Realm abilities can also be thought of as feats that are granted to you (you pick 'em though) when you kill an enemy 'player'
each Realm ability or, RA costs one RA point to get first level, but cost MUCH more to get to the next level

Dual threat uped chance of criting with two weapons
Ethreal bond ups your max mana pool

Lifter raises your max carryable weight
Long Wind cans sprint longer
Mastery of blocking ups blocking percentage
Mastery of Focus ups level of spell (to overcome resistances)
Mastery of Healing increased the ammount healed per heal
Mastery of Magery more effective spells
Mastery of Pain melee crit rate increase
Mastery of Parrying increases chance to parry
mastery of stealth(very helpful) this RA lets you run faster while stealthed AND increases how close you can get to people without them seeing you
Reflex attack automatically have chance of counter-attacking with random weapon skill
Physical Defense reduces all damage taken
Toughness ups max HP
Veil recovery lowers the time you have REZ Sickness
Viper bonus to poison damage
Wild healing ups healing percentage to crit
Wild Minion Increases chance pet has to crit

Adrenaline Rush Doubles base mele damage for 20 seconds
Ameliorating Melodies Instant Group Heal over time
Anger of the Gods 30 second group damage add
Arrow Summoning Can summon arrows
Barrier of Fortitude ups groups armor for 30 seconds
Bedazzeling Aura ups groups magic resistance 30 seconds
Charge Grants unbreakable blinding speed for 30 seconds
Concentration lessened recast time for the quick-cast ability
Dashing Defense can parry/block an attack for groupmates within a 15 foot radius
Decimation Trap exploding trap, looks like a marble, magically created
Divine Intervention gives the group a hp pool that they all can use, say PC1 gets hit for 15 points, the pool uses 15 of itspoints to heal PC1

You can only use these skills once per month, but can use 10 RA points to bring it to 1 week, then 25 RA points to bring it to 2 days then 45 points to 1 day then 75 RA points to bring it to 1 hour
