg around in an arc, keeping it straight. Because the entire leg is the attack, it does not matter where the target is hit, it will always do the same amount of damage. This is an advancement from the Kyoujin Ashige because it maintains better balance, so the user is less likely to fall over.

The attack speed of the user is one that is still in development, but they have grasped the art of attacking quickly and snapping the limb back as the hit lands. Anyone can catch onto the speed of the user when attacking, and see the limb during the entire attack even though it will seem fast.
The movements have become less fluid and straightforward as the user has learned to move their body erratically, creating static moments. One can find themselves moving their upper body erratically at a basic level.

Those with Raiton Fujimi Keiko and at a level higher than the user are immune to this attack, though clothes can still be burned. Skin damage is simply a minimum of a shock, causing a miniscule stagger when performed.
Movements now extend to the lower body, allowing the user to change the position of their body at will almost on impulse alone.
[The speed of their attacks may end up confusing Genin, as it seems more of a blur to them more than a full-fledged attack. However, this can only come at extremely close ranges, in which a hit is nearly already inevitable.
