Mephiasu immediately encounters a massive razorbeast. Three trees are in front of him and one to the side, and the wind blows loud. The creature growls, but Mephiasu goes first.

The beast simply growls. Does Mephiasu intend to attack?

A thought crosses Mephiaus's mind "No need to kill a creature probably defending its home"
Mephiaus pulls up his blindfold while whispering the words he has grown accustom to "Sharingan!"
Mephiasu uses the powerful illusionary abilities of the Sharingan to lull the creature into a peaceful sleep showing it that mephiasu is no enemy and that it is safe.

The Sharingen cycles endlessly... but the razorbeast is seeming to have none of it. It resists the effect - perhaps due to the ghostly effects of the pass?
Interestingly enough, Mephiasu realizes that he has never heard of the Scythe of Elune's discovery. Odd, since the Scythe is in Deadwind Pass...
OOG: Mephiasu's DIO can act.
