For those who want to see their Spirit Beast faster (hi, James), they can do that here!
For the uninitiated: Spirit Beast Eggs are items that are intimately connected to the character's soul. If the character cultivates negativity, it becomes a monster that consumes them, usually in the afterlife. But if the character behaves well and nicely to others, the egg's energy will alter due to the karmic shift and what will be born will be a familiar with a unique connection to the character and incredible, if sometimes initially nascent, powers.
This means that to cultivate an egg, one should do general good deeds, whether big or small (it's the emotion, not the size of the deed, that counts), as well as cultivate positive ki.

So, what are the benefits? I think Mace would be interested. Could this also become a summon?

More of a familiar or DIO element, but yes it could be.

So basically in this thread we go doing good deeds and such to give our spirit egg more positive ki energy?

Basically, yes. Or find ways to pump it full of energy.

Maybe go to a plane full of positive energy, use the Erodin Eye to draw in the energy into Mace, and energize the egg with it?

It's mostly positive karma, and it has to be your OWN positive energy.

Hmm...maybe Mace should just go find something good-natured and help some kid out. Maybe Mace can go and be apart of a Big Brother program? : D Somehow, I have a feeling this is going to lead to something BIG.

Sure, a Big Brother program could be an excellent idea!

Alright, sweet!
Mace will look up a place that has such a program in Twanchea and fly there (using his training from Fred).

There's a major Big Brother program sponsored by Badcat designed to get the streetrunners away from pickpocketing and illegal enterprises and toward constructive uses of their dexterity and intellect.

That actually sounds a lot better than most of the ideas I had in mind. Okay, Mace will look up the location and then go there. He'll have all his ID, papers, etc. ready to present to the person in charge so he doesn't get held up with anything.

When he teleports in, the place is a madhouse. Kids are jumping everywhere, a lot of them being given the chance to really play for the first time in years. A woman says, "You're wanting to volunteer?"

Mace looks at all the kids and suddenly wonders if maybe he should go and find something else to have as a familiar. But he holds strong and smiles. "Yeah, I brought my Crashing Heavens ID and I was wondering if I could be apart of the program."

"Well, that's great! I was going to check your ID after you calm these guys down, but great! Go, go, go!"

Calm them down? Mace blinks at the kids and looks at the woman. "Want me to use a spell to calm them down? Because, I think I'd end up putting them all to sleep if I tried to do something interesting. Or, you know, start a riot."
