History: was born with a weak heart and was in the hospital till he was 17. He was drawing for most of the time. He started to love his work so much he wanted to get tattoos of the thing he drew. On his 16 birthday his parents finally let him get a tattoo it was across his back, it was the outline of a polar bear. During the next year of his life he grew to amazing height and strength, the doctors did not now how it happened. At the age of 18 he started traveling around the world trying to become the best tattoos alive. He has heard many roomers about some of the greatest artist coming from Japan so that is his current quest.

You actually can have more dots than that: It's 15 plus 5 for life skills plus some bonuses for your Archetype. Your 1 into Russian, 3 into art: tattoo and 1 of your wilderness survival slots would take the life skills, though I REALLY recommend getting Drive Automotive too at at least two dots. You need to get dots into Magic or Tattoo Magic or something as well because it's not just your artistry but also your magical power that makes the tattoos strong.

I think Red Power should give you a hammer and sickle weapon. I also think you should get more types of tattoos. Think about the unique benefit of having magic stored in ink in your body as opposed to just casting. Passive boons are an obvious one, but what about conjuring an image that has been tattooed? Etc.
