For those who just want to wander places, whether it be Hael, the FF worlds, Lennus, Weyard, Earth, One Piece World, Dragon Ball Earth, etc.

How about that 40 floor dungeon from FF1 in Dawn of Souls?

Perhaps, but I don't know if the monsters would have adapted to your power level, though that may not be why you're exploring it.

True....Ultima Weapon is in there, along with Crystal Armor. edit: it's the Ultima Weapon that gives a raw % to stats and attack, based on hp.

I know what the Ultima Weapon does. But it is only a Legendary unless you find a dynamic version.

Ok, where would a place to find info about the dynamic version be?

Good question, but this sounds like you want to find the Ultima Weapon and not explore. I wouldn't mind doing the dungeon, but it would be nice to have some maps or something.
EDIT: Whisperwind Cove is the dungeon, and I can either generate it by playing my Emu copy or...

Could Brent just explore the Matrix from Matrix Revolution? Since he is a computational entity, he could make his own avatar and such.

You mean, from the whole Matrix series? Any CotG character can create such an avatar, easily. Brent and Laura both would be very powerful.

Alright, sweet. Both of Brent and Laura will jack in. Actually, is there a sort of net for the UEG? I think they'd like to check it out to see anything out of the ordinary.

For the UEG government or just the Earth?

Both. Do they have seperate ones? Like, a network just for the UEG or do they use the Earth one?

It's pretty much like the US civilian and military network now: A separate secure network that nonetheless can link out to civilian places. _________________________________________________________________
Hell was pretty well explored by the Old Guard.

Are Brent and Laura strong enough to enter directly into the military section of the net to find out some secret projects and such? Or would they have to work out through the civilian links into the military installations?

They are about good enough, depending on which part they try to access. But the problem is that the UEG is allied with the Rangers and it may not be wise to piss off your allies

Damn. Any sort of cyberspace area of our enemies we could explore? Any technologically advanced enemies?

There are rival hackers - Itek probably has tons of area of cyberspace under her control and lots of existentialist/nihilist/traditional cyberpunk-type people interested in her or her subsidiary groups. Cyberspace also has dangers in it and dangerous areas to explore, like Mega Man Battle Network.

Are there any areas in cyberspace that are showing anomalies? This would be a great area to start looking for the Metaverse, since that's how problems started arising in .Hack//Sign and stats started fracking themselves up. Maybe abnormally strong creatures coming into areas of cyberspace they don't normally get involved with.
Brent fell asleep infront of his computer and ended up in this world, so, maybe there's a connection between cyberspace and the Metaverse.

...Uh huh. Well, you'd need to find such a place, but the hellish realms are not fully explored.
Many: Depends on what you mean by an "anomaly". [FN: RE 288].
That's what Brent REMEMBERS. Reality is probably much more complex.

Hmm, what about creatures showing up in areas that they don't normally inhabit? I guess that's a place to start.
