it looks like a band of prayer beads that give bonuses to resistances to magic, tech, psi, ki, each element, and every status respectivly (very powerful).

Sounds very powerful, indeed! Where to begin the search?

well last mephiasu knew it was held by a archdemon made up of the essence of the twisting nether contained within a book in the personal library of varimathas the demonic servent of the dark lady sylvanas windrunner.

So Mephiasu will begin by speaking to Varimathas?

Mephiasu enters the library of Sylvanas, relying upon his stance as her apprentice to do so. The book seems to be missing, however, or at least among the stacks Mephiasu can't find it.

mephiasu will then exit and look for varimathas to inquire where the book has gone.

That is VarimaTHRAS (an R in there). Varimathras is busily training a series of acolytes and sadistically raining Infernals on them, laughing at their attempts to fight back. "Can't even destroy soulless artifices!"

"Varimathras you bum I thought you would be out training worthy scum not this rifraf!" mephiasu will say in a tone showing that he has known varimathras for a very long time "anyway as much as id like to stay here and criticize your trainees, and I would, I need to know where did your book on the twisting nether dissapear to".

Varimathras chuckles. "One must do quite a lot of raking through coals to find a diamond in the rough. Not all can be born to be Mephiasu the Nightblade. That book was lost somehow recently, rather embarassing incident unfortunately... If you can find it for us, that would be worth something."

"do you know how it might of been lost was it stolen, although you did teach me that something stolen by a true thief will not seem to be stolen at all, or if something else happened to it".

"When I say lost, I mean only that it was once in our possession and has now gallivanted to where or who knows where. As you well know, if I knew exactly where it was, I would commit an infinitesimal fraction of my potency to immolate any fool who had stolen it. What I imagine is that some rivals at the Burning Legion may have somehow secreted it away. Alternatively, there may be unscrupulous and risk-taking book collectors involved."

Mephiasu rests his head on his palm for a moment then speaks up again "Alright Varimathras I will discover if it is a rival in the burning legion who stole the book as for any gutsy book thieves I have an ally who is perfect for the job if you do not mind his expertise in the world of the written is nearly second to none."

"I trust you to make your allies as you please. Bringing the book back is the sole issue at stake."
